    Your service engineer had visited us to replace a part and had put up an indent for the same to be replaced within 3/4 days time. Till date we have not hear on the subject and there is no response on your numbers on our follow up. Request the pending job work id immediately attended to, failing which we would escalate the matter to your higher ups.

      I have complaint last year till date I have not received my replacement
      Even my taps are leaking
      We can't phone or complaint now

                The bathroom and kitchen fittings are under warranty. However there has been some leakage in the bathroom shower and the kitchen fitting got jammed.

                I have been trying to reach out to consumer complaint number but noone has answered it.

                Please visit the premises and ensure the in-warranty fittings are replaced
