I am registering complaint frequently.

jaquar person comming for repair but not solving issues completely rather he is doing such things so that we will be forced to call him again and again.
asking money more that what is set by company.
now our two bathrooms are having problem of flush, mixer tap and mixer shower.

Facing issue with the product since the day I have purchased it. Tried to contact and register compalint against the product but not getting any update on it. I have requested to product warranty card but that has even not been provided to me till yet. Product is even not working properly and need assistance to claim warranty.

I have just bought new fittings and three months later, the pressure in the showers and jet has lessened. Please contact at [protected].

On October 28th at around 9pm, the sliding glass in the shower cabinet purchased from Jaquar in November 2019 blasted with a heavy sound and broke into pieces when no one was in the bathroom. I called the Jaquar contact in Chennai but no one has come and seen the problem yet. Luckily no one was hurt but I would like Jaquar to replace the glass as early as possible and let the customers know about the reasons for this. Is Jaquar shower glass safe to use

Complaint: The material from the top of the mixer is coming out itself as it
is not made of metal .
I shall appriciate an early solution of the complaint preferably a refund.

1. I have a wash basin tap purchased last 4-5 years back. Now the coating of the tap has peeled off. On complaining we got a replacement, but of the another model ( after 1 month, after several reminders )
On noticing that, we got a answer from service provider ( D C Kadam Sales and Service, Pune 37 ) that the part is not available with them and you won't get replacement.

2. We got a bottle trap replaced under the wash basin because of leakage from D C Kadam. It started leaking from 2nd day.
In this case, job was appointed to Mr. Janardan and he came for a visit. Next day another technician Mr Ansari done the job.
There is leakage from last 5-6 days. Both the technician are not receiving our calls.

3. 2 months back we complained about the peeling off coating from our kitchen basin mixer. The technician informed us, that he will send it to company and revert back.
Inspite of continuous follow up, we didn't received any satisfactory answer for more than a month.
So eventually we purchased a new basin mixer, and after a month from my new purchase, we got the replacement, which is worthless for me, as I have already bought a new mixer

Brought all jaguar products for all my 3 bath rooms on 2017. Repeatedly all 3 closets got leak.

Twice floats replaced on all 3 closets and still got leak. Very hectic with jaguar products due to after service. This is my last attempt. I am planning to demolish all closets and will go for any non branded closets.

Will never recommend this product and will write in Facebook.

The flush valve of wall mounted camod is not working.

The flush cock in my washroom is stuck and the water is not stopping. It needs to be fixed or replaced.It needs an urgent attention.

I am Akhil Redkar from Goa, facing a hairline crack on my sanitaryware product number SLS-WHT-68 SLS which is under warranty. Mr. Pratik has been regularly servicing my taps for almost 5 years and he has never told me not to use white cement and all. Now when it comes to replacement under warranty you people are removing faults and ignoring me. Then what's the use of spending so much money on your products and what's the use of warranty?
Or else you should keep your assistants or masons to fix your products. Anyhow i want replacement of this product or i will take this matter to consumer forum if you people are cheating the common persons.

We have bought Jaquar bathroom fittings. Wall mount tap is coming to hand for every 2 to 3 months. Please give permanent fix for this.

We have purchased a jaquar fan couple closet from your dealer m/s.Vishesh hardwares & spares, tirunelveli junction (raj hardwares store) tamil nadu.In the name of mr.Faiz ibrahim, bill dated 18/08/2021bill invoice no:361. 18/08/2021. Inadequate flushing... The flushing system has completely stopped working...please look into the matter as soon as possible

The tap of your company were leaking continuously and the the jeck of seat is broken. The problem is continuing since a month . Please look into the matter and do needful.

We have purchased and install jaquar bath enclosure in our bathroom.

First it took more than promised time. Second, the installation is very ugly and untidy.
In place of installation of ledge some mechanic filled silicone in a ugly and bad way. Further we have paid amount for ledge also but it was not installed properly and complete.

It needs tidy installation.
