After registration demonstration/service of steam and commode. No representative were sent. No response from the sales team from where we have purchased the product. They are totally fooling the customer. Even after calling the servicemen 3-4 times no reply have been received.

I have purchased 6 Taps 1 year back. Now one 1 Tap is not closing properly, However, I called your support team([protected]) and raise the ticket as well (Ticket No:[protected]. Now your service engineer called me and saying that for repairing the tap, He is asking Rs 600 /-.

While purchasing time you guys are said, It's 10 Year warranty period. Now Why you guys are asking service charge?br...

Iam complaining about the employes working in the jaquar showroom (la venture)lal ghati airport roadbhopal. they informed us about the shortage of the items in the showroom of such a huge brand after the fully payment for the items I have bought.They should tell us before payment. This type o[censored]nprofessionalism is not expected from such a branded company.

Based in Mumbai, Vile Parle East. We bought the Jaquar I Flush along with other Jaquar products from Mayur Plumb Centre (Vile Parle East) who said to us that they were an authorized dealer for Jaquar. Meanwhile we came to know that the I Flush has bad reviews online and also the parts of the I Flush were rusted and old. The I Flush given is manufactured in May 2018.
Now when we want to return the product the Mayur Plumb Centre says...

On 31 Aug Jaguar fittings for refurbished bathroom were bought for an amount of Rs 10000 from RS Tiles and Sanitation sector 49 Noida tel nos [protected]
On 08 Sept while unboxing the fittings it was revealed that Bathtub spout bottom assembly was broken.The dealer was contacted and he flatly refused to replace the item and insisted to go to customer care Jaguar.

Jaquar Flush tank leakage continue...

I am using jaquar shower diverter and i am highly disappointed. Its being only a week that i start using it, it is getting close on its own. After invested in such a reputed company, initially i was happy that i will have a nice experience but the moment i start using it, i start losing trust.

I bought many products for my bathrooms but for my other area i am not interested in buying anymore.

Not working, after installation it’s not working....

I have face problem in jaquar esscobathware toliet sheet which is in warranty period but when I contacted them they told me we have not enough parts for this product so we order it and change in a while in between 10 to 15 days but when I contacted them again they told me we can't have this part so we are unable to do needful and latter on not replayed any answers or even talks....

In washroom we got Jaguar toilet seats and it has leakage issues...

My bathroom tap is always like tow times I have done services but again done same...

If flush tank is full then water leakage continue from flush...

Bathroom's flush valve is not working, water is leaking when press the flush valve . Its not getting stored in flush tank . This jaguar system was installed one month back...not working randomly in starting and now its consistent problem
Please send someone for its service....

I have 3 w/c installed in my residence. All the three closets has some problem . One is leaking, in othet flush valve is not wrking properly and in the third jet spray is showing some problem.Immediate action is needed as all the three cannot be used properly....
