I have purchase bodyjet archise BSA-CHR 70071 15/9/19 jaquar showroom raicolony Barmer Rajasthan 344001. Due corona period I have not install this.now I (plumber)open one bodyjet internal part missing.i have tell shopkeeper yesterday he say me it company mistake.i not help you.iam doctor iam busy person.pl help me.and action this shopkeeper also.

There is a leakage of water in kitchen taps. Please help....

We bought a geycer and within 1 hr of installation we realised the geycer is not functioning as per the requirements that the sales engineer told us. We were told they want to research on the issue and we have been following up for 3 weeks now and we are struggling to get a replacement. We have evidence of all message and what’sup conversations and we haven’t come to a conclusion. The sales engineer acknowledged that it was their mistake...

I have been raising complaints with customer care since 27 feb and raised 3 requests. However even after following up several times a nee ticket is raised and without anyone’s visit or resolution shared with me the ticket id closure is done. I have not used by WC even once due to it and getting pathetic response after multiple complaints where nobody is giving me resolution to get the seat cover fixed/replaced....

Cistern not functioning since installation. Six times complaints registered via central toll free number. Three visits done, informed wall cock needs replacement. But no replacement done till date and problem persists. Last complaint registered on 27/01/2021 and again on 25/02/2021 but no one ever contacted. Kindly look into the matter urgently. I'm feeling harassed and cheated. Thanks....

I make a complaint regarding flash point of my bathroom under reference number 00261227 on 25/02/21. I bought the flash kit of jaquar before a year but since 10 days it shows leakage.
I have closed my bathroom now due to this leakage of Flash point.
I am very surprised why u take much time to resolve the issue.
It Shows bad service of Jaquar...

WC has defect, complained 4-5 times for replacement, it's under warranty. But no resolution so far. Poor service....

The hot water mixer is not working in the shower panel and only cold water is coming. Please help assign an engineer to fix the issue. Thanks...

Jaquar products installed at our residence bathroom 1.5 years ago, still new, under warranty unable to use till date. (refer the photos attached)
