Purchased an intex
40inches led tv, (Along with v-guard stabilizer) sl. No.[protected], product code[protected], from m/s. Jai
Sai ganapathi electronics, bapu ghat road, langar house, hyderabad, vide bill no.632, dt:08.09.2015. (Mr. Pokala sharan gupta, proprietor, mob. No: [protected], tel. No:[protected].
Like other customers, i maintained and used duly connected with stabilizer in a smooth way and one bad day ie., on 28.6.2018 after
A lapse of 2 years and 9 months, all of a sudden the t. V. Stopped working.
I lodged a complaint online (6/28/2018 12.24.00 pm â€“ vide ibid no:[protected] as well over telephone with the authorized service centre of intex
i. E, secunderabad (Smart technocrats).
The service technician visited my house on 29th june 2018 after five minutes of inspection â€“ ie., without opening the television, informed me a list of problems â€“
1) display lights are not working, (2) mother board burn, (3) backlight
Led gone and (4) panel problem also found. (The way he told me it seems that heis regular about the condition most of the t. Vs by intex
and acquainted in explaining the problems in a robotic manner).
When i asked him how much the cost would be â€“ to my utter dismay he told me that the total cost for the above services would be around rs. 20, 000/-.
When i had asked him whether he can take the t. V. To his service centre and check â€“ he responded not necessary. He has also informed that they will not change any default chips in the mother board so that my costs would come down, they will only replace the mother board.
The cost of the repair is around 80% of the cost of the t. V. As i had purchased the t. V. For rs. 25, 500. As a last measure, i spoke to mr. Narayan, service centre incharge as well as shop owner (Mr. P. Sharan gupta, of m/s. Jai sai ganapathi electronics) and my struggle was gone till 5th july, 2018 and no development was taken place.

ie., smart technocrats, secunderabad and mr. P. Sharan gupta, proprietor of the shop from where i had purchased the above product for not providing me any after-sales-service and are least bothered about the problem.
I thought, it is my duty to send my complaint / feedback to the company ie., intex
before sending it to the national consumer complaints for the inferior supply of products and also to alert the general public / customers and see the response on the after-sales-service and sale of inferior quality of the products by intex
