I paid rs. 13, 107 for shravak aarogyam mediclaim in phase 1 (Renewal). But after paying this amount they declaired that the amount has been increased..!! So they gave option that those who want to continue that mediclaim has to pay the rest of the money which was increased and those who doesn't want to pay more money can be able to get that refund back... And i have complained 2 times to get my refund back but still i didn't get it yet.. Ek shravak ko aur kitni baar complain karni padegi?? Jay jinendra...

      My father's planned surgery is coming up on monday 24th of july 2017 ahmedabad. We have applied for cashless through sterling hospital but we got approval with 50% co-payment condition.. But when we bought the policy it was clearly mentioned that pre-existing is covered from day one. I am trying to contact all numbers but most of them are inactive.

      We are part of the shravak arogyam phase 2, if anybody is having any information about contact details where we get more information please call us back on[protected].

      My surgery happeded on 15 july 2017, they deducted 40% amount saying copay.

        I have done mediclaim for me and my family from jio, and for renewal i have paid the rs 13107.00 on dated : 22/10/2016 vide trx id : p1rng[protected] but due to conflict with insurance company, they have not renewed the insurance, and demanding more premium to renew the same,

        I have not paid the increased premium and asked to refund my money, made several complaints for the refund of money vide ticket number below in jio website,

        1. Jiojacmj9860
        2. Jiojacmj9851
        3. Jiojacmj1843

        But still all ticket number are still un-resolved, they have also opened the refund on website, which is asking the payu number for refund, but they have never provided the payu number,

        I have also emailed them on dt :17/03/2017, as a reminder for refund, but no reply,

        They have also not given any telephone number in their website, it means intentionally they want the sypen off public money,

        Kindly help me to get my refund from jio,

          I got my 6 member family insurance done last year - april & recieved the message from their side via mail as:

          Your payment (Id[protected] of rs 22063.4 for jain international organi is successful. For queries on your payment visit: http://pmny.in/FI6L8HEhtoCj

          There has been no communication other then above mentioned message.

          No policy documents/ details recieved till now despite several reminders.

          No physical membership card recieved.

          I doubt my insurance been done? & if done, where are policy documents? Where is my physical membership card?

            I am a regular member of jio insurance scheme from year 1. The scheme is into its 3rd year and in every year insurance provider has been changed.in the fy 2017-18, our insurance provider has been star health and allied insurance company limited. I had to admit my mother in the smt. S. R. Mehta & sir k. P. Cardiac hospital today on 17 july 2017 to perform angiography. I had applied for cashless facility. I provided all the procedural requirement, and to my surprise the sanction came in with 50% co-pay. Though i have been hearing with lot of harrased consumers in the hospital that jio policies are bad and not paying back customers even hospital staff admitted the same. I have been paying insurance premiums for 3 years regularly and when i need the policy to pay its due its as good as just cheats away. Request jio to intervene and proves its existence for its members.
            Jain International Organisation [JIO] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
            My humble suggestion to JIO, please look into co-pay system. The insurance company (now Star health and earlier ICICI Lombard) exploit this clause and make the JIO members suffer a lot. In-spite of providing the documentation as required by insurance companies they deny the legitimate claims. As an individual the JIO member may not be in position to fight with giants like star health or ICICI Lombard and finally gives up in frustration and unfortunately JIO has to face the criticism in spite of doing good work for its members. Should you need I am ready offer my services to support this cause but please ensure that co pay system is eliminated from the system and leaves no ambiguity in settling the claims. A sincere requested by troubled JIO member (troubled by ICICI Lombard). Having said this I would like to appreciate JIO for doing good work in various fields besides insurance.

              This is to inform you that the case for pre authorisation was forwarded to star health for the operation of left wrist ganglionic cyst.

              All the necessary documents were submitted. We have received the case rejection letter stating that procedure planned falls outside scope of policy cover. Hence claim is rejected.

              How is it possible? When the disease is covered from day 1

              Please explain us the reason

                I had availed jio women policy for my sister on 08/09/2016.
                Ideally we should receive some kind of documents as a proof, but we have not received any docs.
                I have tried to call on helpline no. Which was given by them while enrolling, but no one is responding there.
                On the 15th july 2017 they have given advertise in gujarat samachar news paper saying if any one has any concern related to claim, they should contact them on given address on 15th and 16th july 2017 between 11am to 04 pm.
                We reached there at 2.00pm and they have closed all the counters. No one was ready to answers the query.
                After arguing with one person over there he finally said that you have to pay more 500 rs and you need to visit jio office situated at charni road.
                There where many people like us who were not attended at all.
                I dont know what these company is doing.
                They are making people fool on the name of health insurance.

                      2nd phase me kaha gaya tha ki one yr locking period he knee replacement k like. Abhi mera 3rd yr he 2nd phase renewal ka. Par aapke off se mana kiya ja raha he knee replacement k liye. Me nayi policy nahi le raha hu, mera renewal he, to rules kaise change ho sakte he. Kya ese me cheating samju. Kahi jain k name se business to nahi ho raha he. Please muje jald se jald reply chahiye. Me 8 fine pareshan hu, aap logo se contact nahi ho raha he. Mere papa ka operation karna jaruri he, unko bahot pains hote he. Pls help me.

                        Hello authority, i am atul shah, a member of jiojac program. It is the last day of my family details update. I, at the time of registration, had filled my family details like name age and phone numbers of my mother, father, wife and children which i am not able to find right now. I am not able to understand the problem. Please do help as soon as possible, today being last day of my registration.

                                My MIL met with an accident and had to undergo for hip surgery so admitted her to a network hospital of star health and did all the documentation for the cashless surgery but after waiting for 2 days these people said that it is not under the scope of medclaim.
                                what a stupid answer!!! if you guys are not interested in helping the jain community then why all this drama of fooling people.
                                And also let me know what sll is covered under the scope of mediclaim...
                                Stop fooling people and give us back our premium amount.

                                  I am not getting mails from company regarding refund of my amount...i want my 23000 rs back from company but they are not sending any updates...no reverts on compaint mails sent which i have sent more than 20 times...we have taken hni insurance policy since october 2016, but till i have not yet received my refund...i dont want to carry on wid policy...plz help me in getting my money back...i have not recd sa id also

                                    Hello my sa id is 031848.. Some one called from [protected] and he was explaining me about the cashless and all and told me that you have to download the app bhim and register your bank account number so you can get your transfer in this bank account.. I had processed as per his (Anuj jain) instruction and my account has been debited of r. S 997.. After that i had called so many times (+20) but they did not receive my call.. I had called from another number and the called me back on the another number.. I had talked to his senior (Mahesh jain).. Now he also told me that you have to submit your bank account so i can refund your amount in 15-20 minutes as i had requested them too many times as i have ecs tomorrow so plz refund me.. Refund me.. Otherwise my ecs will get bounce.. Bcz of monsoon my bank cash deposit machines has been not working the second morning my ecs got bounce..

                                    R. S 997 is not a big amount but my ecs bounce is very big deal.. They had fraud with me and not picking up my both number..

                                    I want to claim on this company of r. S 1, 00, 000 as my cibil got affected and they have cheated me..

                                      Worst company ever never take this insurance i have thyroid problem from last 1 month due to i have breathing problem from last 4 days and # company denied my claim and say this particular disease is pre existing disease never buy it is worst and all the report are correct under doctor. Doctor write letter to insurance that please provide them insurence as they need surgery as fast as possible and they again declained never buy this worst company and also do not buy jain internationjal organisation. They both are worst my thinking with them is this. I wishes that both the company should shut down never buy
