    Hi sir, myself was an agent in max bupa from 2016 and now i want to cancel my agent code and want to remove my pan card from irda portal. Since i got new job they want me to cancel my agent code and get noc. I have met max bupa chennai aminjikarai branch branch head vinoth babu and explained about the situation but he is not ready to forward my approval. I met him 8 times in last 1 month but he us not ready to forward my approval. Kindly do the needful and save me from termination. Am in a very critical state.

Because i want to go another insurance company. I was apply maxlife insurance company. My selection is completed but my joining is pending. Because they have taken objections my pan card no.         Please apprise if insurance co can issue group health insurance policy for a period of 11 (Eleven) months as against premium for 12 (Twelve) months. We know that group health insurance is issued for a period of 12 months which can be renewed after completion of 12 months, now i want to know if insurance company can renew the policy for a period of 11 months as against premium of 12 months.

          I a. S. Venkat rao holding account in sbi barkatpura branch hyderabad i had borrowed personal loan in medical purposes the manager had forced me to take the sbi insurance amount of (100000) per annum. The debited amount is to huge to me it's my personal request to refund the debited amount. Therefore my office colluges are suffering the same

                Irda — removal of pan from irda portal

                Dear sir,

                I have complaint many times but not even a single time any steps taken by irda authority. Sending you once again as this is hampering my future and career both.

                I have worked with lic and there my agent id for bharti axa life insurance has been generated, i leftbharti axa life insurance in 18/10/2017, but till today my agent id is located in irda portal when i use to check my pan status on irda portal. Sending you all the necessary information in this regard and kindly remove my pan from irda portal as soon as possible.

                  Mr. Karan desai had called me and said that irda is giving 30 lakh loan on which 3% interst will be levied. After depositing 30000 to dhfl premerica, 240000 to bajaj allianz, 73000 to future generali, 53000 to hdfc, 46000 to excide. I didn't get any call from him. I have adress of him as below.

                    I (Akhilesh kumar bajpai), purchased policy no.[protected]Rgmb) dt 17/01/2017 from m/s reliance nippon family life scheme for 10 years. When i got the bond paper of the said policy i found that there was difference in the terms that was explained by the agent vis-a-vis the actual document. Further i found that i will not be able to continue the policy in future due to my financial position. Hence, i requested for closing of policy well within the period indicated on the policy. The refund as suggested by the policy agent / manger (Mr. Lalit kishore, [protected]) has been initiated but they are not providing any cancellation receipt or proof. Further while i am pursuing them they are not listening and giving unnecessary reasons, false excuses. Nowdays they are not even picking up mu phone and not allowing me to meet them.
                    I request the authority to please look into the matter and arrange for return of my money. Policy details are mentioned below.

                      I applied for term plan in hdfc life insurance which was rejected on august 22 but my application money of rs. 118157.00 not refunded till date. I even forwarded my account statement to hdfc life two month back, each time they replied me that please spare some time to us. As i even talked at customer care but no satisfactory reply has been received. I even talked to my banker (Kotak mahindera bank) about any suspence amount in my account but my replied me that the arn no. Provided by the hdfc life is not correct. When i talked in hdfc life about the corrected arn number but no reply has been received by me regarding the same. It seems to be a clear matter of fraud.

                        Sweta and rakesh called me and told he is calling from exide life insurance dept, giving me offer if i buy two policy of 25000 yearly for 7 years. And i will get cashback 2400 rs per month. After receiving welcome kit policy document i told it is not mention in policy document, he told me you will receive it soon, he kept promising and kept calling me. When i didnt receive i started calling him always promised in few days, then i complained now the company is saying policy issued and it is out of free lock period so can't be refunded and you can not be given these benefits as well. Now since last one week sweat and rajesh above phone is stopped.

                        After they are not picking my call, when i ask customer care to cancel my policy the are saying policy is out of free look period, the cant help me.
                        I have email sent by them with terms, still company is not taking actions.

                            This year they have charged very high premium for meficlaim that too for senior citizens who have no salary income.
                            Last year my premium was around rs.17/18 000/-
                            Now for this year it is around rs39648/-.
                            It is exorbitant. How come irda given its okay. Kindly redress the premium charges.

                              I am priti.
                              I got trapped (Probably) by a person name called deepak malhotra (He says works for reliance) who got me took out my money from my reliance policy and made me buy policy in bharti axa. He said i will get the money back which insurance agents are taking. Also he made me buy another policy in bharti axa again of 30000.

                              Please help in retrieving my stuck amount, this is my hard earned money.

                              I don't know the current status of my money.

                                Sir, i purchased a health protect policy from cignattk. My policy no. Prohlr[protected]. I sent claim no. Blr-1117-pa-0001121 to operate my hydrocele, but this compny declined my claim. Before insured this company did not tell me about his term & condition. So consider this matter. My insurance starting date :12/10/2017 and date of claim :05/11/2017. The representative of this company tempatated me to purchase his health policy. According to call with representative he did not tell me about this condition. He satisfied me.
                                Hi, the agent might have misguided/misrepresented you to buy policy by not disclosing all the conditions. Its seems that policy has been issued on 12/10/17 & treatment has taken place on 5/11/17 that is within the period of 30 days of policy issue. As per terms & conditions of any health insurers policy except accident/injury due to this no other treatment are covered for first 30 days from the date of issue of policy. Further on reciept of policy document with terms & conditions you might have gone through the same & if not satisfied you might have cancelled within free look period of 15 days from date of reciept of policy so that insurer will have to refund the premium collected. Now there is no chance for the same. in case of cancellation now refund will be to an extent of 50% of premium only.

                                    I availed two wheeler insurance from icici lombard. Policy no. 3005/[protected]/01/000, expired on 16.08.2017. When i tried to renew the policy online on 14.08.2017, rs.2069/- was deducted from my icici bank saving account no.[protected] and credited to icici lombard. Immediately i got sms that there was some problem in transaction, if the policy is not renewed, refund will be initiated to your account. Now more than two months have passed, but neither renewed policy nor refund is received by me. I tried to complaint online twice and sent 2 to 3 mails to customer care of icici lombard, but they do not want to understand my complaint and replies that your policy has expired. If my policy is not renewed, please send me refund of rs.2069/- deducted from my saving account and credited to icici lombard.

                                      Sir, myself meena kumari w/o sh. Jitender kumar resident of lig 43 (Old) madhuban, karnal (132037). I purchased an insurance policy from aviva life insurance policy no. Lsp 1661395 dated 29/08/2007. I deposited 11 annual intalments upto 05/09/2017. At the time of purchase i was told that there will be no surrender charge after 10 years, i apply for surrender on dated 12/09/2017. 0n that day the fund value was 305005 but on dated 20/09/2017. I received only rs. 240909 in my saving acc. From aviva co. I request you to help me in solving my problem.

                                        Due to current situations i am not being able to pay the premium of my policies. I have told the company that i may pay the premium that is pending after 6 to 12 month.
                                        I have sent a mail to company not to phone me for reminding premium payment on 24/07/2017. But they are daily torturing me for the premium payment. Company does not hear my request and the are calling continuesly
                                        Please stop him from doing this type of ridiculous behaviour and order him not to call
