I am facing login issues it's shows like invalid login and it's been more than 15 days, i called their customer care more than 100 times and i sent so many mails but still I didn't get any response or resolutions from their side. They said only one thing all the time just wait we will call you and we will resolve it and they said the same thing I[censored] ask how much time I should wait? And worst customer care service from jiomart and I'm in stress right now I want my wallet money back, i had thousand rupees in my wallet I want that money back kindly help me to resolve this issue.

    Regarding refund of amount

    I have placed order on 13/02/2023 amount Rs 1179 on jiomart and previous delivery status was 17 feb and from then it keep updating by day again and again, and after calling their customer care and logging complaint, it is found my order has been cancelled but still my amount is not refunded to my source account after 7 days (as per company commitment )
    Kindly do needful as soon as possible and refund my payment ASAP

    I have ordered 3 BPL fans from Jiomart on 8th Feb. On 20th Feb I have installed all three fans but one was not working as it was defective. I tried to complaint via toll free number given on BPL fan warranty card but that is not connecting. Then same day I sent an email to BPL customer care email, on 21st Feb they replied and asked me for bill copy, quickly i replied with pdf file of bill copy. Then after multiple chaser they created complaint I'd on 26th and tat was for 48 hours which is already completed. Till today I have no response from them.

    On 21st Feb i also raised the same issue with Jiomart customer care and they created the ticket but till now i have not received any resolution even after taking daily follow up.

    After few days second fan also started irritating noises. Jiomart/Reliance selling their product but they are not bother to provide service.

      I have ordered a mixture from jiomart and i received package when I opened the package, The Lid of mixture's smallest jar was not fitting to jar size of lid is larger than jar

        We had ordered a baby frock from Jiomart which was delivered on 1st February 2023. The frock was small in size so we applied for return on the same day. No one came for picking up for 4-5 days so we complained to Jiomart customer support and they assured to process the return in 48 hours. There was still no progress for another 3-4 days so we lodged another complaint and there was same response that the matter would be solved in 48 hours. Again and again we have complained 5 times and still the return is pending.

          Return request rejected

          I have ordered realme buds q2 neo on jiomart it's delivered on feb 21, it's defective product so i placed a return request on feb 23 but they rejected my return request by saying you need to place the request within 24hrs, but as per refund policy.

          I have shared the screenshot, i have tried a lot with customer care it is so disheartening, very poor service nor they are interested in knowing the problem or resolving, even same with watsapp customer care,

          my order is not moving and i am not able to cancel it as well.
          i order few items on 18/02/2023 still it remains saying ordered and i am not able to cancel it as well, but my money is deducted for my sodexo,

          for 1060 rs they have deducted 1815 rs

          i am not ablle to cancel the order as well, worst customer care

            As per my order i purchase Crazy Sutra Paper Plane Set of 100 Sheets A4 Size Pure White of 5 quantity but i don't like the product so i return the product but instead of 5 quantity by mistake i select 1 quantity and return processed pickup is also done on 7 february of product of full 5 quantity. Now the refund is only processed of only 1 quantity . When I realized after that I raised the return of 4 quantities on 8 february and pick up schedule on 9 february but the product was already gone.
            After 10 days the refund of 4 quantities was not processed. I complained and raised the ticket on 15/02/2023 still no resolution had come. No resolution has come after complaining twice.

              I ordered on Feb 14 and delivery date was mentioned as Feb 20. Day of Feb 20 is nearing its end, however, there is no sign of the order being shipped. The order status remains unchanged. It is still shown as ‘under process’. The virtual assistant on the jiomart app and WhatsApp chatbot says they cannot find any order against the registered mobile number.

              There is no way to speak to any customer care executive as the toll free number provided does not provide you any option to speak to anyone.

              The email response received from CS Head JioMart just says ‘…we would definitely try our best to fix it for you’ but it does not provide any update on the actual order status.

              I am totally clueless whom to approach and when the order would get delivered.

                  On 10th Dec order got delivered and when I opened the package it contained noise earbuds instead of realme buds, on same day I raised a return request with Id [protected] and till now the product hasn't been picked up and still the return request is showing in review, this is the most disgusting experience ever faced, You have delivered those earbuds which I don't need and now your are not returning them, I Was asked by your team to wait till 17 and product will definitely get picked, and today is more than a month still the request is in review, I have kept record of every call, chat and emails, I need resolution today, and I will not tolerate anymore, I will be posting this experience on Social media, Need immediate response and resolution

                          I have ordered a product on 23/01/2023 and the delivery date was 04/02/2023. But till now I didn't receive the product. When I call customer care they are just saying you have to wait till it is received. They are giving very careless response and not able to give any status. I was contacting them since 01/02/2023. Its 15/02/2023 and its showing delivery date as 16/02/2023. I really fed up complaining them. Every time they say we have registered your complaint but nothing happens. Please check into this complaint and resolve it.

                            When i tasted them it is soo bad
                            it is not like the regular raisins i dont know why
                            i tasted so many raisins with different brand and i also ate the goodlife brand before
                            with that trust i ordered of 500gms but this diasappointed me so much
                            it taste completely different and feel like eating some type of chemical and the raisin size and quality is soo bad.
                            and it contains like dust particles.
                            it is such a low quality product i want the refund

                              i got the cran berries but i didn't get blue berries instead of blue berries i got snack amor dryfruit mix

                              is this is correct way you are delivering the products
                              why don't you check the products before delivering
                              if the product is not in stock just cancel the item that you are out of stock thats it but why are sending the wrong product instead of what customer is choosing.

                              i want clear the issue as soon as possible
                              this is not the first time i got the wrong product while ordering in Jio mart

                              when i ask the delivery boy before he told me to collect the items and told me to refund the amount but nothing happened

                              he just not answering the calls from then

                              jiomart you are doing works in great way but whatever the quality you are showing it is not reaching us

                                I would like to draw your attention on the order placed by me on Jiomart.com through my registered mobile number [protected] for 1kg Horlics pack which cost is Rs 559.00 and after applying the discount coupons cart value comes to Rs 452.70 order no[protected]W dated 23/01/2023. I paid this amount using Simpl Pay Later account which is registered with my mobile number as well.

                                The order no[protected]W dated 23/01/2023 has been cancelled by Jiomart team without my consent due to delay in processing from their site. I have received an email from your company as well dated on 27/01/2023.

                                Till date i.e., 11/02/2023 I am still waiting for the refund of my order of Rs 452.70 paid online through Simpl Pay Later account against my order no[protected]W from the company.

                                So, I request your team to kindly look into the matter and please provide me the refund from the company at the earliest.

                                  after that i am daily call & send a mail daily but no one positive response & no one follow & no one support

                                  so day to day i call so at last customers care educative my call disconnect not support (only say wait for our back end team follow

                                  i am send total mail more than 20 plus and call to executive more than 10 plus but still not any response

                                  i am request to you please help

                                  please collect this defective product and refund my money as soon as possible

                                  at last i am say i am very disporting & irritated

                                  where is you're back end team????
