I anita kumari had my agency code 21796772 in reliance nippon life insurance company limited. My licence no was 10067661. I applied for resignation which was accepted by the company on 04/12/2017 after a lot of formality. But still till today my pancard number bnjpk3816k is not detached with the company.
So i request your excellency to kindly free my pancard from reliance nippon life insurance company and detach it. For this i shall be highly obliged sir.

सर नमस्कार मई श्यामा चरण साहू मैंने hdfc लाइफ की पालिसी लिया था २१/२/१७ को पालिसी संख्या 19015341 है hdfc लाइफ के एजेंट नेहा शर्मा / शीलेन्द्र बंसल के द्वारा बोलै इस पालिसी में लोने मिले गए पर नहीं मिला ओर जिस अब मै इस पालिसी का रेनीवेल नहीं करना chata पर hdfc के एजेंट के द्वारा लगभग २०० बार कॉल कर के परेशान कर रहे ही सर लोगो को गलत जानकर देकर पालिसी न बेचे क्यों की ये लगभग बहोत सरे लोगो को ठग चुके ही
इनका लइसेंस कैंसिल देना चाहिए सर और इनके ऊपर FIR कर देना चाहिए

The pnb met life term insurance been done on 13 to 19 th of december 2017 but still up to today's date neither the policy been issued or the policy premium been refunded back. Only this documents and medical is been showing status pending. Actually the policy been done through policy bazer.com. So please give the policy documents else refund back my premium money.

Dear, sir/madam,
Sbi in nagaland branches are making mandatory for the loan applicant to take insurance while availing personal loan from the bank by the goverment employees. I have a question that whether loan applicant should mandatory take insurance even when their salary is credited to their account?? If its not mandatory kindly take necessary step to stop the harassment of innocent citizen. Peopke take loan because of exigency not because to take insurance.

The agent commitment me that you will be pay 30, 000 per year for 9 year and the policy agent commitment me against of policy we give 3 lack loan on based your policy but the policy agent forgery with me and he dint pick my phone... And sir i want refund of my policy...

I am a salaried employee working in a public sector for the last 30 years with my head high.
I have been put in a position of financial distress, bankruptcy by IRDA officials . I have been repeatedly harping that I am not interested in any extra money but the amount which I have been forced to submit on the pretext that the file will be cancelled and I would forfeit the amount.. Ensuring that my hard earned money does not go waste, I complied to all such advices and today I am debt ridden and my family is ruined. Month after month, year after year asking me to deposit amount in the name of NOC, Service Tax, penalty etc.
I went on complying( taking loan from bank, FI, relatives, friends etc, mortgaged/sold off wife’s jewellery, sold my property etc)in the hope that my invested amount will be returned. Now I am debt ridden and if something happened to me or my family these IRDA officials should be held responsible. The respect from other family members, relatives and society has totally gone. I still dread that day when I came in contact with this department with futile promises. I have been repeatedly harping that I am only interested in the amount which I have invested and nothing additional. If this is a Government Department, what is Govt supposed to do for its citizens? Force the citizens to reach a stage and ruin them with false promises, Lastly I would request all of you to take up this matter on an urgent basis and if possible bring my family out of this mess and turmoil.

I am a senior citizen aged 66 years and i have no income for paying my health insurance premium. I have continuously renewed my health insurance plan from the year 2002 with the new india assurance co. Ltd.

I am really shocked to note the hike in health insurance premium renewal charges from the current year 2018-19. Due to this hike in health insurance premium renewal rates, i am forced to lose and forego my health insurance coverage accumulated for the past 16 years.

Request irda senior officials to discuss with health ministry under govt. Of india and take necessary immediate steps to provide more discounts favouring senior citizens of india instead of raising the health insurance premium amount (More than double the amount) for senior citizens aged 66 years and above.

Details of health insurance annual premium:

Self - insured for 3 lakhs and my wife - insured for 2 lakhs.
Total family coverage for 5 lakhs - health insurance premium paid last year[protected] is as below

Annual premium is rs.18, 992/-
Service tax is rs.2, 659/-
Swatch bharat cess is rs.95/-
Krishi kalyan cess is rs.95/-
Total health insurance policy annual premium charges paid is rs.21, 841/-

For current year annual premium charges for the same insured amount is increased as below.

Annual premium is rs.39, 528/-
Gst tax @18% is rs.7, 115/-
Total health insurance policy annual premium charges increased to rs.46, 643/-

Suggest instead of hiking more than double the health insurance policy annual premium charges, govt. Of india can consider subsidised charges in health insurance policy annual premium for senior citizens of india.

Look forward to your necessary immediate action in this regard.

This is thamilmani from chennai, i wrote irda exam on 18th august 2017 through kotakmahendra bank, till now i didn't received my irda certificate from kotakmahendra bank they says that irda won't issue the certificate.

I don't know that if irda conduct a exam then irda has to issue the certificate

So kindly issue the certificate for me asap.

Also i inform you that this agency not a valid becoz aviva life transfer and no objection certificate.

In short, please clear this matter asap. My company hr require only a valid reason. If you say again and again fraud. (So provide the situation)

i am Murali from Vijayawada, i am resign my job in Bajaj Allianz general insurance company in 30 July 2016 but my IRDA license was not cancelled so I am facing problem in present working company(TATA MOTORS INSURANCE BROKING & ADVISORY SERVICE LTD) i am received show cause notice so please close my license in Bajaj Allianz general insurance company limited.

MY LICENSE IS REFLECTIN IN PAN LOOKUP AND AGENT LOCATOR SO PLEASE CLOSE MY BAJAJ ALLIANZ LICESE.

i am already give letter to Bajaj Allianz for cancellation in 20/09/2017 but it was reflecting till date.

I have tried purchasing policy online... Form was filled only my details and amount go deducted... Proposal form was not filled at all... Not getting any option in website to fill it again... Contacted cum care twice daily no response at all. Only recieved application number... Policy number also not recieved yet... Mailed required details to cum care mail id no response yet from last 1 month... Please help me get this resolved...

I am client of aviva insurance pvt. Ltd. I am cheated by mr. Sumit das, mr. Abhishek & also customer care. Mr. Das asked me to send original bond paper i send it. He send me rs. 18, 800/- only & rest of amount send me after 15 days. But they not send my rest money from last 3 to 4 months. They always vexing me.

Sir i m in network hospital for cashless facility.
My hospital name is akshar surgical hospital.
I am waiting for my payment of 12 patient whose have taken treatment in my hospital before 14 month.
I had received claim settlement letter from md india tpa. Tpa said they r cleared from their side but payment is delayed by national insurance co. I had mail them many times but no response.
Give me guidance for further action.

Policy holder withdrew partial amount and rest left to policy account for future life insurance (10lakh). But unfortunately policy holder demise due to heart attack. Nominee claimed for the same but birla sunlife insurance company gave very less amount.
