    i have purchased plumbing fittings from reputed jaquar & company ltd.at the time of purchase i was told that the product carries guarantee for 7 years.in case of any complaint company 's service dept will solve the same.now my wash basin bib cock is leaking since last friday i.e 3/11/2011. i tried a lot to register my complaint on customer care telephone number of the company[protected]/[protected] but could not get through.ultimately on monday i sent one e mail to the company on "[protected]@jaquar.com and on the same day i was successful in registering my complaint with the company on abovementioned customer care number. my complaint no 11041558.dt 6/6/2011.thereafter i m waiting for the company person to solve my complaint .in the meantime water is continously leaking since last 7 days.

      My mixer in the bathroom is going round and I'm not getting water in the tap or shower. In the other bathroom, the mixer is hard to turn and so I'm keeping it only on tap so as to prevent another malfunction and become totally handicapped.

      Last month too I had complained and your Serviceman Jayram had attended vide Job no. JQC/11013/2164 dated 9/5/2011 stating that wall mixer repaired - spindle greasing and knob fixing.

      Please send someone competent to attend to this problem urgently and if needed please change the entire fitting to prevent recurrence of the same problem each month.

          we are having a well established chain of hotels and restaurants in belgaum, and we are using the jaquar bathroom fittings however we are not at all satisfy with the service., at the time of consultancy these people tells all big-big things and make fake promise that they will give a smooth service., but there is no truth in their words.. as being the customer of Jaquar Bathroom Fittings we are very upset with their service., their flush doesn't work properly and whenever we gives complaint they took it as casual, nobody bother to check the matter for their frequent customers also., for each and every complaint we have to call them at least 10 times after that also nobody response there. So, we will suggest all our friends to never go for Jaquar Bathroom Fittings.

            We are using Jaguar fittings. Bathroom spout started leaking for which we have asked customer care to attend the complaint. The technician attended the spout and said that the nut to the knob is missing and he will return with a proper spares soon, this was 1 month back. Since than we are constantly requesting customer care centre to attend to the complaint and requesting them to tell the technician to return the rubber washers which he removed and took away causing a continous water spillage and wastage.

            Jaipur coutomer care centre is having a bunch of incompentance people and have no monitoring of the complaints attended and the progress of works. Each time you call them some different person is picking up the phone and no body is even giving the complaint number, in such case a complaint has to narret all his stories all over again.

            BEING A CLASSIC AND ELLITE'S PEOPLE BRAND PLEASE CARRYOUT YOUR AUDITS AND TAKE CARE OF SUCH STUPID CUATOMER CARE CENTRES. SUCH PEOPLE WILL SINK YOUR REPUTATION AND BRAND IN MARKET.

            Hi,

            This is to bring to your notice that so many urinal sensors ( Jaguar make ) gone defective and

            some of sensor's battery failures it led to total dissatisfaction of our team and they got frustrated

            dueto poor response. Kindly look into this and try to resolve the issues at the earliest phase.

            Hi,
            I had installed 2 nos. concealed cisterns of your company two years ago.Since last one and half years both the cisterns are not working properly.i had complained to your local dealer several times and 2-3 times plumber of your company came and repaired the same ...but after two or three days it starts leaking again and water comes continuously out in the WC...I think your concealed cisterns are a totally failure product.Now the situation is that I flush the WC with water in the bucket becuase the valves/stop cock of cisterns are required to be kept closed to avoid wastage of water.
            It's really very shameful for your company...

                    I am having bath fittings only of JQUAR in my home, some of fittings leaking from so many days, I already complaints several times but there no responce.
                    AFTER SALES SERVICE IS NOT GOOD.

                      Hi,

                      Just thought that I should bringing to your attention about a lapse on the part of the customer service. My father had renovated his house in the month of November 2009, and had changed all the bath fittings to Jaquars.

                      But there seems to be drop in the quality of products manufactured by your company. The fittings started giving us problems right from the second month. The handle of the toilet shower keeps cracking and breaking. The plastic used to manufacture these levers have also been found to be extremely low quality.

                      Now, over the last month my father has lodged at least 3 complaints over your voice recording system and no one has bothered to get back to him. We are on the verge of giving up on your services and take it to the consumer forums, and also globally to the jaquar firm.

                        as the matter aabove i want make a complain regarding the tap, divertor of artize model. the water which comes out of tap does not come in to the bucket directly. water scaters whicle coming the tap. about this i have compained your customer care of jharkhand at ranchi several times. one or two time your mechanic also visited but my complaint is already there. they told me that product is not working properly. so what we do? i have also talked this matter to your area representative raman jee ([protected]) he told me that he will solve my problem but he also cant do any thing.

