One of the worst companies in service i have registered complaint before 22 days but no one has attended...

Shower and tap operating splendor broken, facing this issue since last year, also complained before but didn’t get any response....

Its been 2 month that i am complaining about the newly bulid bath room issue but no buddy is listennng..

I have artize thermostat and the button of the thermostat fell. Inside the button, there was a small spring and bolt. I raised a complaint[protected] and they say that I have to purchase a complete knob. Spring and Bolt do not come in Jaquar. It is just like if your car tire bolt is fallen and you are saying instead of purchasing a bolt, purchase a whole new car. What kind of service is this JAQUAR?...

We have installed nearly evry fitting of jaguar in our house but when something is not right with the equipment ms the companies employee are not ready to help we have called them almost 10 times but there is no response from the other side please co operate with the customers...

Water not coming from tap & water coming only from shower in the bath room. Hence, it is very inconvenient from three days. This Problem is in the newly built house and one and half years old only....

A complaint was made on customer care video service registration no.
00899583 dt. 2nd November. Mechanic visited on 9th November & found that element to be replaced. There after no one attended. 22days have passed we are facing great difficulty. Pl get the needful done at the earliest. Local dealer at Chandigarh is not attending to phone calls....

We recently brought 4 jaguar commodes for our new house.. From day one commode flush leakage started.. Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible...

Divertor not proper working on tank water point else working on Hot water point and Fresh Water point....

Kitchen sink tap nod need to be replaced...

Flush out valve, leaking, water flowing continuously, pressure knob got replaced on 30.8 2020 for the same problem. Assured of quarterly servicing. Needs to fix the problem....
