My wash basin tap has a leakage after we closing the tap. Drop by drop the leakage is there. Already i have raised the same complaint before 8 months....

I purchased 2 numbers white essco wall hung ewcs size 360*535*370 from sg sanitation hyderabad 2 days ago after seeing the picture in the catalogue. However after delivery of the product, i am not satisfied with the color of the product. However the shop is refusing to exchange them saying it is not possible as it was ordered by me. I would like to exchange them for jaguar ewcs from the same shop. Kindly help....

It has been very long since the service center of this company has been asking me to wait but now after so long they are asking me to remove the faucet and give it to them for crome plating in the factory which is practically impossible as master bedroom faucet can not be removed even for a day....

I have purchase 6 concealed flushing system, last year, and was not able to shift to my house due to interior work and then lockdown.

I shifted to my new house last month and within a month i came to know the leakage in one of the flush, after checking with my plumber and concerned jaquar service team member, the internal water flow pipe was broken and later was identified it was not a jaquar part.

Water is leaking from the wall mixer set. Tried replacing the washer and did not help. Leaks from the nut where it joins the wall....

commode seat cover soft landing mechanism is not working. It is under 5 years warranty. But service center agency is telling this issue is not under warranty . Please advise .

Inadequate flusing. Flush is not working properly....

From the time we have installed your fitting water is leaking. Your service provider has come 2-3 times but of no use. I am pissed off with your services and products. Worst bathroom fittings i guess they are.

There is a continuous water flow from the pipe fittings and shower mixtures of your undersigned products which is causing a lot of problems and wastage of water. We even called the local plumbers quite a few times but this problem is not resolved and is creating a lot of issue for us.
We request you to look upon this as soon as possible....

Sir, yesterday i was taken flush tank pipe from dilip joshi (Druvi enterprise) at that time i was already told that pipe required 12"but he forcefully given 10"" long my complain at serenity pastures bavlu thol & my complain no[protected] r265 code so on11/7/2020 i already taken plumber from ahmedabad to thol but pipe is short but he short pipe not accept...

I bought jaquar diverter and its under warranty. Now the thing is the diverter is not working as it should be and for that i made a first complaint On 18/06/2020. After 3-4 days i called them asking about the technician and they replied that your phone was not reachable so you complaint has been closed. They didnt try to call me again nor they drop a message neither a mail.
So i made a fresh complaint again on tuesday 07/07/2020, again...
