I ordered a laptop from jiomart on 28th march worth RS. 66990. And I payed online. The estimated delivery date was shown as 31st March. I placed the order by seeing the estimated delivery date because I'm in a urgent need of laptop. But till today(2 April) I didn't receive my order. The estimated delivery date is keeping on extending day by day. By today morning I received a call from jiomart customer care executive stating that it would take five more days to deliver the order. It is already been 5 days since I placed the ordered. I really don't know what to do. I thought ordering from reputed company like jiomart will not cause any problem but Im really disappointed. Pls make them to deliver ASAP

    I placed order 17 days ago and the order delivery date kept on postponing everyday.
    I have already paid for the product and customer support is not helping me resolve the issue and are not cancelling or refunding the amount.
    I want immediate cancellation and full refund, i do not want to continue waiting for the order that's not being delivered

      Dear concern

      This is for your kind information that I had ordered 1 pair shoes from jio Mart at the cost Rs849/-. First of all, order was quite delayed to reach to me. Nevertheless, I got the order at last, but the big disappointment after using the product is that, after 15 days of wearing the shoes the SOLE GOT CRACKED which is quite unacceptable.

      I had the issue via mail but they are following their handicapped rules, no compensation for such worst product.

      The only thing left behind is FEELING OF BEING CHEATED.

      Just think somebody bought a shoe and after 15 days of normal wearing the sole got cracked, how it sounds !!

      All order details are attached with cracked shoes sole photos and manufacturer details.

        I ordered the product on 19/03/23 and the order number is[protected]M and the shipment number is[protected]J. And the expected date of delivery is 28/03/23. As of now my order is in "Ordered" stage only. Even it's not in "under process" stage.
        And thers's no proper response from JIOMART Customer service.
        Kindly forward this complaint to JIOMART and do me a favour regard this issue.

          I have purchased a Loreal shampoo worth rs. 254 for 396 ml on 19th March 2023. However, the product delivered to me on 20th March 2023 was tampered. (Attached pic). And also, the quantity was of 340ml.
          I was promised two times by the customer service executive from jio mart to pay for full refund, however the full refund of my money has still not happenedtill date 27th March 2023.
          This is just a mental torture by jiomart

            I had ordered a JBL earphone from jiomart order no.[protected]A on 20th March and got the delivery on 23rd March. Within half an hour of getting the product I created a return as the mic is not working. Jiomart rejected my return stating that I did not accept their calls ? Is this a ground to reject a return ?? They have a 5 day return window which is only name sake. They DO NOT honour any returns no matter what.
            Please avoid jiomart at all cost as they have resorted to fraud by not accepting returns and only guide the customer to the brand under all circumstances. They are robbers of the 1st grade. They only rob customers of their hard earned money.
            DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR RETURN WINDOW TACTICS. THERE IS NO RETURN WINDOW ON JIOMART. THEY ARE FRAUDSTERS AND SCAMMERS.

              GRIEVAN SUBJECT
              Cheating by JioMart through wrong information of their product on their app and then refused to refund back money through excuses and cheating.

              Details of the order stand as follows

              We have purchased giloy tablets by looking at their product information on their app telling 120 tablets in one bottle and this info was confirmed by them also when we enquired through email and call..
              But in reality it was having 60 tablets only in a bottle.
              We sent our complaints through email.
              Their app for lodging complain was not working but malfunctioning and therefore all the details including product image and our cheque image were sent to their email ID.
              But when we spoke to their Mr Salman, he was so adamant to refuse to accept the complain through email. no matter how malfunctioning and dead their app has been.
              What a unique way to avoid complaints and to avoid refund after making false description of their product to lure customers to cheat them using all these tactics.
              Being constraint, they got to be dragged to the consumer court for all such cheating, making the legally liable to pay heavy compensation and penalty under the consumer protection act 1986 by the consumer court.

