Dear Sir/Madam

On 14/05/2017 I’ll buy bathroom fittings and sanitaryware of Jaquar from your Local Dealer M/S Goel Bath Palace, Meerut. All is going well. Your services are good till I face this problem. In your one product ‘Wall Hung Vignette’ toilet seat gets a crack from screw joint to upside which your service boy told us when i’ll complain about it on 4th may service call 00507458. Service boy come and make video and take photos of Cracked Seat, he told me that crack is come from screw joint and also send video and photo to his senior whom he talk, but in chat he told me that company not going to accept this and blame you for all and he leave. Then after 1 week we again called customer care for response on 10th may 2021 Service call no. 00507458 and the said that lockdown is going on that's why we can't solve the problem. Then on 11th june 2021 I’ll again call customer care Service call no. 00597557 but again no response nobody came, then again I’ll call customer care on 21st June Service call no. 00639596 for what's going on in the company and talk to senior level also and they also respond as previous calls. Lastly I talk to your local service provider in Meerut Mr. Saurabh he told me the same words that nobody will going to change this seat or accept it that the product is faulty, But after 3 days i call again Mr. Saurabh and he said that company has closed your complaint because company said that the fault is of plumber who screwed it very tightly that's why it is broken from that point so i said him that plumber is from your Jaquar dealer side we didn't tight it we just using it so whose fault is this, it is company fault or that plumber fault or the dealer who said it with very confidence “ki tension mat lena yeh product jaquar ke hai with 10 years of warranty, 10 saal tak company ki tension hai aap aankh band karke le jao”. Actually all fault is of the faulty product you sold to us, now my only request is to change the product for your company's goodwill.

We (me, my wife and my two small children) have been facing this problem for the last two and a half months using some other toilet down the stairs, this all situation is called harassing in our Indian laws.

If you don't take any steps to help us then sorry to say I am going to the National Consumer Helpline and have to take Legal Action also.

Flush sisten not proper working.

This is to inform you that last 1 year my 3 in 1 wall mixer & flush valve not working properly. Your engineer 2 times came but could not solve this problem 20%.i got a very bad service from there. I want to replacement as soon as possible

Seat cover is not functional as the rod inside seemes to have broken at one end.

Please send person for replace tab which is not working..

Smell in water before long time

I've two 3 in 1 diverter valves fitted in my house. The water towards the shower is not holding and if holding by force it doesn't shifting to spout on closing the tap. I've raised complaint with number 00744033 dated 14 Jul 21 and another one for the same complaint with number 00759068 dated 17 Jul 21 due no response from the company. Still there is nil response from your end after repeated complaints. Please resolve the issue at the earliest to keep up the brand value.

THE seat cover of of WC is cracked & needs replacement
The said WC.s seat cover is cracked (may be manefacturing defect )
the said defect was shown to ur rep who had come to repair the cistern

The product was purchased from Anand sales corp, old railway rd gurgaon on 3 dec 20 & is within warranty period

Tap is not working properly
Siston is not working properly

Jaquar Service call No. 00698830. Pending since 5th July.21 Attended on 6th July but could not be serviced. No person has thereafter has visited. The Service request remains unaddressed. There is a water leakage. I was told the Siphon Washer is unavailable and needs to be replaced. No contact after that. Rakesh Maheshwari. [protected]

We had complained to Jaquar and their technician refused to attend the work as he did not accept my possession letter as proof of valid document for service warranty. Then i wrote a mail to the customer care and the very next day i got a call that the document is acceptable. He again visits and says that he needs to clean the Flush Valve and i need to pay him for the service. I told him my complain was for leakeage of water and few other issues of slow water flow, head shower water leakage. But he refused to give service. Again i wrote a mail and this time i got a reply (after sending reminders) from Danish Anwar – Customer Care, Email: [protected]@jaquar.com,
Phone:[protected] Mobile: +91-[protected] that the product if covered for 6 years warranty. And cleaning will be chargeable. I again replied to his mail on 18th July 2021 but till date he has not bothered to reply.
It is really strange that the product is under warranty but Jaquar is not giving the service which it had committed.

My Jaguar Jet spray handle is been broken. Need replacement for the same
