I am very disappointed by flipkart's and intex's services. I have ordered an intex it - 4950 suf bt 115 w bluetooth home audio speaker from flipkart, which i had received on 8th of oct 2018. But the product was received in damage condition and it's sound quality isn't up-to the mark. I have already submitted return and refund request for this product many times but every time my request was not processed and rejected by vendor as a result i have filed a complaint against this order on consumerhelpline.gov.in and it's complain no is 1003900 (National consumer). Please look into this matter asap.

    I have purchased mobile of mobile intex model - cloud crystal 2.5, but its response is zero ie. Battery is not working since last year,

    I have discussed with intex service centre a-218, 1st floor okhla indus. Area for battery but not better response & replied form there.

    I have tried battery in market but not get feedback. So you arerequested to arrange the battery of this model.
    Battery model-br2276a, 3.8v 2200mah/8.36wh

    The spinner stop working when I try to use for the first time I am fed up of this. It was good when start to use suddenly it starts making noises as if the tub got stuck or the tub is striking with the walls of the machine and now it stopped working at all.
    Phone is not charging without shutting it down. There is some issue with the battery, sometimes it falls down suddenly frequently to 0% without even using the phone. It suddenly shut downs sometimes automatically even it has the charge. Please exchange it or repair its battery problem asap.

      washing machine

      Sir, i purchase fro naaptol teleshoping a intex mobile 3g strong with gorilla screen in may, 2018, just after 3 months mobile from from the bed and the gorilla screen broken and i repair paying 700/- and after just 2 months mobile again stop to working. Your service center take rs. 100/- as checking charges and said that mobile's mother board is not working it will take 2500 to 3000 to repair. I complained naaptol regarding this problem but...

        The main problem is battery is not charging still 3 days
        So i am complaining to the authorized service center but the service center mechanic told that the batter is enlarged or expanded.

          I have bought a intex mobile from snapdeal on dated : 23-apr-2018
          Invoice no:s888d4/18/4451,

          And after that my life is like hell with this mobile (Intex black intex aqua note 5.5 16gb).

          It has many problems but main problem is touch screen hanging. I reached to the intex service center (Hitanshi communication (Icp:noida) and they created a jobsheet number :[protected]t001 and on the same day the jobsheet status updated to "rwr" means company will not repair my under warrenty mobile, but the service center (Third party office, unprofessional people) people saying that moble will be repaired in some days, but jobsheet status is still closed. They are also saying company have no parts for mobile.
          I think intex should raise their standards.
          Please repair my mobile in time, i promise that i will not purchase any intex product after that.

          Intex is fooling customer, customer suffering and intex in enjoying.
          Now i have no option but to go consumer court as intex service center dont know
          When and how to repair a mobile.

            I gave it to the service center. They send it to the company. The company has repaird it and give it to me on 15-9-18.

            I used it for some day.
            Than again on 5-10-18 it has become dead.
            It is still with the intex company.

            I am really sorry for purchasing intex phone....

            Hi,

            I have purchased intex star i 10 on 22/06/2018 on snapdeal.com. Since purchase i am facing several issues with the handset like constant heating problem, hanging problem, automatic reboot issue etc.

            Now i have submitted the handset to local service center (New raj associates) some 15 days back. I didnt got a satisfactory response till yet. They have accepted that the product is faulty and need to be replaced. But nothing has been done till yet and no one has taken pain to understand the inconvenience caused to us.

            I need my whole money back or i will take serious legal action against the company for the so called mental harrasement caused.

            Request you to please take the issue seriously and please provide immediate resolution.

              I visited 26 september 2018 intex service center they told me i will call u and inform expenses i told this is new set and in waranty then they carry my handset but today means after two days i received a call from service center ur handset is damaged and repairing expenses 900 my no [protected]

                  sir, i am working in Erode District Court, Tamilnadu. I bought a Intex mobile online on January 2018. unfortunately it fell down water and water spreaded to the mobile. given to the service centre at Erode, Sunrise Mobile Service Centre, Erode. when receiving the phone, the customer care persons says that "the touch is fault, it will take 7 to 10 days, and cost will billled Rs.2, 800/- for that. after 10 days they will reply that "just today only ordered the touch. it will take 7 days more. yesterday 22.09.2018, they says that the mobile sent to the company, and not to say about when the mobile will returned. also they told to me email can sent to the company. please tell me to the correct position. My LED tv and computer accessories also the Intex product. how to trust your company services. please help to speedy service to my mobile.

                    Purchased an intex 40inches led tv, (Along with v-guard stabilizer) sl. No.[protected], product code[protected], from m/s. Jai
                    Sai ganapathi electronics, bapu ghat road, langar house, hyderabad, vide bill no.632, dt:08.09.2015. (Mr. Pokala sharan gupta, proprietor, mob. No: [protected], tel. No:[protected].

