I availed two wheeler insurance from icici lombard. Policy no. 3005/[protected]/01/000, expired on 16.08.2017. When i tried to renew the policy online on 14.08.2017, rs.2069/- was deducted from my icici bank saving account no.[protected] and credited to icici lombard. Immediately i got sms that there was some problem in transaction, if the policy is not renewed, refund will be initiated to your account. Now more than two months have passed, but neither renewed policy nor refund is received by me. I tried to complaint online twice and sent 2 to 3 mails to customer care of icici lombard, but they do not want to understand my complaint and replies that your policy has expired. If my policy is not renewed, please send me refund of rs.2069/- deducted from my saving account and credited to icici lombard.

    Sir, myself meena kumari w/o sh. Jitender kumar resident of lig 43 (Old) madhuban, karnal (132037). I purchased an insurance policy from aviva life insurance policy no. Lsp 1661395 dated 29/08/2007. I deposited 11 annual intalments upto 05/09/2017. At the time of purchase i was told that there will be no surrender charge after 10 years, i apply for surrender on dated 12/09/2017. 0n that day the fund value was 305005 but on dated 20/09/2017. I received only rs. 240909 in my saving acc. From aviva co. I request you to help me in solving my problem.

      I yogendrakumar natwarlal shah hold the policy in the maxlife co. Policy numbers are[protected] &[protected]
      Due to current situations i am not being able to pay the premium of my policies. I have told the company that i may pay the premium that is pending after 6 to 12 month.
      I have sent a mail to company not to phone me for reminding premium payment on 24/07/2017. But they are daily torturing me for the premium payment. Company does not hear my request and the are calling continuesly
      Please stop him from doing this type of ridiculous behaviour and order him not to call

        I am complaining against bajaj capital office, 2nd floor, parth ashtha, jagdeopath, bailey road, patna 800014, for marketing of their products by befooling people. They called me on my mobile that i have been selected for a gift by them and asked to come at their office at 1 pm sharp on 15th oct 17 sunday to attend a function with my wife and the function will be for one hour. I reached thereat and found that there were about 20 couples in a hall and each couple was being counseled by their staff one to one about their proudcts. They have just wasted my sunday and one hour time in their office by calling me on false statement and were trying to missell their product. They were compelling to buy their product stating that free financial service is available for today only and if i do not buy they will charge rs 25000 as financial service if i take in future.

          I have buy health policy through www. Easypolicy.com from universal sompo general insurance. I got policy bond from easy policy via email on 22.09.2017. Still i didnot get hard copy. Then i call universal sompo c care for details... The executive tell me they didnot have any details in their system.. Policy asper easy policy is : 2825/ol/0000719. Date : 22/09/2017. How its possible in such sensetive case... How irresponsible they are. Pls help

            In case of mediclaim claim is processed by tpa and they pass the claim as per norms. If customer is not satisfied as he did not get full, what to do? Tpa will never reply your griviences and insurancece company will say go to tpa. Who is final authority tpa or insurance company? Tpa is the arrangement made by insurance company as they cannot cope up so called load. Can anybody throw light on this tricky issue? Irda. Please reply

                I was admitted in hospital – shree vallabh nursing home – vadodara dated 28/07/2017 and discharged on 31/07/2017, claim no.15111823
                We have claimed for rs.21484, but i have received short amount by rs.7345, as per your baroda office some of amount deducted due to excess & reasonable charges.
                Please not that due to problem, doctors has admitted for 4days as per requirement of situation. And recommended by doctor.
                That time and this hospital is also well known and low cost hospital as charges are reasonable and we have paid fully as per bill.
                You can check at your end, if further clarification required you can contact at hospital or me. We have talked at hospital also and if required they will give detail of justification.

                Please check and do the needfull and revert to me as soon as possible

                      My two wheeler lost at march. Still i doesn't get insurance i call insurance companies. They give me excuse only. I am not in office. I am not see you paper. Some time their phone may be switch off. I lost my vehicle 14 march 2017. I have fir copy, two key, which documents they want i provided after two month they replied me for some more documents which i sent already.

                                  I have done payment through online in aug 2017 for term plan and medical procedures completed on 03.09.2017 and as per his requirements i have submitted docs, also confirm the agent that no need sal slip if bank statements provide him, and after 1 month approx he has declined my policy, due to insufficient financial evidence and when i call cust care then agent confirming he doesnt understand my bank statement for income clearance, my question is-why i would suffer if company employees not understanding statement, and if he didn't understand then why didnt want sal slip, today i send the sal slip with id card of working company to maxlife but he said that you can apply for the same after 6 month, why i would suffer,

                                    Please refer to above subject, vide you letter dated 20.06.2017 it was confirmed that claim documents were received on 15.11.2016 and vide your mail dated 05.09.2017 (Sent from [protected]@mdindia.com to zo. [protected]@psb.co.in) it was confirmed that “ the mentioned claim is recommended for payment, final payment are done by insurance company. We are in follow-up for confirmation of the same and will revert to you once we receive the detail from insurance company.’). However, after 04 days of your mail no fund has been received. Further, vide your mail dated 02.08.217 it was advised to wait 07 to 10 days for amount to be transferred to the designated account. The follow up of yours shows your irresponsible behaviour towards the claim settlement.in spite of numbers of reminders, letter and telephonic conversation there is no any confirmation whether amount has been settled in full and final. As such, you are again requested to settle my claim amount in full & final.

                                      Reliance child plan policy no.50266752 maturity is very low amount why? Policy holder name mr. Kapileshwar sharma is very urgent to illness wife treatment vellore hospital so please help me. My policy maturity is 127000 but my money deposited 500000. So please check and cleared soon.
