We have a defected thermostat in the shower for which we have been complaining since 2 years but are not getting aby support. Service men come and visit but arent able to replace the thermostat. Kindly rectify as soon as possible

Had loged complaint with customer support on friday 16 jul vide ref no 00756207 regarding leaking conc cistern 2400 jaquar which was purchased from Anand sales corp gurgaon on 03 dec 20

Inspite of repeated complaints no one has come to rectify the defect of leaking WC

Pse send some one to rectify defect

Cistern leakage problem

On April 27, 2021 I called Jaquar customer service to raise a request for a replacement of my cracked toilet bowl. This piece was installed by the builder, and we have a lifetime warranty on it. I was informed that a technician would not be able to visit my place in Mira Road as lockdown measures were in place. I was then given the number of Mr Nandkumar from Jaquar who was really helpful and provided me with the local dealer's contact Mr Jitesh Vora. The latter kept promising to deliver the piece and assuring me the piece would arrive the next week. The timeline kept getting extended, and now I am in the month of July, I am yet to receive it.

I again got into a call with Nandkumar and Jitesh to find a solution, it was then that I was informed that as my toilet bowl model was more than five years old, it was difficult to source the same. Hence the delay. My question still remains why I was not not informed about this earlier? I insisted on a final date for this piece to be delivered, Nandkumar assured me I would get it before July 10. Again this did not happen. When I texted him I was told he piece would arrive at the dealer's place in five days. Again no confirmation on when I will get it.

I want the company to honour the lifetime warranty they have provided, and to deliver this piece at the earliest.

My carrent gyser I purchase on 14/2/20 now now working

This is in regard to jaguar geyser fitting at our house c 35 2nd floor Suraj Mal Vihar Delhi 92. We got the new house with jaguar geysers fitted at the start of Jan 2019.
Due to geysers fault ..it got short and due to that our walls wires and all plugs got fire . Geyser got burnt n melted leading to the fault n making our house area burnt which has lead to serious structural damage. I would like to know how Jaguar will compensate and help us for such a geyser fault leading to fire.

Tap is leaking

Jaquar was a good name some 4-5 years back. But now its a pathetic. Never to use and will suggest everyone not use jaquar products. I have complained on 8th June 2021. Today is 13th July 2021. But my complaint is not resolved. Need to change some part (under warranty). But they don't have part. Later service person came with some wrong part after waiting for more than a month. Later was said one more part is missing. So they are not talking professionally now a days. Never, ever will buy a jaquar product.

The english tolet shower is leaking from a long time. Please help in fixing the problem.

Flush tank of a bathroom is leaking continuously. It needs to be pressed multiple times then it stops sometime else water is leaking from tank continuously.

I am Shiju athomas([protected]) I have registered one complaint regarding that one of my wash basin having a air line crack on the under side. One technician came and took some photos of wash basin and purchase bill and he said that he will inform the feed back. But there was no further action. Again I registered another complaint on June 10 and I got an complaint register id 00596544. I got a call from your technician and he said because of lock down he can't come right now, he will come afterwards. Even after that nobody came to attend the complaint. Then I directly went to the jaguar service center at Deshabhimani junction, Kaloor. After that one technician came and took some photos of wash basin and bill again. After two days I got a phone call from the same office by saying that they can't replace the item because the shop that I purchased the item is not authorised dealer. This is not a costumer concern that whether the Shop is an authorised one or not. So I request you to please rectify this problem as soon as possible.
