Hi team,

I filed a claim for cashless hospitalization in feb 2020. But in cashless hospitalization as well, they paid half the amount and were giving baseless excuses that they sent wrong policy and the company is bankrupt now and so on. But later when our lawyer talk to him in legal terms they agreed to pay the amount at the time of post hospitalization claim. We were okay with it.

Next month in march, we filed our post hospitalization expenses and now its being around 4 months and we didn't received any update from their team. I am chasing them via mails from past 4 months. But they are not replying. Kindly look into this issue asap. My jio jac id is [protected].

    We have purchased a new policy in april 2020 inthe name of rushita bhimani but we have not received a policy documents after 3 months. We have enquired about this several times but not received a satisfactory answer. Pls look into the matter and let us know as soon as possible

      Ts been more than 6 months, i have filed reimbursement claim. My policy is of 5 lac and my hospital expenses are about 4.5lac and they are settling only for 2.25lac. Company just settle the claim. Jio members are not helping us they are just making in the name of gurumaharaj. Shame on you jio members. You are fraude people and making jain community shame less.

        Its been more than 3 months, I have filed reimbursement claim. I have been provided Claim Intimation Number[protected] under policy number [protected]P[protected] by Health Insurance TPA of India Ltd. (HITPA)

        I also have send all the documents and provided the receipt of India Post to the TPA.

        Since more than 2 months, I am in followup for the payment status of my claim.
        But I am not getting response from any related person or department.

        Kindly help me to get processed the payment at earliest.

          हमने हमारी पत्नी कल्पना शाह विजयनगर का दो हॉस्पीटलाइजेशन का क्लेम नं. 77801 से क्लेम किया हैं। दोनों हास्पिटल के सभी डोक्युमेन्टस उनके प्रोपर परफोमा के अनुसार हमने भेज दिया है। स्टाफ लोग घर से काम कर रहें हैं। वह फाइल भी नहीं खोली ओर बार बार भेजें गये दस्तावेज क्वेरी निकाल कर वापस मांग रहे हैं। वापस भी भेजें, पर फिर भी tpa कंपनी फिर से मांग रही हैं। उनको आज तक कइ ईमेल किया। पर संतोष पूर्ण रिप्लाय नहीं दीया।
          हमने यह सप्ताह में 50 से उपर उनको कोल किया पर नहीं उठाने।
          हमारे साथ जैन समाज के नाम पर ठगी हुआ हो। ऐसा महसूस कर रहे हैं ।
          गत वर्ष का भी मेरा एक ओर क्लेम भी उन्होने मंजूर नहीं किया। फिर भी हमने jio पर भरोसा कर पोलिसी रिन्युअल करवाया।
          हम गत पांच साल उपर से jio पोलिसी रिन्युअल करा रहे हैं।

            I had enrolled for the policy in nov 2018 and renewed it in nov 2019.
            In dec 2019, i went through a kidney stone surgery and submitted my documents for the claim process in jan.

            My claim was partially honored and i was told that there's a limit on the surgery i went through so they will only reimburse the capped amount which happened to be rs 75, 000.

            I was surprised as there was no such cap mentioned on their website when i enrolled. I check it again and i was right there's no cap on the surgery i went through but i was shocked that the policy they gave had cap mentioned. So they mis-sold the policy to all the policyholders.

            I have been trying to chase them since many months but there's no one to reply the emails. I have sent them at least 50 emails till now but they are just ignored.

            I really smell something fishy here.

            The only reason i bought it because it had jain name attached to it.

              I m not able to renew my policy there is some problem with ur site and the customer care number are not reachable or switched of my policy renewal last date is 28th i need your help. We are not being able to renew it online because of site issues and due to corona virus it cannot be payed through banks or check plz bring this to ur attention are jio jack number is [protected]

                Am writing regarding my insurance claim#[protected] for eye operation of my Mother.

                I chased multiple times on customer care number regarding the status of my claim, but every time I got the respond that it is under progress. After around 4 months of registering claim, I got a message on my registered phone number that it has been repudiated. On calling toll free no. I came to know that it rejected because of compulsory deduction of Rs 5000 per claim and total claim amount was rupees 3211.

                On checking the JIO policies I found this term stating, "Additional Clause: Flat deductible of Rs. 5, 000 for any claim exceeding Rs. 50, 000"

                As per above term, only for claims exceeding Rs. 50000 flat deductible of Rs. 5000 clause exist.

                As my claim is of only Rs 3211 and does not fall under above clause, I request you to kindly revisit my claim and help in getting it reimbursed.

