Water mixer not working properly...

Exact issue we can not clarify, we just need service as soon as possible. we are trying to reach on[protected] from 2 weeks... lack of response observed....

Already we registered a complaint before 3 weeks . But still now we didn't receive any response from your side.Please reply as soon as possible.Regarding this complaint contact to the below mobile number.

Auto flush is not working from last 15 days.

My new concealed flush tank water is dripping continuously after flushing....

There is always water issue whe we flished water after at instant water level rises that is main issue I personally lodged ur toll free no and complaint no is 01313787 dated 17 Nov 2021 till no mechnic visit our home and when I again many times to contact ur customer care no but no executive bother to pick phone but ringing continue plz resolve my issue as as possible m no is [protected]...

The Jaquar tap has been leaking for the past 2 weeks...

The plumber who came for the service charged us Rs 2500 for servicing three diverter and one basin mixture and more over he didn't provide us with any service bill. How can he claim 2500 Rs just for this...

Had raised a complaint to get some help with getting the WC seat fixed. It looks like there is some damage where the seat is mounted. Images attached. Also for one more WC the side cover is broken. I purchased Jaquar WCs in the month of September 2021. Of which, two have manufacturing defect. I raised a compaint on Jaquar customer care and a service person visited in few days. He also acknowledged that it's a manufacturing defect and raised a request for WCs replacement. However, I have not received any response after that from the company. Even after multiple reminders on customer care number, there is no update...