                    Like other customers, i maintained and used duly connected with stabilizer in a smooth way and one bad day ie., on 28.6.2018 after
                    A lapse of 2 years and 9 months, all of a sudden the t. V. Stopped working.

                    I lodged a complaint online (6/28/2018 12.24.00 pm – vide ibid no:[protected] as well over telephone with the authorized service centre of intex i. E, secunderabad (Smart technocrats).

                    The service technician visited my house on 29th june 2018 after five minutes of inspection – ie., without opening the television, informed me a list of problems –
                    1) display lights are not working, (2) mother board burn, (3) backlight
                    Led gone and (4) panel problem also found. (The way he told me it seems that heis regular about the condition most of the t. Vs by intex and acquainted in explaining the problems in a robotic manner).

                    When i asked him how much the cost would be – to my utter dismay he told me that the total cost for the above services would be around rs. 20, 000/-.

                    When i had asked him whether he can take the t. V. To his service centre and check – he responded not necessary. He has also informed that they will not change any default chips in the mother board so that my costs would come down, they will only replace the mother board.

                    The cost of the repair is around 80% of the cost of the t. V. As i had purchased the t. V. For rs. 25, 500. As a last measure, i spoke to mr. Narayan, service centre incharge as well as shop owner (Mr. P. Sharan gupta, of m/s. Jai sai ganapathi electronics) and my struggle was gone till 5th july, 2018 and no development was taken place.

                    I should thank mr. Narayan, manager of authorized service centre of intex ie., smart technocrats, secunderabad and mr. P. Sharan gupta, proprietor of the shop from where i had purchased the above product for not providing me any after-sales-service and are least bothered about the problem.

                    I thought, it is my duty to send my complaint / feedback to the company ie., intex before sending it to the national consumer complaints for the inferior supply of products and also to alert the general public / customers and see the response on the after-sales-service and sale of inferior quality of the products by intex company.

                      Dear Sir,
                      I have purchased one Intex Aqua S3 mobile on 19.03.2018 from Naveen Mobiles, Naidupaeta, Nellore district, AP-524126.
                      In April month it was got problem and I have given this mobile to shop person Mr. Naveen ([protected]). After 15 days he has given the same mobile with working condition.
                      Again it was got problem on August month and I have given to the same person. He kept the mobile 40 days with him and given back to me in the same condition. And told that it will not work.
                      On 19.03.2018 I have purchased this mobile by paying Rs. 5100/-. But I dint get any service with that mobile.
                      Invoice and mobile photo are attached for your reference.
                      As I am working in the multinational company, I would like to give good feedback to our colleagues.
                      Please look into the matter and kindly replace another mobile in place of this mobile.

                          Dear intex customer care,

                          1. I has purchased one intex it-rider 4.1 channel multimedia speakers through amazon on 17.11.2017. A copy of invoice is attached.

                          2. The system developed a power fault last month for which i gave the set for repairs to the authorized service centre of intex technologies at comm & tech solutions, 202, d-30, 2nd floor, main vikas marg, lakshmi nagar, delhi-110092 on 09.08.2018 as the equipment is under warranty. A copy of the service request given to me by the above service centre is attached. The job sheet no. Is[protected]p001.

                          3. I was asked by the above service centre to collect the equipment within a week.

                          4. Now even after a lapse of more than one month (5 weeks), the service centre has not repaired the above set in spite of several telephonic reminders citing problem of spare part.

                          5. Since the repair of my equipment has taken exceptional time and i have still not received my set duly-repaired, i am now requesting you to intervene to direct the above service centre to deliver me the duly-repaired equipment without any further delay.

                          6. Else, if the equipment is not repairable, i may please be provided a new set as a replacement as the equipment is still under warranty.

Its almost 10 days. There is no response from the service centre. They have given 4 days to complete but so far there is no solution.                                 You are the worst company i have ever seen in my life. You don't care for your customers.
                                You know just one business and. That is to harrass your customers mentally and economically.
                                I placed order for a new battery abd your customer service center told me to wait for 10-15 days.
                                But still after 25 days, there is no positive response and no surity of when will i get my new battery.

                                  My phone mic is not working properly so i give my phone to service centre for repairing first they say they will give me the phone till 5/8/18 i did'nt recieve my phone then they say they will give me till 15/8/18 then also i did'nt get my phone then they say they will give me till 25/8/18 then also i did'nt recieve my phone they were making me fool from 1 month and when i asked to give me my phone in which condition it is they say the phone is not here it has been gone to ghaziabad for repairing . i have doubt that they have sold my phone .

                                  so i request you to take some serious action aganist the whole team of service centre
