In case of mediclaim claim is processed by tpa and they pass the claim as per norms. If customer is not satisfied as he did not get full, what to do? Tpa will never reply your griviences and insurancece company will say go to tpa. Who is final authority tpa or insurance company? Tpa is the arrangement made by insurance company as they cannot cope up so called load. Can anybody throw light on this tricky issue? Irda. Please reply

    I have complaint many times but not even a single time any steps taken by irda authority. Sending you once again as this is hampering my future and career both.

    I have worked with icici bank and there my agent id for life insurance has been generated, i left icici in july 14, but till today my agent id is located in irda portal when i use to check my pan status on irda portal. Sending you all the necessary information in this regard and kindly remove my pan from irda portal as soon as possible.

      Dear sir,

      I was admitted in hospital – shree vallabh nursing home – vadodara dated 28/07/2017 and discharged on 31/07/2017, claim no.15111823
      We have claimed for rs.21484, but i have received short amount by rs.7345, as per your baroda office some of amount deducted due to excess & reasonable charges.
      Please not that due to problem, doctors has admitted for 4days as per requirement of situation. And recommended by doctor.
      That time and this hospital is also well known and low cost hospital as charges are reasonable and we have paid fully as per bill.
      You can check at your end, if further clarification required you can contact at hospital or me. We have talked at hospital also and if required they will give detail of justification.

      Please check and do the needfull and revert to me as soon as possible

        I am rajeshkumar in thanjavur, agon life insurance agent said we are offering 3 lake lone with less interest, so i gave 30, 000 dd (3/3/2016) to your concern, but few days later only i know that s an insurance, so i cancel my insurance but the refund amount your saff gives only 2000, but the mistake is your agent, so plz consider my complient.

            My two wheeler lost at march. Still i doesn't get insurance i call insurance companies. They give me excuse only. I am not in office. I am not see you paper. Some time their phone may be switch off. I lost my vehicle 14 march 2017. I have fir copy, two key, which documents they want i provided after two month they replied me for some more documents which i sent already.

I haven’t received my health card, this is happening, since last 2-3 years after filling a complaint then i receive my health card which is becoming a major problem. This year again i have to file a complaint just for the health card, please help me and give me my family health card as soon as possible. Please take action against my complain. I am very sorry to say that you people are not taking your consumers seriously. We are facing lots of problem regarding your policy. Hope you will look into my problem as soon as possible

                        I have done payment through online in aug 2017 for term plan and medical procedures completed on 03.09.2017 and as per his requirements i have submitted docs, also confirm the agent that no need sal slip if bank statements provide him, and after 1 month approx he has declined my policy, due to insufficient financial evidence and when i call cust care then agent confirming he doesnt understand my bank statement for income clearance, my question is-why i would suffer if company employees not understanding statement, and if he didn't understand then why didnt want sal slip, today i send the sal slip with id card of working company to maxlife but he said that you can apply for the same after 6 month, why i would suffer,

                          Please refer to above subject, vide you letter dated 20.06.2017 it was confirmed that claim documents were received on 15.11.2016 and vide your mail dated 05.09.2017 (Sent from [protected]@mdindia.com to zo. [protected]@psb.co.in) it was confirmed that “ the mentioned claim is recommended for payment, final payment are done by insurance company. We are in follow-up for confirmation of the same and will revert to you once we receive the detail from insurance company.’). However, after 04 days of your mail no fund has been received. Further, vide your mail dated 02.08.217 it was advised to wait 07 to 10 days for amount to be transferred to the designated account. The follow up of yours shows your irresponsible behaviour towards the claim settlement.in spite of numbers of reminders, letter and telephonic conversation there is no any confirmation whether amount has been settled in full and final. As such, you are again requested to settle my claim amount in full & final.

                            Reliance child plan policy no.50266752 maturity is very low amount why? Policy holder name mr. Kapileshwar sharma is very urgent to illness wife treatment vellore hospital so please help me. My policy maturity is 127000 but my money deposited 500000. So please check and cleared soon. My another policy no.50834037 is also maturing 2018 march is same child plan is premium amount 130000 and this policy maturing is very low so my problem is solved soon please.

And i was informed the claim will be paid. But i have not received any payment till now. No reimbursement has been done. Please look into the matter and process my amount as soon as possible

                                  I am medical health insurance policy holder & pd 30th premium. First five years the united india & from last 25 years the new india assurance co. Ltd. (24 yrs record of policy with me). Last yr me self & my wife both covered 2lakhs each and pd premium rs.17, 296/ with all now current yr premium for same nearest rs.39, 900/-after retire i am not able to pd huge amount of premium, but to continue my policy, i have reduce my coverage rs.1lakh both (Each) pd. Rs.27, 818/without optional cover. My self and wife during 30yrs never claim, also not take benefit of free medical check benefit. I have lost premium amt. Is ok. Now i am age of 64 & start required medical, not take continue policy benefit due to reduce policy amt. I & my wife earned rs.38, 500/-no claim bonus. Ache din to nahi aya but bure din to jarur a gaya.

                                      I would like to inform you that i am a lic agent and we cover under group medical insurance skim with
                                      Medi assist insurance tpa private limited. I was hospitalized 21april to 28april2017 due to neuro operation and 2lac rs bills paid to hospital.
                                      I was submitted all bills to medi asist insurance tpa private ltd at 28 may 2017. But till today i cannot recive any objections or claim amount from insurance company..

                                        I purchased online term plan from policy bazzar in june 2017. That time their representative told me to cancel the policy due to some mistake in form. I did accordingly. But till now i nt get my refund whenever i call they are avoiding my phone call. Please look into matter and resolve the issue.