                          MAKE ANOTHER DEALER PLEASE
                          I have already sent a mail giving the complaint that my jaquar bathroom mixer is spinning round and I'm not getting water either in the tap or from the shower. Last month too the serviceman had come and attended to the same complaint and the tap was working until last night when the mixer attachment started going round. The mixer of the second bathroom too is very tight to turn to shower/tap and hence I have kept it on tap only so as not to have it give way.

                          The Customer Services Card gives Job no. JQC/1103/3164 dated 9/5/11 complaint being wall mixer repair : Spindle greasing and knob fixing & the name of the service technician is Jayram.

                          Please have your technician attend to the matter thoroughly (if needed, please have him replace the mixer) so as not to cause me untold inconvenience.
                          We are using JAQUAR make faucet (35Nos) and flushing system (32Nos), as we have found all fittings has been rust full with in a year, So we are requesting you please sand an expert technician/engineer for checking the same.

I bought a complete set of Bathroom fittings some 4 years ago and started facing problems with a few of the items later on. Registered a Complaint with their support and got support in form of a plumber visiting us who temporarily fixed the issue. Later on the same problem surfaced up again. This time when I talked to their support, they said we will have to purchase the part as it needs to be replaced. When I talked to their dealer about the warranty, he said that the parts under question were not covered under warranty and those were the costliest part (the body). Would recommend the readers to think twice and checkout with the dealer about the warranty coverage before going for Jaquar Products.

                            I baught 1 jaguar sink tape with 7 year warranty it cost around 2000, but after few days its valve stopd workng, i registerd the complaint on 11th sep 09 at nearest centre, payanur, kannur district, kerala, but stil no response.

                            I had purchased corner Jacuzzi (Bath tub) of Jaguar Make something in Dec-2009 in Rs.75000/-(Seventy Five Thousand Rupees only) from Modern Ceramics, Office- Praksh Palace, Abhyankar road Dhantoli, Nagpur (through Parmarthi Treaders, Ramdaspeth Nagpur) by the bill no.2659 DM.No.4524. and it was installed in my bathroom and I started using it from May-2009.Within two weeks Jacuzzi stopped working . I placed the complained with both the dealers & Concerned Person from Jaguar-Mr.Prafull. Your technical people attended the complained, open up the Jacuzzi, and explained me that as Pump was not properly packed and concealed by company, water enter into the pump and hence pump is to be repaired and to be send to Delhi.I got my pump repaired some two to two&half month after. He installed the pump, started jcuzzi.It worked.I asked him to stop and again to start it, but now Jacuzzi could not start .He checked it & said there is problem in IC.Some people from Mumbai are coming, they will see the problem. After a month some your people came from Mumbai, did something and Jacuzzi started.To check again they stoped and started, now again Jacuzzi was not working. They checked and said some problems in sensors. Again two weeks gone.After solving sensors problem, Jacuzzi started and To check again they stopped and started, now again Jacuzzi was not working. After checking they said now the problem is with electronic box.Again I had to wait for one month.Some how I was happy that I will enjoy jaccuzi. On Sunday now on 22nd Nov.2009 when I tried to start Jacuzzi it started and then stopped after 10 min.When I tried to start it again, now it is not working.I am really frustrated the way your people are dealing with me and moe frustration for your product.In 6 months Jacuzzi was out of order for more than five months. After this panic situation for last six months I am very much convinced that I have got faulty piece. You please provide me alternate piece or I will have to go to consumer court.

                            Jaquar Fitting — Prices are high compared to market

                            I bought Jaquar fitting from Home Town Vikroli, they offered 7% discounts, however, all other dealers are offering more discounts. I feel its a cheating.
                            I have been trying for the last one month to contact the Jaguar customer care[protected] and not getting any response. Can the company come forward to inform me the procedure to make complaint on three of my taps which are under warranty not functioning in my newly built house.

                            This is to complain about Jaquar products and their support team. This time when I talked to their support, they said there is some chemical used and that is the reason the coating is spoiled. This is to inform that no chemical was used to clean the tap. Please look into the matter asap and awaiting your revert from the service centre at the earliest.

                            we bought a jaguar wall flush but in few days the water started leaking. the whole day water runs and gets wasted. we have pleaded jaguar office in santacruz, mumbai to take care of the problem but no help came our way. i feel we should blanket ban these fancy companies who take their customers on a ride. unfortunately they thrive on a sick consumer complaint system of our country. they are manufacturing goods which instead of saving water is wasting water and it is criminal.
                            just imagine buying with premium price a flush and everytime you go to pee you turn the main valve open and once you are done you turn it off. gosh what kind of value are these guys talking about!!! ban jaguar and such companies. build a neutral net base consumer forum that will hurt their business and their pocket.

                            I have a few Jaguar bathroom fittings in my home. During the purchase, it was told so high about the Jaguar after sales service. However, last few months, I am trying to get these fitting repaired. Their website is giving no contact numbers. Neither they answer the complaints mailed to them. Classic example of duping people with high funda advertising...I am seriously thinking of going for some new fittings altogether...

