Complaint log few days before. Service man came to visit for repairs.
Could not manage to repair tap, went away... Tow times promise me to came next day not came... I am waiting for him continuously three days...
After several time contact send me his boss number and massage me talk to him. His boss mr rathod talked with me rudely again gave me time but unable to attend with in time... After calling him tell me that if his person take his own time to come if you want other wise i will divert him another person.

Such type of services you are given and appoint such type of person who threaten customers

I am registered a compliant dated 13 aug 2020, but till date your company service person not come and i am many time calling your customer care, every time your customer say me your problem solve within 2 dayes but my problem still pending

With regret I would like to inform you that, since last date 25/01/2020, I lodged
complaint no 00103711, the next one on date 04/08/2020 com.no.
00534582, again on 25/08/2020 I spoke with Mr Rahul but no action was taken and is not taken till date .
I hereby request you to imply on the given complaints and find a solution to this problem .

Washer missing

Sir recently I installed ur company pressure Valve by local Plumber then presently I am pushing valve water comes very slowly so how can I eliminate this problem???

Flush is not working

Respected Jaguar team,

We bought all fittings from Tropical Cochin the brand of jaquar because of quality and design.

They fixed our bath glass partitions and from the day one it’s start to leak. We complaint many times to tropical and there is no action.

We are staying in abroad and we came back on last March and contact tropical again. They given jaquar concern guys no and we contact someone they send one guy to check and they fix plastic end track which they forget to fix when they fixed.

Water still come out because of their poor fixing and they realise that, they wrongly fix the glasses.

We bought jaquar because of good brand in Indian Market but we never expect very poor service from jaquar.

We are going back end of this month before that you have to arrange someone to sort out this issue.

We are waiting from you immediate action on above complaint

I bought jaquar soap dispenser(JAQ AKP 35735) just one year ago on 28th may, 2019.But, its pump head has already broken or loosened.My warranty certificate no-A/033/D6864/0000100.Now tell me, what should I do with this costly product? I am sorry to say that i am thinking now, it was better to bought others lesser costly brand.

My wash basin tap has a leakage after we closing the tap. Drop by drop the leakage is there. Already i have raised the same complaint before 8 months.

Dear concerned, i aman gupta resident of h. No 30, sector 16. Panchkula wants to inform you that since the seat has been installed, water flow into pot is not proper. Suction is not proper.
Your technician has visited atleast 10 times for the same. They always clean the water tank, but of no use. One technician named jatinder has visited thrice, had suggested for reinstallation of the seat, that i did for spending rs. 3000/- but the result was same.
I have 5 seats in my property all of jaguar, but only 1 seat is not working

Leakage in flush outlet of jaguar wc and tap of overhead shower. My complain in this regard is 00556473 dt 11.8.20.

If we flush water is not coming...
As soon as possible sort out the problem...

I purchased a commode but at the time of installation plumbers found that after intake of 3 to 4 ltrs water system stops the intake of water

Hi team,
I am from chennai and i am jaquar user. My kitchen tap is having water leakage.. Can you please looks on this issue as soon as possible.

I purchased 2 numbers white essco wall hung ewcs size 360*535*370 from sg sanitation hyderabad 2 days ago after seeing the picture in the catalogue. However after delivery of the product, i am not satisfied with the color of the product. However the shop is refusing to exchange them saying it is not possible as it was ordered by me. I would like to exchange them for jaguar ewcs from the same shop. Kindly help.

Please refer complain ID No.2642964 the matter is not solved even after 5months. Please let me know the current status. Hope for an early response this time.

It has been very long since the service center of this company has been asking me to wait but now after so long they are asking me to remove the faucet and give it to them for crome plating in the factory which is practically impossible as master bedroom faucet can not be removed even for a day.

I have purchase 6 concealed flushing system, last year, and was not able to shift to my house due to interior work and then lockdown.

I shifted to my new house last month and within a month i came to know the leakage in one of the flush, after checking with my plumber and concerned jaquar service team member, the internal water flow pipe was broken and later was identified it was not a jaquar part.

Also while taking out that part from the flush system, it was covered with thermacol packing, which was planted as it is received from dealer.

I am not sure, whether it's a dealer fraud and jaquar is making fool out of his customer.

Kindly look into this matter on a serious note as i have 5 more flushing systems planted at my bunglow and want your senior executives to visit the site for inspection.

The leakage has cost me a lot, as it damaged one bathroom ceiling on ground floor and had to remove the tiles to get that defected part from the flushing system.
