      A complaint was made on customer care video service registration no.
      00899583 dt. 2nd November. Mechanic visited on 9th November & found that element to be replaced. There after no one attended. 22days have passed we are facing great difficulty. Pl get the needful done at the earliest. Local dealer at Chandigarh is not attending to phone calls.

        We recently brought 4 jaguar commodes for our new house.. From day one commode flush leakage started.. Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible

            I have made so many complains for divertor and health faucet and push cock and bib cock spindle is not changed by your service person he is also not attending my problem efficently i think person who comes has no technical skill, this is in my house problem.as such i am civil engineer and contractor. i have used products in my projects and sites. now i think i have to use another product just like plumber or other equivalent brand. i am not happy from service part of your company. kindly solve my problems with good knowledgeable person.

                  Flush out valve, leaking, water flowing continuously, pressure knob got replaced on 30.8 2020 for the same problem. Assured of quarterly servicing. Needs to fix the problem.

                            This is to appraise you that, we have recently procured Jaquar sensor taps from New Bharat Engineering Services for our R1 RCM office for Noida location. After installation of taps we have observed one sensors tap is not working properly. We have logged the complaint on Jaquar customer care no. ( complaint no.[protected] on 23rd Oct’20, But no one has visited to our office.

                            We are continuously following up with Jaquar customer care team for technician visit and also wrote our concern on [protected]@jaquar.com, but not getting any response from them. Request to you kindly speak to Jaquar Dealer to align the technician or replace the Tap.
