Dear Sir/Mam,

Regarding money back policy no:[protected]

my quartly payment is 3910 and every of 4 year i get 40, 000 into my account

i have taken lic in 2009 and i am regular payer of policy

i have also taken loan on this policy of amount 16748

Note: on 24 april i got only Rs.19479 into my bank of baroda account no: 2830(last 4 digit)

Complain: without my information or without my authority lic office deducted amount of Rs. 20521

in which case you have done it ...have you taken my permission

please give me reason in written with office stamp within 15 days else i will

complain to upper officer...my loan document already taken by lic office

My agent code is bk4062 and lisence no. Is 9755640. Company birla sun life blocked my pan card on irda site. Last 8 month i have suffer for same. My fault was thst i have taken agent code in birla sun life under eployee be8369, but i have never done single policy in agent code bk4062. Due to compliance tampered of document age proof. I have sent mail from last 8 month to till but no one provide any solution to get out from this matter.
Please help what i do. My career spoil and mentally hares.

I Geeta N Pujar i have Taken a policy with a max life insurance co my policy no[protected] on 20/03/2017 which is till date i have not revived any Document from the Max Life Insurance Co. since last 1 month i am asking for my policy status no one is responding properly. today i called customer care number [protected] they are telling that we have canceled your policy and amount was refunded to ur account but i have not revived any amount from the max life insurance company. again the are asking my bank account statement which is i have already i given the are saying that you have to wait for 48 HRS . I Request you to kindly take it action about the issue

my self and my wife has purchased health insurance from united india insurance co ltd for rs. 5.00 lacs each. Now we have submitted claim for rs. 35000/- on account of lazer operation of cataract left eye on 23.03.2017 to their concerned office at bhatinda punjab for reimbursement but they are not paying it because they informed that their head office have not updated the software and they are unable to process the calim. Therefore you are request to intervene in the matter and help us to get our claim at the earliest.

This is your kind information that i have been visiting to max life insurance office since 6 months regarding renewal amount of policy of rs 125000 from 15th july, 2016 which has done in 2013. I have paid 2 premiums about rs 225000 through axis bank. But i was unable to pay in last year due to shifting to punganur and my wife health condition. Now i am ready to pay last premium if charges are applicable.

Really iam very irritated with the service given by max life insurance people and even axis bank staff have been communicating with max life insurance people regarding this issue, but they informed that policy has lapsed and it will be rectified in one week, but there is no response from their side, but till now i didnot get this information. This is very pathetic situation

सर मेरा ई फ़ोन मेरे bike accident में दिनांक 29.3.2017को सड़क किनारे भरे पानी की नाली में गिर गया मेने new india assuranse कंपनी से दिनांक 11.9.2016को बिमा करवा रखा था ।मेने क्लेम के बारे में कंपनी से बात की तो उन्होंने केवल मेरे signature mismatch होने की वजह से claim reject कर दिया अब इसके बाद उन्होंने मेरे मोबाइल नंबर को ब्लैक लिस्ट में डाल दिया न तो custumer care पर मेरे फ़ोन से कॉल होती और न ही मुझे आगे के प्रोसेस के बारे में जानकारी मिल रही है ।

Now I had got job in HDFC LIFE from my college campus interview and because of my name showing in IRDA I am getting trouble in joining the job.
So, I am requesting you to please remove my name from IRDA so I can work in in HDFC LIFE. Hope you will accept my request and short out as soon as possible.

On 21-09-16 I received call on my landline from IRDA staff informed me that your LIC Policy received for cancellation, there is due & payable to you for Rs. 169000/- for year 2014 to claim this you have to pay Rs. 29214/- (refundable) as interest tax. One cancelled cheque noting back file no. & ID code, which given by them together with zerox of PAN CARD, AADHAR CARD election card and Photos & same document of my wife (Nominee) to be sent.
Next day his senior apparently from IRDA senior officer that there are more amount dues & payable to you from 2001 to 2010 Rs. 542000/- you have to pay 8% of the said amount Rs. 56294/- ( senior citizen concession Rs.[protected]/- which is also refundable. I have submitted all the documents alongwith amount mentioned above to VP 187/B first floor MP Mall, Pitampura, New delhi, 110034. Both cheque debited in my a/c on 26/09/16 & 19/10/16 respectively, He also informed me that Commi. + bonus should receive by policy holders but it was being paid to Agents by using some Mal practice since Modi Govt. has come & become very strict & passed order to clear all backlog within 30 days & pay the dues to real policy holders.
While my file moved to final stage I received call from Ms. Gauri Sharma of Central bank of India from transaction dept. that your amount ready for release you have to pay RTGS + Money Laundering tax 12.5% which recently introduced by MODI Govt. comes Rs. 87559/- as tax amount . Hence I doubt & suspected, I enquired with LIC & IRDA, customer care dept. I was informed that no such payments are being paid by them. Sir I really cheated by culprits. I am senior citizen retired person Money borrowed from relative & sent I completely lost it. Please help and checkup and action on them, who is the mastermind, under whose these fraudtants are active I am sure that they are fully protected by IRDA or useless Govt. there is no hope for recovery of amount. I fear that zerox copies of Aadhar card, Pan Card
& Election Card sent alongwith photos can be Misused by these Mafia Gang. I have gone through complaints, mails various customers have posted on Grahak Seva also they are blaming on Agents for creating confidence on us. Please help and action on them.

