I purchased a kitchen sink tap from one of your assumed dealers of the product. He gave me a bill and there was no mention any guarantee card and did tell me to contact the customer care number. I brought tap home and called my plumber to fix the same. He found it leaking and advised me to contact the dealer. He told me very categorically to contact customer care. I called many times and then I was given a hearing and I was consoled by saying someone would attend to your problem. Nothing happened and I called customer care again and from there I was again consoled and expressed regret - the customary regret - The local dealer told me the shop is not authorized to sell the product and produce the guarantee card. I got back to the shop keeper and he managed to get me the card and in no time a appeared and he looked at the tap and stated it is defective and you will get a new piece in two to three weeks, but he was very keen to get the code number sent from you people. I felt the local dealer was wanting only to get the clearance from your side, but the customer he left high and dry.
I felt sorry that I fitted my entire building comprising of seven rooms, three kitchens and seven toilets with your fittings. I wish you are a little more responsive or else your business will suffer.

Hello there . I had bought 4 geyser of your Jaquar company. In which 2of it is not working. I had tried your customer call toll free number. But it i am unable to reach you. Lastly i tried from where i had bought it from your dealer from International Bath Concept From Patna. He told to contact Amarendra Tiwari Ji. I had called him. Firstly he said contact customer service toll free. I replied him The no doesn't work whenever i tried i failed. so plz resolve this issue. After 3 days yesterday he said One of service boy named Ajit will call me. And today i didn't get call then re called Tiwari Ji. Then he gave me the no Of Ajit. Today i called h but he is busy in other Customer work, so can't came. I am always facing problem in your geyser product. i am also facing problem in your customer service. it i very tough to reach aur and get the problem resolved. I very disappointed with your service. Never experienced such with big brand name. My daughter in just 1 year and we can't get hot water for her. Please contact me and resolve my problem. My mobile no. [protected].

Fraud Customer Care: Jaquar isn't responding to my complaint for months. I have flush valve problems. My product has 15 yrs warranty. Their customer service is not reachable & my family is not able to use the washroom for months. Jaquar is fraud, never buy from Jaquar.

My bathroom water flush system is not working

My name is jipson james, from kayamkulam, kerala. I have purchased jaquar water heater 1year ago but now its light is not functioning and has some sounds from inside. We hv called jaquar customer care before 15 days as our toilet flush was not working...they told us jaquar toilet fittings are not available in the market so there will be delay..we are contacting them but their answer is same every time...now its almost 15 days...we are frustrated now...is there any solution

The washer is leaking

Tap not working please send us a person to check it’s working.

From the last 2 months, I am facing the problem of leakage in both of my cistern. I have contacted the representative several times but no one is interested in solving my issue. Also, I logged complaint with refer. no. 00867808 but still I am helpless and one text message came to my number that the issue has been resolved.

Water is being leaked in the water closet from its tank from two days

This regarding service call ref : 00092007 dated on 15.09.20.still now jaquar is not taking any action and resolving our problems occurred.

I complained about my kitchen tap so many times . every time your engineer repaired it but after few days it creating the same problem. tap handle removed and water leakage continuously.
2nd point :- 3nos bathroom taps are water leakage problem after tap in close position.
3rd point:- one geyser tap of kitchen jam.

There is a leakage in bathroom tap.
