I am sk najimuddin address at batspur, birbhum, pin no. 731201, west bengal. I was buying an intex mobile on 18/8/2018.
Model no.
Handsets / xc85942 / intex hsn 85171290. [protected], [protected]. The switch was off for that mobile on 7/12/2018. Then the mobile was taken to the intensive service center[protected] on 10/12/2018. They received my mobile and asked me to go after twenty days. I go there twenty days later, but they say that there is still no mobile repair, ten days later.
That way i was going through a successive date, i still could not find the mobile. It's been two months today.

Respected sir/madam i am neha baikerikar. I had purchased intex led-5500fhd tv from mithun enterprises on 19/08/2016. The tv came with 3 years warranty. After 1 year the tv got some major problem so i complained about it and after that the technician came and repaired the tv then after two months tv again got major problem in the display, the display was turning off after sometime automatically so i again complained about it but i didn't get any response from the company's technician so after around 3 and a half months the dealer replaced the tv with the same model but again after 5 months the replaced tv got problem in the display and the dark patches are visible on the screen so again i complained about it but i didn't get any response until now, i have complained about it on 10/11/2018 and the complaint number which dealer gave me is[protected]. So i tried contacting the dealer many times but i did not get any response from the dealer until now so i'm mentally disturbed. The intex's tv is a very bad product and i got one or the other problem after some days again and again and their after sales service is also very bad so i kindly request to refund my full amount (Money) back which i paid for the tv which is rs. 50000. And i don't want any replacement of the tv with any intex's product. I have attached the product bill. I had previously complained about this on https://consumerhelpline.gov.in on[protected] at 21:42:46 but i did not get any reply from https://consumerhelpline.gov.in so i'm complaining here again and my grievance number is 1120323 and my phone number is [protected]

Dear sir, we have buy intex led tv of 55 inch on[protected]. With 3 year replacement warranty. The product is not running properly and complaint for many times but got no response from intex care. Please take further actikn on this complaint otherwise i have to take legal procedurw for this. Both seller and intex care person are making us fool. We are suffering this problem from 3 months as television is not working. So we are badly effected from intex product.

I have purchased intex IT 881S 16W laptop /desktop speaker on april 3rd 2018. Within 1 month, it got damaged, , since then i am trying to contact service center but no one is taking responsibility to fix it. I have raised complain, talked to customer care but till now my problem is not resolved. This speaker is under 1 year warranty.This is my last try, i am expecting that my issue will be resolved or i will write a complain to consumer court.

I purchase intex mobile model stari10, on 04.06.2018, it not functioning form 15.11.2018, i given for servicing in a authorized service center on 31.12.2018, job sheet no:[protected]t001, till date the phone not returned to me. The service center people telling that, the phone was sent to factory head office for repair. Intex customer care people not responding. I am not able to trace the status of my phone.

I had purchase intex aqua lions-x1 smartphone on 16/07/2018 with 1 year warrenty. My battery was not getting charged so requested for repair/replacement of battery on 22/11/2018 at om sai service center, i received a duplicate battery on 5th jan 2019 from service center which is not working, but we are supposed to received original battery from the intex company, but i haven't received my original mobile battery. Its almost 2 months but intex company is not giving proper responce

10 days before i have given my mobile for battery and motherboard change. It is in warranty. Still they says wait for some more days. Why?? Company does not have batteries?? Intex ups 50 was giving low back up, is under warranty, i approached service centre silicon valley anantnag for change of battery. They gave time of one month to get it solved bt even after 45 days they gave me ups 50 with same battery and assured me that they have changed battery, bt the same problem exists again, i approached to shopkeeper from where i bought it, he opened it and found old battery there, he told me that they have not changed it, that is why problem again persists. I request you sir plz ask them not to cheat customers if they are authorised by you people to serve the people.

