                I Had registered a complaint about Jaguar toilet seat on 18 fab. My service call reference number was 00226715 . Again I registered complaint about it on 179A7939 but till dated 10 March I didn't get service. The service is very poor.

                          We bought a geycer and within 1 hr of installation we realised the geycer is not functioning as per the requirements that the sales engineer told us. We were told they want to research on the issue and we have been following up for 3 weeks now and we are struggling to get a replacement. We have evidence of all message and what’sup conversations and we haven’t come to a conclusion. The sales engineer acknowledged that it was their mistake on what they communicated as features

                                I have been raising complaints with customer care since 27 feb and raised 3 requests. However even after following up several times a nee ticket is raised and without anyone’s visit or resolution shared with me the ticket id closure is done. I have not used by WC even once due to it and getting pathetic response after multiple complaints where nobody is giving me resolution to get the seat cover fixed/replaced.

                                    I cal your custmer care at 01/03/2021.
                                    but not any response for five day.i cal back on second time 4/3/2021 and your agjective say visit tomorow but not yet any reply then i cal now your senior he transfer my cal me.varun and mr varun say my service provider cal you in only 10 minut.after 15 minit i call back and mr varun call atend after waiting 15 minut.he say mr amitabh cal you.and the last cal me mr amitabh after 5 day hi say you are repair will tomorow until 12 o'clock.what is this ????
                                    i am upset from monday beacaus my bathroom is not working! next time i told all my circul about your service🙏🙏🙏
