I cancelled my order on 17 November on Amazon.and I was supposed to get the refund on 25 November under the refund reference number (protected) but I have not received my payment yet.so Amazon said me to charge dispute.now I hope you will solve my problem as soon as possible.

    THE PAYMENT HAS BEEN RETURNED FOR AMOUNT CAD4711.03 under reference no
    AZNM[protected] after DEDUCTION OF CHARGES OF CAD134.97. Again refunding the CAD after converting into INR in our account without our knowledge or informing us resulting in a significant loss.

    In indian currency, my account was debited by an amount of INR 281347 on 11/11/2020 and credited back by INR 263067 on 20/11/2020 resulting in a loss of INR 18280 without transferring any amount to the beneficiary.

    THE FUNDS HAS BEEN RETURNED WITHOUT ANY QUERY RAISED OR INFORMATION SOUGHT FROM US AND THAT TOO AFTER LAPSE OF MANY DAYS. AND AS PER THE REASON BEING MENTIONED FOR RETURN PAYMENT IS 12-DIGIT BENE ACCT NUMBER REQUIRED WHEREAS WE HAVE ALREADY MENTIONED IN THE MT103 THE 5-DIGIT TRANSIT NUMBER AS WELL AS THE 7-DIGIT ACCOUNT NUMBER TOTALLING 12-DIGIT BUT STILL THE PAYMENT HAS BEEN RETURNED AFTER DEDUCTING CHARGES.

    SAME THING HAPPENED WITH ( my husband) ANOTHER PAYMENT TO THE SAME BENEFICIARY FOR CAD2654 DTD 11.11.2020 UNDER BANK REF. NO. 0021CAGOR201484 AFTER DEDUCTION OF CAD134.97 UNDER REF. AZNM[protected]

    Total loss Cad 134.97 + Cad 134.97 + the loss due to buying and selling rates forcibly imposed on us.

    SO KINDLY TAKE UP THE MATTER FOR THE REASON FOR NOT EFFECTING THE PAYMENT AND ALSO DEDUCTING THIS MUCH OF AMOUNT EVEN AFTER NON CREDITING THE BENEFICIARY AND ALSO NOT RAISING ANY QUERY TO RESOLVE THE ISSUES.SO KINDLY RETURN THE CHARGES DEDUCTED.

        I am account holder of J&K Bank B/u Chrar-I-Shareef and i have CCG loan facility Rs.22.00 lacs from your bank branch B/U Chrar-I-Sharief Now i request Branch Head Chrari Sharief for enhancement but branch head chrari sharief not allow me enhancement facility branch head sadid me go to other bank e.g. Cooperative Bank or any other bank for enhancement and also miss behaved me more then.
        Now i request to your goodself please take necessary action immediately regarding this complaint.

          Sir, kindly change the advance section staff of Jkbank Kreeri Because he misbehaved me in front of public in Jkbank Kreeri baramulla, he totally refused me to section my laptop finance without reason, he told me to you need guarantee of govt employ for laptop finance when I told him that my father will give guarrantee then he searched another reasons and told me that he hadn't payed two installments during covid period, I asked him that why you haven't deducted the amount from my father's account, my father's salary comes every month on account which is in same branch of Jkbank Kreeri, so they are avoiding me every time, kindly look into the matter and punish the advance manager for his misbehavior,

            Sir, actually I syed Aijaz Bukhari s/o syed BASHIR BUKHARI resident of Kreeri approach Jkbank Kreeri for laptop finance before 1month I, e 15 October 2020 at that time advance manager told me that we can't give you finance as this time we are busy with closing, then I approach again for laptop finance on 20 November and the advance manager told me that i can't give you finance for laptop, and behaved rudely with me again and he told me go out from my cabin, when I requested him to talk to my father on phone because he is on covid 19 duty he said tell your father come here covid duty is not must, latter i approached branch manager he respected me like customer, my only advice is to only change the advance section manager immidiatly this type of employees can ruin the image of Jkbank which is most reputed institution of J and k, at last we are very thankful to you that you have given us very great personality as branch manager, kindly punish the advance manager so he can't behave this type with another customer, please reply me as soon as possible.

            Please tell me why I have need of guarantee of govt employ for less than 50000 amount as, only security for laptop finance up-to 50000 is hypothication of laptop as per rules of laptop finance by Jkbank, guarantee is needed for laptop finance which is above 50000 as you have mentioned in your laptop finance rules

                  I booked an online ticket from Srinagar to Delhi on 25 Sep 20202 from yatra.com but due to some technical issues, I didn't receive the booking number and tickets but money was deducted from my account. After contacting yatra .com they told me that that they already refunded the money back to my account on 12 Oct 2020 with the Acquirer Reference Number of the bank for this transaction which is 75503720288042880200557, Now I want to know where my money is.

                      The bank manager is completey dull and not much active, , lot of pending work remain as it it in the work, , every day there is a scuffle btwn ppl and bank employees in the bank, , whole stafff is totally inefficient, , , except few female bank employes rest whole of the employe staff are inefficient..all are promotie...plz take step at this gujjar bandi bank rajouri, , alot of ppl are fed up with this Bank manager nd stafff too.. i am raising complaint on behalf of manyy ppl

                          My phone no hasn't been connected to my account as j had mentioned it on sms form...The phone number has been connected with the wrong person...i requested Mr zahoor Ahmad an employee of Jammu and Kashmir bank tarthpora to change it but he is not hearing to me ...he has done it many times..Plz help me and punish him for his arrogance behaviour..

                              I have visited bank branch Nawakadal to claim my mother's account deposit bearing no. SB-14330. I have been advised by the concerned clerk of the branch to bring the requisite documents of legal heirs alongwith affidavit which I have given to the branch but now she has asked to bring bond now I submit the bond but again the concerned asked me to bring attorney from court. This sher harassment just to claim my mother's deposit of Rs. 10699/-. Please guide as the concerned lady clerk in the Nawakadal branch doesn't know the rules of the bank.

                                  I was supposed to get a refund from amazon. They initiated the refund on 07-sep-2020 with the reference number of[protected]. But my bank is denying that any sort of payment was made through this refrence number saying they are unable to track my payment. So i called the Amazon and they told me to raise a dispute. I really hope you can help me with this matter.

                                    I'm the account holder of jkbank nunnar ganderbal.i have some issue with my mobile banking service when i visit the branch they told me that they will deregister my internet banking service and you will receive a sms from the bank.But still i face the problem. I visit the branch daily everyday they told me the same. I couldn't understand when they are ignoring me.every account holder of this branch facing the problem.