                            I bought jaquar complete batroom fittings at jamshedpur, i bought this fitting keeping in mind that i will get good service, but sorry to say that service level is worst.I am facing problem from last one week and no one is giving response whenever i am calling jamshedpur service center they are assuring me by tomorrow it will be repaired, but that day still not yet come.Some times thay are telling iam on leave you talk to some other person.Another person is telling its raining today so service engineer will not go.

                            i had purchased a jaquar health tap an year back. but the knob of the tap is broken. please replace the tap or repair the tap accordingly
                            I bought a mixer from Jaguar and started facing problems. I called up the shop and they registered a complaint. A serviceman arrived after a few days. After spending an hour or so he told we will need to replace a part of the mixer. He told in such ignorant manner whenever he has that replacement part he will contact me.
                            It is absurd. Now I think I made a biggest mistake by going for Jaguar. First is their products are stylish but not durable. Second, if their products are faulty they are not gonna fix it.

                            jaquar service is very very poor my comlaint no. 209532 lodged on 18/05/13 is not attended till now. Response of jaquar is very poor. Jaquar is charging very high price of their tap, their quality should be excellent, tap purchased in Feb'13 is not working.

                            If this is the type of service, i will never recomend for buying jaquar tap. Service highy doubtful.
                            I have purchased Jaguar bathroom fittings for my newly renovated bathrooms on 08 May 2013. Earlier also I had an extremely frustrating experience with the service of Jaguar products. Again I am facing similar frustrating experience with the service of Jaguar. I am explaining my experience this time below :

                            I complained on 16 Aug 2013 about the WC cistern Model No. CNS-WHT-WS11. The problem is that the push buttons for flushing are so hard that it requires an unusually heavy pressure to operate it. I had complained to your call centre on 16 Aug. 2013 with complaint number 358235. A mechanic named Kanhaiya was sent the same day. This was the first time that I met a mechanic from Jaguar who seems to know his work well. He diagnosed the fault as the lid of the cistern which has been supplied to me belongs to a different model of cistern which is causing mis-alignment and hence this extraordinary pressure is required. He took the photograph of my installation on his mobile and promised to revert back to me with a replacement lid shortly. I had not signed on his work order as customer as the job was incomplete. After that when I was not receiving any response from Jaguar, I again contacted the call centre on 22 Aug. 2013. I referred to the earlier pending complaint No. and said that the job is yet to be completed. I was given a fresh complaint number 367954 and was told that this will now be attended to on an urgent basis.

                            On 03 Sept. two mechanics came and took measurements of all the sub-parts and went. I then received a phone from the company saying that they are convinced that the system was defective and will be replaced. But after that they have fallen silent.

                            Jaguar products are very good but service wise dealers are claiming any ware free, but service dealer are not at all responding. we have purchased the product at m/s build mart private ltd. Yeashwanthpur Bangalore. Supplied commodes with wrong sitting pads which they are not ready to replace. They say service dealer will do the job after installation.

                            Service dealer from Hassan, not at all responding at least to visit the site we had purchased all Jaguar bathroom fittings have some problems, which has to be looked at.

Their after sales service is pathetic. i got to know of the brand Isenberg which has very good quality bathroom fittings and the after sales service is also very good. I have been using Isenberg bathroom fittings and am very happy with quality. Check their website http://www.isenberg.in/
                            Jaguar is a popular in bathroom fitting but the quality of the product and after sales service is not as good as the brand name. I had to change the Jaguar Faucets twice in a year and the service was bad. I switched to Isenberg on a friends recommendation.                             I purchased 20 Nos jaguar fittings for the year -2014, for my new built home. The fittings are leaking problems. I was contact the Madurai SEV traders and get the toll free numbers and contact your company staff contentiously called past one month. The staff was came and said, Sir, spare parts was not received so far from my company. these activities are created bad name for trading with consumer. Please to provide company staff and stop the leaking problems very soon.

                            I bought 4 Jaguar taps and fixed it in my bathrooms as wash basin taps. As the handle of the taps are getting rusted due to defective design of the tap handles. Due to the defect in design water gets collected on the handle and results in rusting. Even though I have complained thrice at the toll free number they are not attending my calls and are not resolving the complaint, instead they unanimously close the complaint without resolving or not even calling me.

                            The products are within the warranty period.

                            I bought premier quality WC Toilets costing 24000 in 2015; now every year I face the issue of Toilet seat coming off with the connector getting rusted . Every time the Chennai authorised dealer visits & says the warranty is void & charges additional expenses for the spares. Again yesterday, last Monday I raised a ticket & the CC person said within 72 hours - but no one contacted. After reminder, someone from nearby dealer attended & promised to replace it today before 11am. No calls till now & when I called he says that the spares are unavailable now.Whats happening ? Worst quality & service!
