        Hello sir yesterday i made a transfer from my bank to airtel wallet but my money is deducted from my bank but not credited into my airtel wallet. And showing the message transaction failed. So sir what i do is my money get back to me..

        When i was doung transfer first 2 times transactions failed but when i did on 3rd time it also failed but money deducted from account but not credited into my airtel wallet

                  I have recently been a victim of fradulent transaction on[protected] of amounts rs 20, 000 and rs 8, 888. I have called the branch same day but i was been told to come next day but as you are aware of the prevailing condition of the valley i was not been able to make up to the branch. So now i am writing you to inform you to kindly look into the matter and take strict action against the culprits as it is hard earning money which is now in the hands of some stranger.

                      Staff of j&k bank branch changa the staff of this branch are local some person those local person show their power they cannot treat as customer on the basis of election elected here
                      You can see with proof that they had return loan of IDSRR that was applied by me and also
                      DIC only their voters can use the scheme of j&k bank
                      The Branch manager also take side of their staff
                      I want to ask a question that why these people show their power in this branch if this is a public property plse take action against him

                              I have still not received my refund for a failed transaction on 12.10.2019. It’s been more than 60 days of submission of complaint and form of grievance.
                              I want the bank to look into my matter immediately and respond promptly! It’s extremely unprofessional from their end to let their customers suffer like this.

                              I have already emailed my bank branch the form with transaction id and vendor’s name. I fail to understand what is taking them so long to resolve this issue.
                              It is a failed attempt on their platform for online payments. We do not expect such latency in user services.

                              Actually Some one has called me from kalkata his name is ntin kumar S/o of bahadur sing and asked me that you have won Rs.1218095 from john cena foundation.He ask me to deposit Rs 6500 as doller to INR convertion fee he calld me so may times and then i have deposited such amount inhis account no 37718097812 Acount holder name Custom Service india but he didn't give me anything it was just fraud he has taken that amount from me and he didn't ge me anything So I request u to please refund Rs 6500hundred in my account no.0178040100005651

                                    My sb account is in gdct branch of j&k bank in jammu.

                                    It's been more than 6 months. I'm trying to use mpay in my android but
                                    After installing the mpay app on my android device and putting in all the necessary credentials like card no, pin etc. The message which is displayed everytime reads as "customer id is already register for mobile banking. Kindly contact bank for further details". As i am out of state for my study purposes, i couldnt personally visit the bank branch. Kindly provide the solution for the same.
                                    I have contacted the bank a number of times and they say problem will be solved within 2 hours. But it's been more than 6 months and problem is not solve