I was submitted intex it beats speaker for repairing in intex service center on 19 october 2018. My jobsheet no. Is[protected]p001. I have not received my product after 70 days. I contacted many time service center & they always asked for next 2-3 days. After one month i also complain with intex helpline no.[protected] on 29 october 2018 and call him again on 11 december 2018 for status of complain. They assure me every time that your case will be resolved in next week. I have not received my product till now. Please help me. Company & service center are making me fool & make fraud promise every time. I loss big money in this process. Waiting for your favorable response...

Purchased mobile on 5/9/18 aqua lionesx1 intex m from poorvika. Battery got bulged out in two months. Gave for repair and now more than three weeks a i have not got back my mobile. Every time i call only reply no battery in stock. What a shameful service. If i spend little money in on line i would got my mobile ready. The most stupid thing i did i purchased s most stupid company mobile. Will now every one not by any intex product. U will after buying.

I've complained 5-6 time to intex service centre about the vision of my led tv but there is no action taken by intex. Which type of services this company is providing i'm highly unsatisfied with the services. There is vision issues in my led tv but the issue is still not resolved please take some serious consorn about this and help me to resolve the issue.

I had purchased a avoir hd ready led tv of the intex company in last year. But now its remote is not working. So i wish to change my remote for smooth functioning of my tv, because some functions are not done by tv without remote. And please find the attached copy of invoice of your further action. I have visited to andheri service center for the software update as mobile was not supporting the jio 4g sim. After this my mobile say there is no android security patch level. And all the apps related to bank, google pay adn other doesn't work sasying device is running on uncertified or custom os build. As i talk with the service center men they say this is problem with many customer using this series mobile and company has not updated there software.

This is the third time in last one year that the 55”led tv we bought has conked off. Its a matter o[censored]tter shame to the company where they can’t fix the problem for once. Everytime an engineer comes opens the tv says there is a problem with the supply, now wait for 10days for the supply box to come from wherever as they don’t have it here in kolkata and don’t even bother to keep a stock to avoid inconvenience of the customers. Shamefull and the worst brand i have ever come across.

I brought intex power bank from flipkart in november, and now its not getting charge and flipkart services said that they are not responsible for this because only intex company can replace it due to its warranty. But power bank has warranty of one year. What should i do now and how can i replace my product. Please help to solve this problem.🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

I purchase mobile in march 2018, the battery issue problem i faced within 7 month, i went to service centre i paid battery charges of 650, i received the battery after 40 day and now within 1 week again i am facing battery problem. What kind of product is this?

I am not able to use my mobile for 40 days and again within 7 day i am facing problem. It is not at all acceptable.

Sir service centre member also not respond surely.
They always tell that it will take more 7 days.
What is this sir i have only used it only 25 days and after that it is in the service centre from 2 months.
I have also tried many times to contact customer care but they always procrastinated by saying that i have registered your complaint and our senior will contact you within 48 hours but no one contact me.
Sir is it sin to buy intex mobile.
And if you dont wanna return it to me than please tell me.

I have regestered complaint online on 18/10/2018and gave me an otp to provide ot o engineer if i satisfied with service he provide, local service centre had sent an engineer to review n access my complaint. He came and check d problem n aske to replace penal n as tv is in warrenty period he told me that you will recieve screen in 10 days and he took otp from me after this satisfactory answer. He didnt bother to call even it takes more than 10 days. Today is 23/11/2018 and when i called him he told penal has not been dispatched from company, he gave another peraon number and when i called up, he answerd to contact where i complaint nd told that there are other 15 to 20 complaints pending for d same reason. So its just showing a bogas n verry careless service from service provider either on part of local centre or if what they said is right then directly from the company.

My complaint has not been resolved a bit. Kindly look into matter n take necessary steps.

I am very disappointed by flipkart's and intex's services. I have ordered an intex it - 4950 suf bt 115 w bluetooth home audio speaker from flipkart, which i had received on 8th of oct 2018. But the product was received in damage condition and it's sound quality isn't up-to the mark. I have already submitted return and refund request for this product many times but every time my request was not processed and rejected by vendor as a result i have filed a complaint against this order on consumerhelpline.gov.in and it's complain no is 1003900 (National consumer). Please look into this matter asap.
