Water not coming during Flush .

Dear sir,
My wife sonia Bindal heaving mobile no [protected] has done 10 complaints of our one bathroom in last four months.Four times your represantative attend our house but always temporary work is done.again and the concealed is not working.last complints i have done on 17.04.2021 your person attend the house and after half an hour again the was disturbed .we call immediately but no response.again we lodge a complaints but till date no person has visited.we are so disturbed.our concealed is not working.We are heaving two child they use the bathroom but forget to drop the water.there is big small in the house.i have contaact to your senior etc through your call centre they only talk but not taking action.

kindly provide permanentely solution.

Tap water is leaking since long time and I was try to call many times to customer service but all the time they say to wait and I am waiting since 10 days and he didn't send any service man..till now ... And my water is leaking alot ... Do provide service asap..

We purchased a golden pillar tap and its been hardly only 1 month o[censored]sage, that now its golden coating is getting peeled off.

We purchased a shower panel in 2019 June month. After purchasing within few months we were getting a lot of trouble with the tap becoming tighter to open and close. We complained the same and service person came and have changed the duplicate internal cartridge which we were unaware of. Now again since the same problem, we called upon service. Now the service person comes and claims that the internal cartridge is duplicate and the new one will be charged around 1000rs which doesn't come under warranty. I don't know why they are giving a warranty and say cartridges don't come under warranty. Now, We are planning to complain about jaguar how they will change the original cartridge to duplicate cartridge and stell money from customers.
I am planning to raise a case in consumer court.

Constant leakage even after two visits

Already Complaint has been given regarding fitting and visit is done by your representative, and he says your warranty period for fitting is 12 months and now 13 months is over and product is out of warranty so you will have to pay Rs. 560/- to change the handle knob. It is very disappointing, the material used is CP fitting and it is so badly deteriorated which shows its manufacturing defect. So please look into the matter. Hope My issue will resolved as early as possible.

Kitchen faucet is continuously leaking. Please send person to attend.

New flush along with w/c purchased on 6/4/2021 but a hairline crack is observed last week

My flush is not wirking and water is fliowing continously.

The Seat cover of the above product got broken within one month of the installation. I lodged a to your Toll Free number complaint on 08.04.2021 vide Service Request No. 00437974. But unfortunately nothing has happened till today . My contact No. is [protected] and mail id is [protected]@gmail.com

Flush leaking

I have bought 2 pieces of 3 way mixer for both of my bathroom however one of the mixer is faulty since the beginning.

I have placed request earlier to jaguar to look into it on 09th November via complaint number 00940367, the person came inspected & said that the faulty mixer is hard to operate and require regular servicing, post he left after few weeks the mixer again got jammed, within less than few months o[censored]sage while the mixer installed in another bathroom just works absolutely fine, this mixer also has worn out coating so soon, hence have placed a request for replacement of this faulty product via calling jaquar customer again again on 19th April, 2021 they have given me service call no as 00477551 but have been following up since then but no one visited till date.

Also out of 2 jet spray bough, one of them have started turning yellowish.

Today have called customer care for 3rd time to expedite the visit for replacement but in vain.
