I shamim Ahmed bhat from shopian starts a business with the help of jkbank loan. After one year I completely more than one crore have a turn over. Now I request for the enhance of my loan from February 2020.but our demand is yet to pending. With the help of this complete I think this will solve my problem....

I made a transaction of Rs. 8000 .
My monet got deducted but payee not received the money. Kindly refund my funds....

Hello sir yesterday i made a transfer from my bank to airtel wallet but my money is deducted from my bank but not credited into my airtel wallet. And showing the message transaction failed. So sir what i do is my money get back to me..

When i was doung transfer first 2 times transactions failed but when i did on 3rd time it also failed but money deducted from account but not credited into my airtel wallet...

This is for your kind information and request for help that here chowki handan j&k bank atm has some technical fault which is not discloses by authorities and people in whole area are suffering for money withdraw due to lock down. So request you taking this on high priority rectify issue and help people in this difficult time.

I'm account holder of j&k bank, branch newa pulwama kashmir.
I'm receiving call from unknown number asking me atm card details and he told me i'm manager of your bank i've to block your card and you will get new one as soon as possible.
I tell him i can't give you details but he is using bad language.

I am a account holder of jkbank magam also I am a salaried employee but my account has not been updated from last year and I am doubt regarding my loan EMI manager are also misbehaved me for each and every time .so please solve my problem and pause my EMI for 3 months .I need very badly .

Staff of j&k bank branch changa the staff of this branch are local some person those local person show their power they cannot treat as customer on the basis of election elected here
You can see with proof that they had return loan of IDSRR that was applied by me and also
DIC only their voters can use the scheme of j&k bank...

My account is in branch bantalab jammu. Several days before i have brought shares but unfortunately they were not alotted to me but my amount is still blocked in my account and i could not withdraw tha... The bank official told me it will unfreeze on its expire date that was 21 march but not they are telling we can't help you... So please take immediate action on this concern.

I just purchased a new smart phone. I inserted my sim card which is registered with the bank under account number _. I was having good experience with mpay, but unfortunately since i installed mpay in my new phone, it is not working. The response message i receive all the time is 'your transaction timed out'. Now i request your good self that kindly provide me the necessary procedure so that i may resume my best ever...

I have canceled some items from amazon worth of ₹1258 in january. But till now the amount has not been credited back.. They ask they have successfully initiated the process of refund process and it's most probably from the bank side the case of delay.. I have still not received my refund for a failed transaction on 12.10.2019. It’s been more than 60 days of submission of complaint and form of grievance.
I want the bank to look into my matter immediately and respond promptly! It’s extremely unprofessional from their end to let their customers suffer like this.

Haven't received the refund initiated by AMAZON dated 23rd December 2019. The refund should have been reflected by 4 business days in the j&k bank account through which the amount was debited. Haven't received till 1st January 2020. I ordered the product on 23rd December 2019 at 9:25 am & cancelled it after an hour then I got the mail the refund will be initiated within 3-5 business days but till 1st January 2020, I haven't received the amount....
