I was looking for a dual sim mobile to separate personal and professional life.

Therefore, I purchased Intex QT 2020 Mobile online via “eBaY” - Item No.[protected] on 24/06/2010. It works for me around 15 days and started creating problems.

Due to some reasons (unavailability of service center in Gandhinagar)...

This is Amit Kumar and i have bought a 6622 intex phone on 13th feb '10 from METRO Teleconnect Jind. But i have been totally upset with this product as i have been constantly facing problem. Within few days of buying this phone i approached my shopkeeper in METRO Teleconnect Jind with lot of problems and the phone was repaired, Service center repaired...

i have given my cpu in service station hamirpur 25 days before,,,the dealer told me that he return's my cpu,in 6 days.he excuses me day after day,,and not paying attention in my cpu,.he also told me that he has send my motherboard to ludhiyana service station .i need that cpu as soon as possible.but he excuses me day after day.please told him that please repair me cpu in this week.his mobile no is [protected]...

I bought the Intex IN6623 touch screen handset and faced a problem just within 4 - 5 days immediately. The problem was - cracked screeen. I submitted the mobile to the service center with the commitment of 15 days / replacement. I recieved it after more than one month. After a few days I found the inside corners ( under the screen in the case ) are cover with dust. Also the battery back up is very low.

And I am not at all...

I have purchased Intex mobile IN 4495 before 6 months. But this not working properly. While speaking battery totally discharged, then need to extra volts to pick up the charge. (12 Volts)
Battery backup is less than 4hrs against long lasting battery backup mentioned for this phone…very very bad battery back but shopkeepers selling this phone telling customer that it has a great battery backup.

I had purchased INTEX 4470 handset on dated 5 june 2010 amount to Rs. 3100/- from Sankat Mochan Mobile, b-16 sri ram tower, 13 ashok marg, lucknow vide invoice no ccm 11140.

Yesterday, my phone not chraging with charger or by usb cable today i.e. 2/7/2010 contact to authorized service centrer situated at Sri Ram Tower Lucknow the service engineer check the said hanset and write on invoice set P.W.R....

I purchased intex IN 4455 mobile 20 dyas before from orissa but i am staying in pune now. I am facing problem in head set. when i insert head set. the mobile sent by you is not working properly your company says it gives 10 day battery backup but it works less than 2 days. the music player of this handset is not working properly. and the price of mobile you given me is very costly than market price. this mobiles market price is 3800RS and you given me in 4200RS. i am not satisfied and i have to give you this mobile back to you....
