[Resolved] Ixigo — payment was successful but train ticket not booked | |||
I made a transaction from ixigo and entered irctc login id and chose paytm upi for payment but ticket was not booked and in ixigo it showed error something like "parameter missing.." but in paytm statement its showing "transaction with pay successful". Debited amount - 6925.49, date and time :08 feb 2020, 02:42 pm but in ixigo there is nothing visible about this transaction. So please refund the full amount of rs 6925.40 asap. I booked a train ticket from ixigo app from howrah to pune. I made the transaction by phone pe app, my money got deducted but I have not received any confirmation regarding my ticket.
