My seat is leaking as well as my shower too

Somebody stole spout of washbasin diver of ARIA series 39233 need to buy a new one

I have braught the wall hung Kamode and after installation within 25 days o[censored]se it has got hair line cracks.

we are very disappointed because after raising complaint also now its more that 10 days I don't have any clarity from Jaquar customer care. Please find my complaint number 00791595.

Kindly replaced the Kamode at earliest.

Geysers installed some time ago is non functional. Reflects E0. Another Geyser installed in the upper floor also is non functional. People are at their 70s. Need warm water for bathing purposes.

Leakage in tap

I have purchased concealed tank with wall hanging pot from Nobel sanitation Ujjain in December 2020. After fitting and installation water is continuously leaking in hanging pot after the tank filled . Please check and do the needful to solve my problem . It will be a great loss to me if I break the walls to open concealed tank .

Urinal flush not working

In the bathroom hot water flow is very weak for shower but cold water flow is good.
Washbasin has good hot water flow. The particular problem is only for shower and tap in the bathroom

Hot water is not flowing freely from the shower panel and mixing is not effective.

I am going to take a serious action on Jaguar company and our local dealer because i purchased jaguar Sanitary Hav a problem in Wall Hanging Seat from the day one of purchased Our Local Dealer BHARAT BATH GALLERY i complaint many times even to company but they harassment just haras me 1 year now its on bottom of my mind now i am decided to take legal action.Against BHARAT BATH GALERY MALERKOTLA Mr Kamal From ludhiana, Mr Mantu From Malerkotla.

Water continues after flush is released

Water leakage from the flush valve

It's been 3 years since I set up sanitary taps in my house, but haven't received any service from your end. I have complained many times, yet output was nothing.

So I request you to please do come and make your service worthy. Hoping you get positive response from your side.

We have called Jaquar Customer Care for more than 7 times as our toilet flush aren’t working, they told us Jaquar toilet fittings are not available in the market so it will be delayed. We are contacting them and also constantly in contact with the service person Mr. Deepak Patil who was supposed to come but their answer is always the same. It’s been 4 months we haven’t received any service.

Last year we faced same issue, we lodged a complaint with customer care several times, service was delayed for too long and when that person Mr. Deepak Patil came he didn’t provide a proper service and left the work midway and didn't completed yet. We have given him ample time to provide the service and also to get the required parts or fittings but he didn’t complete his work and made the same excuses.

Similar thing is taking place now, he’s still making excuses and delaying the service every single time we call and 4 months are more than sufficient time to get the parts and provide the proper service.

We request you to resolve this grievance as early as possible and also provide us with one of the best and responsible person who will give us a proper and satisfactory service.

Repair it fast

As there is leakage in our bathing Tap system and Wall. Please help us repairing as soon as possible.

The water is overflowing in the inner tank n the flush is nt working

Over Head Shower Nob is not working and is Jaam. Need to be checked.

We had installed Jaquar’s toilet Flush valve about 2 months back. We hadn’t used it until yesterday and then we realized our brand new toilet flush valve is not working.

The commode has crack on the front side.
we have braught the thing in 2018 sometime in september.
we have hardly used it and it has crack not just one three of them has the problem.
we are very disappointed.
previuosly we have used cera and it did not have any such problems(for 20yrs)
