Leakage...

I m facing water pressure issue due to salt in some taps...

Hii this is kunal from ludhiana, i have complaint regarding diverter thats its not working properly from the day when installed.
Please arange the technician ASAP...

The flush button of my toilet not working properly. Water also not coming from the flush. So need a repair it as soon as possible....

The tap does not close completely. The taps make a lot of noise and water keeps flowing even after completely twisting the tap lever....

This is to appraise you that, we have recently procured Jaquar sensor taps from New Bharat Engineering Services for our R1 RCM office for Noida location. After installation of taps we have observed one sensors tap is not working properly. We have logged the complaint on Jaquar customer care no. ( complaint no.[protected] on 23rd Oct’20, But no one has visited to our office.

We are continuously following up with Jaquar customer...

Basin tap not working properly. Water is getting wast drop by drop. we have registered complaint to customer care but no one is responding....

100 ltrs water storage geyser installed but not working...

Water leakage continuously in flush tank...

We got fitted with Jaguar taps, showers etc in our new build house, but now fitted showers are got faulty, pl send mechanic and oblige pl....

I purchased a kitchen sink tap from one of your assumed dealers of the product. He gave me a bill and there was no mention any guarantee card and did tell me to contact the customer care number. I brought tap home and called my plumber to fix the same. He found it leaking and advised me to contact the dealer. He told me very categorically to contact customer care. I called many times and then I was given a hearing and I was consoled by saying...

Hello there . I had bought 4 geyser of your Jaquar company. In which 2of it is not working. I had tried your customer call toll free number. But it i am unable to reach you. Lastly i tried from where i had bought it from your dealer from International Bath Concept From Patna. He told to contact Amarendra Tiwari Ji. I had called him. Firstly he said contact customer service toll free. I replied him The no doesn't work whenever i tried i failed....

We have been struggling with the jet spray in our washroom. And so i request you to come over and fix it for us....

Fraud Customer Care: Jaquar isn't responding to my complaint for months. I have flush valve problems. My product has 15 yrs warranty. Their customer service is not reachable & my family is not able to use the washroom for months. Jaquar is fraud, never buy from Jaquar....