                I had ordered Palm jaggery Qty 2 Kg from Jio mart for Rs. 772/-. Details are as follows:

                Order date: 08 Mar 2023
                One packet was delivered on 13 Mar 23. I realised on 18 March that the Qty of the item supplied was only 1 Kg. The matter was immediately taken up with the Jio helpline. The customer care executive bluntly told that as per company policy, they cannot refund after 2 days. I explained him that the window of 2 days is short and that I can substantiate my claim by uploading the photos of the invoice and the packet (clearly marked as 1 Kg). He told it is company policy and nothing can be done.
                Subsequently, I send and email along with photographs of the invoice and the packet to the customer care, through the jiomart app and through their twitter handle. Each time they were harping about the COMPANY POLICY rather than seeing it from the CUSTOMER POINT OF VIEW. Jiomart is insensitive to the customers issue unlike other online portals that gives foremost priority to customer issues. I am using this portal to bring awareness and to forewarn potential customers so that they are not taken for a ride by Jiomart. Please avoid buying from Jiomart. There are many other portals which are more customer friendly.

                    Still after JioMart confirmation, they supply bottle of 60 tablets instead of 120 tablets.

                    Grievance stands as follows

                    1 Look at the following attached Screenshot
                    Of giloy tablet bottles, showing only 60 tablets in one bottle.
                    2. We attach hair with the copy of our email also sent to you on 21st March, categorically asking you that as per your app and as per the telephonic confirmation with your customer care people, you should send the delivery only if each bottle contains 120 tablets.
                    3. Still after you people confirm on phone that each bottle will provide 120 tablets, you did not care to confirm it with the pharmacy who has supplied these bottles.
                    4 Result, waste of time and harassment for us.
                    5 now as discussed with your Mr Abhishek, your customer care person, we attach here with the screenshot of actual bottle showing 60 tablets and our email asking you to confirm 120 tablets in each bottle.
                    6. Now arrange immediately for a return pick up of these bottles.
                    7. And make the refund of rupees 210, crediting it in our Jio Mart wallet.

                      I ordered a haldiram kesar gujiya on 13th march and it showed that it will be delivered by 19th march and today is 24th and it's not yet delivered and they are not even cancelling the order, they all are quite rude and doesn't know how to satisfy their customers.

                                No end to harassment by jiomart

                                In continuation with ou previous complaints, another added example of harassment by jiomart.
                                As per the following screenshot, attached herewith.

                                The order was placed on 21st march.
                                And it was shipped on 22nd march.
                                Shipped means the order is packed and handed over to the delivery person to be delivered on the same day.

                                But instead of delivering on 22nd march, they have postponed it for 4 days, telling it will be delivered on 25th march. Why? No reason. No explanation.
                                No end it to their harassment, causing hell of trauma and waste of time for us, we suffer when we do not get the needed items on time, making them liable for have you punishment and penalty for their persistent attitude to harass customer, punishable under the consumer protection act 1986 by the consumer court.

                                  I ordered canon printer on Jiomart on March 18th and initial delivery date was set as March 22.
                                  Not only the order was not delivered on 22nd, the target delivery date is shifting one day ahead each day
                                  No status of order tracking location
                                  Very bad customer service and tracking system

                                    1. We placed one order with jio Mart and the order was confirmed.
                                    2. On the day of delivery, we got the following message, showing the details of the order to be delivered by the concerned delivery man.
                                    3. The delivery message stands as follows.

                                    Shipment #[protected]A-02 of your multi-shipment JioMart order has been dispatched and will be delivered by Delivery Associate Altaf Mustaqueem [protected] . Please pay Rs 199 to delivery agent. To pay via UPI or other modes, ask Delivery Associate for details. Your Delivery Confirmation Code is 6058. Track your order on https://t.grab.in/?4b5c3a47e2

                                    4. We made a call to the delivery man on the mentioned contact number of the delivery man and ask about the delivery time of the order item.
                                    5. We were shocked to find the arrogant reply from this delivery man, who said-the order has been cancelled and will not be delivered to us.
                                    6. We asked for the reason and how a delivery man can cancel the order in this way without any reason at his own end. He disconnected the phone.
                                    7. We put this matter to the customer care to lodge a complaint against such arrogant delivery man. But regretfully the customer care person refused to lodge the needed complaint.
                                    8. What sort of people jio Marty is having. Totally arrogant and irresponsible to customers.
                                    9. Such way of working and arrogate attitude to harass customers are panishable under the consumer protection Act 1986 by the consumer court with heavy penalty and heavy punishment.
