On 10th august, i ordered a product from amazon.in using my debit card. However due to some reasons the order got cancelled. I was emailed that i will receive my refund soon. Sir/mam the jk bank branch chandoosa baramulla has made it mandatory of 2000 rupees as security deposit for saving account which is against the rules and regulations of the bank, when asked about the issue the said manager refuse to pay any heed.