                  Dear sir,
                  I need to make complaint against this fraud company. Even after making complaint in consumer complaint website, this company has still not made my refund. I applied for health policy of jio before 07 days, when they made several false commitments towards this health policy. I got influenced by their words and made payment of rs 16, 125+ rs 750 (Membership fees). The very next day, when i read terms and conditions of this health policy, i got to know that various commitments made by them were false and manupilated. I, at once mailed them to cancel my application and refund my entire amount as i am in freelook period of the policy but these people instead of refunding my money closed my complaint without giving me any solution. Now, these people are waiting for freelook period to get finished, so that they can make excuse for not refunding my money. This is a fraud company, which is making fool of jains in india. These people themselves doesnot belong to the caste jain. They are the most corrupted people.

                    I, prateek jain from agra has booked a insurance policy along with membership of jio and got the membership i'd as-[protected] on 21/10/2019 on after some unbelievable and extraordinary health benefits from one of the jio executives. But, after paying premium of rs 16, 125/- + rs 750/- membership fees, i frequently read all the benefits mentioned on its website and found them absolutely different from what i was told during booking of my health insurance policy.
                    As, i am still in a freelook period i informed the same to jio by sending them the mail not to issue the policy and to refund back my entire amount of rs 16125/- + rs 750/- but unfortunately, these people are not repling me back not refunding my money.
                    Kindly take action against this type of companies, which do not take for its customers.

                      I have lodged claim for rs. 15724 for left eye cataract operation on 14.05.2019.

                      I have received the processing sheet via mail and it shows recommended for denial. The remarks shows claim is not admissible due to rs. 10000 and rs.24000 already paid by primary insurer. But in actual i have received only rs.24000 by primary insurer. Rs.10000 was received by me for my right eye cataract operation.

                      Please look into this matter and resolve it asap as there is more than 3 months passed.

                        I have paid a amount rs.750.00+ for www.jiojac.com and after the payment too they are again asking for subscription fees and still the website admin is not confirming the amount.
                        The site seems to be fake and cheating many. I am taking a online crime branch support to claim my amount and if any person gone with similar problem can contact me on [protected] and start a group action against this website persons.
                        I have major details of company and admin will be prosecuted in coming days with huge penalty
                        The payment portal is also under jurisdiction to claim the amount

                          Hi myself is anand dagli. I have taken policy of rs 5 lakhs under family floater policy and propser of the policy is mother but the thing is they didn't add the name of my grandmother but infact my grandmother is there in the policy from the last two years by saying that fresh entey above 80 is not permissable.

                          Now i triend to contact customer care and also i send them email and provide all the relevant docs but they are not giving any answer from the last 2 months.

                          Now that's enough so i am filing complain in court of law against them so i want your support if you are dissatisfied by jio mediclaim policy so that case will become stronger. I am posting my contact number as well as mail id below

                            My policy sum assured is rs.5 lakhs, under reimbursement claim & as per policy document for cataract eye operation amount of claim which gets approved is capped upto rs.24, 000/- (Per eye). But i have been approved only rs.10, 000/-. And that too i say amount is approved it is not received till today ie upto 6-9-19.

                            So please look into the matter & arrange me for my claim amount at the earliest.

                            I personally feel that nobody should continue their jio mediclaim policy & even i will discontinue it because it makes no sense paying 25, 000/- per year for last 4 years ie rs.1 lakh (Approx) & while claiming you don't every get amount capped ie rs.24, 000/-.

                            This is a mere mischief played by organisation with consumers which is very shameful act under the name of religion. Its high time office bearers must realize this fact, though i know they will not be affected a bit by this but i am writing this for people to open their eye & spread this fraudulent act so that the organisation does not get even a single customer.

                            I personally also feel that funds paid by costumers by way of premium are pocketed by someone else & are not passed through correct channel.

                            By reading this if any office bearer has some sympathy then i would request him to please do the needful the earliest & that too in action & not just by way of words.

                            Attaching herewith a document which depicts that some mischief is being played inside the organisation.

                            Lastly i would just like to say its not "jio mediclaim" its "maro mediclaim"

                              I had taken jio dental care/ocare insurance on 31/08/2016, after that i did not receive any bond nor policy number, later they said me they would refund me the whole amount- as they had stopped the services of ocare, today is 23/09/2019, i still send them mails regarding the refund but never got the refund back

                                  We made a payment in april19 fot the jio group medical policy but still there is not any information or any documents related to policy i have received, and whenever i called on customer care they always reply we didn't dispatch any of them very soon we will.. I don't understand when will i receive the documents as well as when i complain on my jio card there was no response from there side & the contact numbers are no reply most of the time

                                    My Jio Jac Id No.[protected].My father was admitted on 3rd april 2019 in saideep health care and research centre hospital in ahmednagar due to chest pain and urgent conogrphy treatment is done. No cashless system available in this hopsital. So I paid this amt and submiited a claim file in jio head offfice in mumbai. So had called many times in head office and toll free number but no satisfactory replay is received my me till this date.
                                    So kindly reimburse my claim as soon as poosible.
