I have purchased 5 Jaguar Geysers from M/s New Verma Sanitary Store, Sector 9, Panchkula, Haryana, on[protected]. On using it, it has been found that after switching on the Geyser, these make sound like that of cracker. Kindly get it checked and rectified.

I have wall mounted flush it has shows leakage in every 10 days every time i call your boy its make it and after 10 days again it start leaking what king of sytem you provide to your coustomer please replace it and give me genuine product

Flush tank is either not getting filled or if filled, is overflowing.

I bought Jaquar water heater of 10 Litres. From the day one it is having problem even after repeated complaints, problem was not resolved.

Problem - Once it heated to the maximum, it will not heat further. Every time the technician will come and enable the fuse inside the heater and will start heat, but again only once it will work.

So I reached Jaquar support for the replacement, they said based on the analysis of the problem they will update me on the replacement or will be repaired. They have taken my heater on 22 Jul 2021. Till today(21st Sep 2021) I didn't receive my heater back.

On 24th Aug 2021, I called up the technical support of Ernakulam branch on and they are telling that they have to replace some component in the heater. Again there is no response.

On 02nd Sep 2021, I called up again the support through which the call was escalated to Ernakulam branch, Sridhar from that branch said, I will get a response within 24 hours. Next day, I received a call from Service center stating that they are checking the issue. Again no response.

On 21st Sep 2021, I called up again the support again escalated to Ernakulam branch, now they are telling it will take one more week.

I received a faulty product from the Jaquar. So I need a replacement, but don't know how to proceed.

We ordered products from Jaquar, BHUBANESWAR, 3 months ago worth Rs 4 Lakhs. First they delivered wrong products and some were not even available with them. And till now, they haven't provided Installation Service when our House is complete . Only the Bathroom is pending because of these goons. The Jaquar representative an even technician are extremely rude. I guess they are trained on how to trouble customers after receiving money.

Completely Pathetic Team of Jaquar.
I don't know how to get out of this mess that I have gotten into. Is there any way to receive proper service from them?

If this is the situation during Installation, guess what they'd do during maintenance.

After registration demonstration/service of steam and commode. No representative were sent. No response from the sales team from where we have purchased the product. They are totally fooling the customer. Even after calling the servicemen 3-4 times no reply have been received.

I have purchased 6 Taps 1 year back. Now one 1 Tap is not closing properly, However, I called your support team([protected]) and raise the ticket as well (Ticket No:[protected]. Now your service engineer called me and saying that for repairing the tap, He is asking Rs 600 /-.

While purchasing time you guys are said, It's 10 Year warranty period. Now Why you guys are asking service charge?

Why are you guys cheating the customer and selling your product?

Can anyone check and close my issue.

Iam complaining about the employes working in the jaquar showroom (la venture)lal ghati airport roadbhopal. they informed us about the shortage of the items in the showroom of such a huge brand after the fully payment for the items I have bought.They should tell us before payment. This type o[censored]nprofessionalism is not expected from such a branded company.
Secondly we want to replace few of items but they did not replace for worthless reason .I mean billing was such a huge task for them .Their behaviour was so unpleasant and unprofessional. After that incident I lost my trust from jaquar.
I mean employees of local companies are far better from them .

I want to complain against the employes of the jaquar showroom bhopal Lalghati ( Laventure).first they did not tell us about the shortage of the stock in such a huge showroom but after full payment of the materials they informed us about the shortage .iam very much disappointed wid this behaviour.

Secondly we want to replace few items but they did not replace it and said it is not possible for some worthless reason .we are very much disappointed from such type of behavior .
Iam mean basic billings of the items was such a big task for them .
Jaquar is such a reputed brand but with this type of workers in the show room I lost my trust from the company

Based in Mumbai, Vile Parle East. We bought the Jaquar I Flush along with other Jaquar products from Mayur Plumb Centre (Vile Parle East) who said to us that they were an authorized dealer for Jaquar. Meanwhile we came to know that the I Flush has bad reviews online and also the parts of the I Flush were rusted and old. The I Flush given is manufactured in May 2018.
Now when we want to return the product the Mayur Plumb Centre says that they are not the dealer and had ordered it via via from Shivam Ceramics (Vile Parle East) which is the dealer for Jaquar. But Shivam too is not agreeing to take the I Flash back saying that Jaquar does not takes it back from them.
We need Jaquar to take this I Flush back via the dealer or directly.

On 31 Aug Jaguar fittings for refurbished bathroom were bought for an amount of Rs 10000 from RS Tiles and Sanitation sector 49 Noida tel nos [protected]
On 08 Sept while unboxing the fittings it was revealed that Bathtub spout bottom assembly was broken.The dealer was contacted and he flatly refused to replace the item and insisted to go to customer care Jaguar.