I got myself registered with india bajaj allianz life insurance company limited for life insurance agent, at the time of registration the person came to me for collecting my documents named nilesh chubey and he gave me false information that this registration is regarding to irda exams only after that its my wish to choose the company with whom i want to work with. After that they made my registration with urn no. Abli[protected] and insurance company name is bajaj alliance life insurance, i do not want to work with bajaj alliance life insurance for that matter i went to their office for getting my registration cancel but they are not canceling my registration with them please do the needful what should i do for that matter.
I did not give any exam till date organized by irda

I wanted to join Religare company to increase my business I am lady working for my home.
Religare ready to join me but said that my licence shows terminated. It's not possible as am still working with united India insurance co Ltd but they are not ready to upload on IRDA site.
I request you to guide them to upload at earliest.

I had oriental health insurance since last five years and in last november I transfered it in apollo health insurance under portability scheme.
Now in this december I submit reimbursement for treatment of my wife of lump in left breast (two). Fibroadenoma left breast.

Now company reject my claim and they given reason that your policy is start from 19th novermber and this illness cover after 2 years. My points is that I am not a new customer I tranfered my insurance from oriental to appollo under portability scheme.

I want solution this issue with help of you. Please help sir.

I'm Arumoy Bhowmick received a call on 14th September from [protected] a person named Ashish kumar( May be fake) claiming to be central insurance authority officer. He asked me if I have refused to claim the bonus on my premium which is given from govt in a manner which looks pretty genuine. When I said I have never hard of such bonus & neither I have refused to claim any bonus if any thinking that it may be from LIC as I have some LIC policies. Then he said to day being the last date, if I don't claim the file will be closed & the Bonus will go to agents account. Thinking that it may be some bonus from LIC I have asked him how to claim the bonus & he asked me to note down some Bonus code as he will be transferring the call to a senior officer who will explain the procedure & will ask me the bonus code. He asked me some more questions like where I was working, how much do I pay annual premium etc. When he transferred the call to other person he asked me the bonus code & put me on hold to check the system.
Fortunately/unfortunately the call got disconnected somehow. When I checked Internet about this, found lot of such complain. Thus requesting you to take appropriate action for such frauds so that they do not cheat others.

I have received a call from the above mobile no. [protected] stating that the need to pass on the Bonus on my insurance policies. I have notice that is a fake call.

Pl. take necessary action against the caller on immediate basis.

This is related to the fraud call i received today (26.07.16) from hydrabad region saying that the person (baldev sharma-[protected]) is calling from gbic dept of irda and you have got bonus of 235000 from my life insurance policy, which is going to be transfer to agent account in next 24 hrs, and i[censored] want to get this amount i have to full fill some formalities immediately. at that point of i thought of that this person must be a fraud as irda never calls to any customer regarding policy and the policy which i own does not have the bonus clause as such. then he said that ok i am forwarding your file to the concern department. he said to me call to our head (omprakash-[protected]) saying that he is head of gbic, and he will complete your further process to transfer bonus in your account.
He were trying to do a fraud to me. so plz suggest me.
I am sharing this so that more and more people get aware of such fake calls, who claims that they are from irda and cheat the innocent people. also request irda and other insurance agency to take action against such brokers who are playing with their brand name in the market and ultimately creating a negative impression in the mind of common citizen.

I am a middle class salaried employee working in a public sector for the last 29 years with my head high. Now I have been put in a position of financial distress, bankruptcy by these IRDA officials. I have been cheated from 2013 till 2016 in the name of IRDA. These so called IRDA officers have made me purchase more than a dozen policies in the name of myself and the family members. They even made me purchase policies in the name of different people saying that since my tax limit had exceeded it would not be advisable to purchase policies in my name. So much amount was stuck up with IRDA that I had to comply with whatever they said. They even threatened me that if the amount if not paid through policies my file may be sent for cancellation and there may be a raid by Income Tax authorities. These IRDA officers have made me purchase more than 20 policies in different persons name . I was forced to comply by way of loans from friends, bank, withdrawal of amount from PF, encashing my FDs, encashment of leave, paying children fees through Credit Card etc. there was no one to help me out. I kept pestering the IRDA officials that I was not interested in any extra amount but only the principal amount which has gone from my pocket. I had to encash my leave, withdraw from PF account . The file went on moving from IRDA office to various offices. I requested and pestered but in vain. I was told that this would be the last amount after which there will be no issue. Although I was not able to make both ends meet, and such a huge amount of my hard earned money was stuck up I ventured out and requested amount from family & friends, wife mortgaged all her jewellery, surrendered/took loan against LIC policies. Presently I am debt ridden, my elder brother is suffering from cancer, children are studying and have several other liabilities. I have been cornered from all sides and I have no other options. If ever something happens to my family or myself the so called IRDA officials may be held responsible.

I have the following queries:
• Does IRDA engages in such kind of schemes?
• If it is true, why no written communication instead of verbal?
• Why does everything happen verbally on mobile?
• Why there is no commitment from these officials?
• Why do they threaten that the file would be cancelled if the amount is not deposited?
• Why do different people keep contacting?
• Why are the contact numbers not land line numbers?
• Why the customers cannot contact them at office?

If the above is true, the Government needs to think to revamp the system to bring more transparency for the benefit of the citizens of the country.
Requesting for help and the procedure for lodging a complaint against the so called IRDA officials .
