I sri chandan kumar sah my life insurance agency in bajaj allianz life insurance already expired buy my pan card show in irda portal. Sir i
Already terminated and resign from above company, i request the respective branch for pan remove they told that to mail irda for pan removal from irda portal.

Sir, this is my humble request to you kindly remove my pan detail from irda site so i can join other insurance company. Sir i am in a bad position.

Last three year in 2016 i have a call that we r calling from tata aia back up office, u have a bonus for such money, than he transfer that call for anil sindhe mumbai, than he said to take a life policy of hdfc life than according to him i invest the 16 lac but i havenot got any type of money
So please help me because i belong to very simple family and total money which i pay to them, i collect from market @5% rate of interest

Now i had got job in another field, because of my name showing in irda i am getting trouble in joining the job.

I have taken a agency for magma hdi general insurance co ltd 3 months back. They had promised me to give commission 40% net premium if you give business rs 3 lacs and above. I gave them business of rs 7 lacs in 1st month but still commission is pending due with them as they are not ready to pay. Mr sumit pathak and harish udani had promised me to pay 40% net on the net value but now changed their statement after informing hemant sayli the head.

As per the process after 1 year of expiry i did not renew my agency as i was informed by insurance co. So i have apply as a new agent from lic, but when
They enter my pan card no. Pan is attached message shows. Even they waited for 15-20 days for re-entry
But eve today status is same. So i request you delete all my pan card/license/urn no. Related entry so i can start as agent of lic & make my career too.

The following claim was submitted immediate after i was discharged from one of the reputed hospitals in dombivali.
However even after my continuous follow-ups on phone and emails with tpa and uiic, they are not responding to my communications.
I am putting the date wise details of my claim status for your kind perusal and to help me in this regards as i am a 65 years retired person having no income source to afford such delays in getting my money.

• it was very strange that doctors asking for registration certificate of a hospital and photo id of a patient instead of going thru technical aspects like ‘line of treatment and medicines.

Please help me.

I arjit gouda, at/po-muniguda, dist-rayagada, herewith complaining is that one rajib sharma having phone no-[protected] telephoned to my brother amit kumar gouda and offered a loan of thirty lakhs from aditya birla finance group and for that he explained that his company is tie up with insurance company like bharati axa, aviva and exide company, and for obtaining loan at interest rate of 6% i have to purchase a policy according to their scheme of insurance proposal from the above said company. Day and night telephoned me and obtained the documents and asked to send at bharati axa staff namely suresh chouracia at bhubaneswar branch of bharti axa. I have no knowledge about the policy details and prior to obtain a policy they have not provided any document through mail or by post or courier to know details about the policy. He again said prior to obtain the policy that if your loan is not sanctioned then they have the power to cancel it because the company authorized them for 90 days cancellation period. I will get full insurance amount if the loan is not sanctioned. Believing it genuine and to their deception and fraudulent intention i became pray of them and obtained a police bearing policy no[protected] through their process. When i asked for loan they played false play among them and one pankaj garg mob no-[protected] came in contact and asked for another policy from aviva life insurance for clearance of loan with in 15 days. So again i transferred an amount of rs110000/- to aviva life insurance family builder plain without any signature in the proposal form and they obtained another policy and after obtained the policy i asked for the loan and according to their taking i came to know that i have be fraud by them. So personally went to the aviva and bharti branch at bbsr branch to complain.
The aviva office co-operated me by one bidya puri but the staff of bharti axa threatened me and did not allow for freelook of the policey. The fraud stars and the branch staff namely suresh chaurasia having nexus to deceive the people and obtaining the policy fraudulently. So be kind and generous enough to take action against the insurance company and the person in connection with them to make me fraud. And also take action for free cool up above said policy.

Pl refer my complain dt 08.01.19 and 17.01.19 regarding non refund of investment by tata aia. Earlier you had informed to co will intimate above issue. But till date no information has been received. It means co does not care of irdas instruction and tata aia try to forfeit my amount approx rs.2.60 lakhs and misguided by tata aia offcers for apptt.

Ref. My complain dt 08.01.09 for refund of amount for rs.2, 60, 000/-appx from tata aia against investment of policy. Till date coy not informed about my return as i am facing financial need for daughters marriage. Earlier, several correspondence made with tata aia and they decline to return the same and put me problem. Request to return the amount.

I am Kuldeep singh Pan – HBWPS4001P it has a agency code with Reliance Nippon Life Insurance Branch Moradabad I have applied for cancellation for my agency code. I never give any policy in this code, it has already terminated by Reliance in 30 June 2018. but its still showing with my PAN no. please release it otherwise I will loose my job. please cancel my agency code Immediately.

Appx.Rs2, 60, 000/- was invested in TATA AIA during the year 02/2018. Now unable to continue the policy due financial constraints/daughter's marriage. I had already intimated TATA/AIA to refund the amount but company is not agreed to refund. Now I retired from elite force. I am totally disappointed with the service given by sbi. They are not giving proper guidence to me. Whenever i visit the office, the office would be in the worst condition. For asking related to that, they would not give proper.
But unfortunately this year i have been forced to do insurance with an other insurance company. Completely reply.
