This is Dr. Ghanshyam Vaghasiya from Gandhinagar, Gujrat.
I was looking for a dual sim mobile to separate personal and professional life.
Therefore, I purchased Intex QT 2020 Mobile online via “eBaY†- Item No.[protected] on 24/06/2010. It works for me around 15 days and started creating problems.
Due to some reasons (unavailability of service center in Gandhinagar) I could not reach to Intex Care. Finally, I got the address and went to submit this mobile at “Caare Communicationâ€, Gurukul Road, Ahmedabad in month of August, 2010. (This center is more than 25 km far away from my city and I have to travel all the time by personal auto)
An Intex care personnel has kept this mobile for one week and after one week, he asked me to collect it. I collected without seeing there and after returning, I shocked to see the mobile in same condition.
Once again, I called Intex Care (“Caare Communicationâ€, Gurukul Road, Ahmedabad). They asked me to submit the phone once again for repairing. I resubmit it on 8th September, 2010.
After that, I wrote a mail to Intex on 8th September, 2010. [Ticket#[protected]]. I am following up since that day. Yesterday (02/10/2010), I visited Intex care (“Caare Communicationâ€, Gurukul Road, Ahmedabad), he said that he has sent the mobile to company for replacement and company does not have enough stock to replace.
From 24/06/2010 to 03/10/2010, I have spent lot of time and money and yet I do not have my mobile with me and no one from company is answering well to my 3 to 4 follow up mails.
Finally, I have to purchase another mobile (Dual Sim)
I have spent more than cost of that mobile to get the same.
Now one more entry is there. Personnel called Mr. Jagdishbhai (Head of Intex – Gujrat) came into picture since last three days. He is not receiving any call.
