Had raised a complaint to get some help with getting the WC seat fixed. It looks like there is some damage where the seat is mounted. Images attached. Also for one more WC the side cover is broken. One of the bathroom hot cold water mixer has come off. I am totally disappointed with the after sales support of Jaqaur. I had purchased the complete range of bathroom fittings of a reputed brand. Unfortunately, there are issues with the WC and one of the bathroom fitting. Subsequently, I raised the complaint to Jaquar customer care on 8th Nov 2021. The issue was recorded against service call# 01283491. I have been in touch with Bangalore Jaquar office for a week now and all that they do is provide false assurance of getting the complaint attended. No ome has turned up yet. I forwarded the pictures and all details on whats app as requested

My Jaquar flush valve is having some problem, it flushes more water then required, we need to change the button for the smooth operation

Jet spray is not working

I purchased Jaquar WCs in the month of September 2021. Of which, two have manufacturing defect. I raised a compaint on Jaquar customer care and a service person visited in few days. He also acknowledged that it's a manufacturing defect and raised a request for WCs replacement. However, I have not received any response after that from the company. Even after multiple reminders on customer care number, there is no update from the company as of November 2021.

We had purchased 3 FLUSH on 14-july-2021.
Which were recently installed. With the installation we were facing issue of Leaks which was addressed last week but the issue is again popping up, and we are getting no reply on the toll free number from last 1 week.

Gun hand jet spray leakage

My essco wc has an issue. It doesn’t flush out waste on flushing. All waste comes back and there could be a problem with the mould of the wc. The customer care n technician who visited was of no use. Inspite of showing live demo they did not take any action. Kindly resolve before end of warranty period I need a replacement with a new wc.

Its been more than 1 year and 10 month of purchase of the toilet product and despite of the repeated complaining, following up the issues of leakage, damaged product and other issue are not resolved. Furthermore the reply of my email to [protected]@jaquar.com for TicketID #JQ50134 is still not been made which was subsequent to the email communication on 22nd Oct 2021.

We are feeling cheated by Jaquar, it's pathetic. This is my last try to bring the whole matter to your notice so that you can take corrective action at the earliest (As me and my brother have already tried tons of times).

If my problem is still not addressed to, i am left with no other option but to complain to relevant higher authorities...

Mixer tap fitted in bathroom not working. It's too tight to operate. No hot water is coming. Once is on its difficult to off it.

Button of jet spray is broken.

This has reference to my complaint reference no R 0755624A of 16th July 2021 and I have been continuously sending the reminder to get the replacement of the burnt geyser . Please note if Jaquar is not giving response, i have to file a complaint on edaakhil.com along with all the case details and fire report.

Please note that Mr Shambhunath Pandey visited my house C 35 Suraj Mal Vihar, Delhi -110092 on 12-08.2021 and collected the burnt geyser( Copy of the Jaguar Job Card attached herewith). In this regard, I have not heard any thing from Jaguar customer care of Rohit who was following up with me regarding the ownership documents which were given to him after which the geyser was picked up by Jaguar Mr Pandy on 12th August 2021. Please note we have purchased the floor from builder and given you all the documents of ownership giving details of Jaquar fittings . As this was a floor apartment bought from builder in 2019, it is difficult to get the invoice copy from builder as the agreement mentions the details of all fittings.

I would appreciate if Jaguar Management update me regarding the status of the geyser as due to the fault in geyser not only geyser got burnt but my house walls and other furnishings also got fire which lead me to repainting and replacement of wires etc leading to higher damages.

Would appreciate a reply and replacement of the geyser.

Please be informed that it's not been even one month that we have purchased all hardware from Jaguar and the wall tank for one of our bathroom is not working properly.
It remains pressed for longer period of time and is required to forcefully taken out to avoid unnecessary wastage of water.

I had launched complaint two times from president.[protected]@gmail.com but your person is only assuring to come and if he comes he just looks at the bathroom and goes back taking away money.

I am registering complaint frequently.

Facing issue with the product since the day I have purchased it. Tried to contact and register compalint against the product but not getting any update on it. I have requested to product warranty card but that has even not been provided to me till yet. Product is even not working properly and need assistance to claim warranty.

I have just bought new fittings and three months later, the pressure in the showers and jet has lessened. Please contact at [protected].

On October 28th at around 9pm, the sliding glass in the shower cabinet purchased from Jaquar in November 2019 blasted with a heavy sound and broke into pieces when no one was in the bathroom. I called the Jaquar contact in Chennai but no one has come and seen the problem yet. Luckily no one was hurt but I would like Jaquar to replace the glass as early as possible and let the customers know about the reasons for this. Is Jaquar shower glass safe to use
