    Dear Sir,
    My uncle holder of PPO no JMU-8537-C was drawing pension from your rehari branch jammu under account number[protected] but unfortunately he expired and now her wife has to be paid family pension under account number [protected].in this connection all formalities were completed and letter of sanction was handed to your staff at Rehari branch NO being PNR-rev/JMU/8537C dated 30/10/2020.I am pained to write that rehari branch playing tricks and not crediting pension by one excuse or the other.I visited branch many times.sometimes they say that concerned employee is on leave.Sometimes they say software has not been loaded.My aunti is senior citizen and as per RBI, she is to be provided banking services at door step.Please look into the matter and advise me accordingly

      My account was debited by an amount of rs 500 via micro Atm at on barmaulla highway petrol pump and was told that I will be get automatically refunded with 7 working days, but still didn't get my amount back..I also visited the concerned branch and fill the reversal form aswell but still didn't get my amount..find the attachment aswell.

        The NEFT carried on Friday amounts Rs.5000/= got wrong act no and its Name was correct . which according to my knowledge should not happen n money should b refunded back. Till date no refund was done.

            I am writing to you with hope that you will address my issue that in jkbank kreeri baramulla branch employ namely nissar Ahmad ganaie resident of kreeri who is i think sweaper posted in jkbank kreeri, he is interfering in the matters of those customers with whome he has some personal issues, his work is only to do his work for which he gets salary from jkbank, why he is interfering in those matters which are out of his service he has make this bank like his property, he is posted in jkbank kreeri baramulla from more than ten years but nobody is transferring him from jkbank kreeri baramulla, my request to you is please transfer him to another place with which all customers gets same approach from jkbank kreeri baramulla. Please adjust any person from other places instead of proper resident of kreeri in his place, I'm sure you will take action on my complaint which we are facing with the presence of employee nissar Ahmad ganaie s/o Abdul khaliq ganaie, i hope my complaint will be addressed

              I am the account holder of j&k bank bearing account no{***************71} at nidyar barnch and also loan account holder bearing account no at ssi branch [*************781 laa ]with sanctioned amount *****0.00 inr ..
              I want your kindself to know there has been placed an unauthorised transaction in my account on 13/12/2019 amt 9242.00 inr and on 05/12/2020 amt 7973.00 without my consent.
              I was already persuing insurance with hdfc ergo general insurance company
              from 16/feb/2017 to 16/feb/2020
              also i had no information about the same neither have i recieved any documents from your side till now
              so pelease explain why did the transactions took place without any authorisation and consent from your account holder
              pelease look into the matter as soon as possible aand pelease refud the above amount in my respective account ….

                To WHOM IT MAY CONCERN,

                I was appalled by a recent encounter with one of your employees - at goal market Kara nagar branch, (J&k bank) someone whom I hope is not representative of your company as a whole. When you hear what transpired, I am sure you will agree.

                I've 2 accounts in the said branch. current and savings, viz: Medimark Pharma, Aqib Yaseen Baba respectively, I was requesting to the concerned madam to link my jio number wid my current account as i had already filled the form for the same before 3 month. So i was not receiving any notifications regarding my transactions.
                Today i came and went concerned madam for the same, filled the form again and waited at least 2 hours after that her reply was rudely "GO UR HOME" I've lot of things to do.. I can't explain anymore in words, requesting you good self, Kindly look into it. Please I hope you'll take action again it

                      I have linked my new number with my account. After that i am unable to use mpay as it displays a message id already exist. So i contact the concerned branch and they said they will look into it n said the issue will be resolved. After they resolved iam not able to open my mpay as it always displays time out technical problem.

                        I'm requesting to your good self that advance manager jkbank kreeri baramulla is misbehaving with customers, for all works the response of advance manager jkbank kreeri baramulla is negative, he is not professional employ as every customer gets angry from his way of speaking, only those persons who has links with local employees of lower rank like peons, sweapers who are local residents gets finance etc from jkbank kreeri baramulla branch with the help of these local sweapers, peons, advance manager only sanctions loans of those who have better links with local employees such as sweapers etc who are residents of kreeri working in jkbank kreeri as sweaper etc, for those who has any personal issues with these sweapers the advance manager jkbank kreeri also listens what these sweapers etc told him, i want transfer of all local sweapers employees who are working there from many years and exchange of old staff with new staff who can work smoothly and professionally in JK bank kreeri baramulla, we want to get rid off these local employees with advance manager jkbank kreeri, i hope you will take action against advance manager jkbank kreeri baramulla and I will get justice

                        There is no kind of discipline in jkbank where sweapers can be seen in advance managers place and advance manager insweapers chair, they will ruin the image of jkbank which is most reputed financial institute

                          I want to tell you that advance why aren't you taking action against advance manager jkbank kreeri Baramulla as he is misbehaving with customers, he has no way of speaking, he is openly challenging customers to file complaint against him nobody can take action against me is always in his mouth, i as customer of jkbank kreeri baramulla doesn't accept his misbehave, so it is your work to take action against advance manager jkbank kreeri baramulla, i have solid proofs against him, in what manner he talks with customers I have recorded his irresponsible way of talking with me and by saying if you complaint against me nobody will take action against me, he should be transferred from kreeri baramulla branch to another place or give him punishment with which he can't misbehave with any customer, if you could not do so then tell us to transfer our accounts to other banks.

                            My request to you is kindly for sake of common people i am repeatedly requesting you that advance manager jkbank kreeri has misbehaved me another time today when I approached him for laptop loan as I am the account holder of jkbank kreeri baramulla and my salary account is in this branch, the nature of advance manager is not looking professional, every day he makes issues with customers, last time he misbehaved with my son, now this time he misbehaved with me, where from this kind of persons comes in JK bank which is most trusted institute of people, he only refused to sanction loan for laptop by saying why are you making complaints about us, so is it punishable according to advance m jkbank kreeri baramulla to complaint against misbehaviour of your employees, sir please take immediate action against advance manager jkbank kreeri or tell us to transfer our accounts to other banks, I want only action against advance manager jkbank kreeri baramulla

                                    I am CCG account holder in J&K Bank Branch unit Chrari Sharief my CCG limit is 22.00 Lacs Now i want to enhance my CCG limit 22.00 lacs to 40.00 lacs i provide third party Guarantee of three persons Govt. employee and also provide mortgage for this propose property value is near about 2 crore But Branch Head Chrari Sharief not allow me this facility and miss behaved he said me (You can go other bank i can not do this facility for you) i said why not and he said it is my wish.
