I had applied for consumption advance from jkb khanyar sgr.
Due to certain incorrectness in pay certificate from my office my case was not processed. After i managed a fresh pay certificate from my ddo i submitted it with mr altaf of advance section of the said bank.
Today again, the concerned official of the bank has raised lame observations. The bank has been raising unjustified quiries which has certainly put me to mental agony. This time mr altaf says that there is observation from cluster head.
I approached my ddo for his help but he refused to provide any further information without a written intimation from the bank concerned.
I request to plz redress my grievance at an ealiest.

    *the branch manger of jk bank court road misbehaved and humilated me*

    Respectfully, want to bring in your notice that the standard of customer dealing at court road shopian is degraded and the branch manager of said branch has made his own dictatorship in the brach.

    I went to jk bank court road branch office for cdr purpose and ist the branch manger refused my cheques and shouted on me that u are not having account in court road and go to mother branch for conversion of cheques to cdr.

    He said that "we dont have time to look work on other branches and never ever come with other work to this branch. Finally, i approached cluster head and after his intervention the branch head accepted and shouted on me get out from the bank premises and came after 1 hour and finally bank issued me cdr at around 1 pm.

    The bank manager intentionally consumed my time.

    All the scenes has must be recorded in cctv camera. I request you please go through the cctv footage... The facts will come infront of you and the several customer of the bank has been treated same as i was treated their.

    So my kind request is that please take him on task and if you need my statement about the above incident. I'm ready to record my statement anywhere.

    Hope my grievance will be addressed soon.

    No action Has been taken against Branch manager court road shopian. However, several Days Has been Gone.. I did not find any revert of my Complain. It is very disgusting
    This Grievance cell is only eye wash for public. Complain I registered on 22 oct still is not getting any revert.
    One month has been gone post submitting my Grievance and nothing has done so far... is this Grievances cell only for eye wash..
    Very disappointed from your Revert. No action has done so far...
    The Misbehaviour Of Bank Empolies are Just backed By You Guys. As You never ever take them on task and such Miscreants always Run their own kingdom in their branches.

    Anyways, It is very shame for You Guys as You Shielded An such A Crock.

    Very Ashamed For you and now I myself Lost the trust on ur organisation.

        On 10th august, i ordered a product from amazon.in using my debit card. However due to some reasons the order got cancelled. I was emailed that i will receive my refund soon. On 31st august i received email from amazon that the refund has been processed successfully and it will reflect in my account within 3 - 4 days. However till today i haven't received my refund. I contacted amazon but they said that they have processed the refund and gave me a refund reference number through which i could check its status in my bank account. But when i contacted the bank they said we cannot do anything with refund reference number. I'm stuck between amazon and my bank.
        Kindly help me out and look into this matter as soon as possible.

              My brother ishfaq rasool bhat had took 2.50cr as a loan on his house for bussiness his shop name is I.r.b car technology near baght chowck opposite jamia masjid sgr and had putted me and one more guarantor in his loan the time we got involved in his loan he was not a defulter at that time but now he not payi g the bank at all the bank is cutting from my account to his loan and he has used my fake signatures in his loan and I have complained even at zonal office to seize his property which was as a mortgage he has good business going on but I don't know why he is not paying the bank and being a defaulter and I don't know why the bank isn't seizing his property I want to complaint against him of fake signs and remove me guarantor or seize his property my account is seized completely since many months iam a handicapped Lady with a abnormal son to full fulfil my family expenditures to survive I request to pay attention in this case

                              Hello,
                              Recently i had ordered from paytm and returned the product. They initiated refund of 3499/- it's been more than 21 days i haven't received the refund and paytm said we have already processed. When i tried to contact back customer support. None of their phone numbers work all are dead and they don't even have an email id.
                              I want to complaint against there negligent customer support and not solving my issue. It's the worse bank in the country.

                                Dear sir/ madam,

                                This is with regards my saving account number [[protected]] maintained in your jk bank. I am using this account from past few years and i just need this account to get the scholarship purposes im jus a student not any employee. The account does not possess any huge transactions and neither i’m using any credit card / loan facilities from the bank. I just have debit card and the charges for same are regularly deducted from my account after every quarter.
                                This is not the first time that my account has got deductions on the head of lien balance and often creates serious problems for me when i need to pay someone. I have limited amount of money in my account and the same is credited to different parties on every interval. But such kind of deductions always creates very much problems for me. I was tired of these uneven deductions from jk bank b/u noor bagh officials for no genuine reason.
                                I request the concerned authorities to kindly credit the same balance to my account as soon as possible or else i may switch to some other banks which are providing accounts on zero balance scheme.
