Poor Customer Service

Recently I purchased wireless earphones from jiomart but I received a defective item so, on the same day I raised a return request but firstly they were not accepting my return request but I am continuously raising return request, contacting customer care so after 1 month they accepted my return request and after pickup they were not willing to refund my money and when I contact customer care they were not willing to help.

From Jiomart, I purchased a "realme Techlife T100" wireless earbuds. They arrived on March 9, 2023. After I was dissatisfied with the product. I decided to return the product because it had a five-day return policy. As a result, I decided to return the product. But then what? Despite the fact that the product has a return policy, my return request was denied. My return was refused without my knowledge. I didn't get a note or an email informing me of this. My concerns about this product are as follows:

1) Due to a defective battery in one of the earpieces, the product I received had one earpiece discharge more quickly than the other.
2) The company claims that the battery will last 28 hours, but I only get half of that. I'm not sure how original the product is.
3) Although it was stated that a charging cable was included in the box, I did not receive one with my purchase.

I still don't understand why you promote misleading information on your website. Despite the fact that a 5 day return policy was clearly stated, my return request was rejected. You are misleading your consumer, which is unjustifiable. I am hopeful that you will look into this matter and promptly return my defective product.

    I purchase Green Chef Induction cooktop on 8.3.2023 and I received parcel on 10.3.2023, when I open parcel I shown that Induction Cooktop is broken on top side, same time I request for return production, and the second day 11.3.2023 customer care of Jiomart send me message your RETURN REQUEST is rejected, I further call them on customer care but they say department is different so they can't help me. I asked them give me another number for call but same I not share any for these matter.

      1. This has become a very dirty and illegal habit of jio Mart not to respond to any email, to any grievance we sent to them but they just keep quiet. Our so many grievances are pending with jio Mart with no response.

      2. Recently we have placed one order as per the attached PDF file, screenshot showing the details of the order and their manipulation to hide their deficiency in supplying the ordered items.

      3. They failed to deliver and kept us waiting for 4 days but could not complete the order.

      4. The items are ordered by people because they need is items and when they are not supplied in time but delete for many days, people suffer and face trauma but jio Mart do not care

      5. When they failed to deliver even after 4 days, what drama they have played (obvious as per the attached screenshot), that they have shipped and delivered the order at 10:00 p.m. in the night. A totally false statement because jio March delivery time ends by 9:00 p.m. and our CCTV camera shows, nobody has come at 10:00 p.m. in the night on 11th March.

      6. The screenshot further says, we have return the item at 12 in the night. Another fall nobody delivers order in the midnight.

      7. This is not the first time where they have failed to deliver the order in time and then to hide their deficiency, they put the liability on customers' shoulders, blaming customer to be responsible. What an idiotic and illegal way to harass customers.

          I purchased Green ceaf Induction cooktop 2000 Watts on 8/3/2023 and I get parcel on 10/3/2023 when I open it I show that top of induction cooktop is broken same time put request for return next day 11/3/2023 customer care executive ask me for box like is it damaged or not and cut my call then after sent me message that your return request is rejected I call customer care executive for not hearing me he also replied he not helping me for these matter

            I placed an order on 11th Feb, the estimated delivery date was 20 Feb. It is showing shipped in the app since 12th Feb And today is 10th March and still today i have not received the product.
            I even called Jo Mart's customer care, they don't provide proper response or update about the order. They say that they'll take your complaint and within 24-48 hours it will get resolved, but it has been more than 7 days since I placed the order. Customer care executives are being very irresponsible they don't even know the status of the order, they say that you need to wait, you'll get your order as soon as possible. There is no proper information on why the order is getting delayed. Despite calling them for 5-7 times, I'm totally fed up by their response. Kindly look into this matter and resolve at the earliest.

              On 13 feb 2023 i ordered samsung buds 2 pro from jiomart against order number[protected]M . After delaying on 20 feb 2023 i recived product which is wrong product i.e. one plus buds pro. I at once called jiomart and told issue . Next day they rejected return by giving reason that you opened box of product. I uploaded images as per i recived the product. I have not opened the box . In which condition i recived i sent images. Now they harrassing me. I want 17999 rs. Refund and mental harrassment compensation

                Hello,

                Let me start directly by saying that I have had a very bad experience in dealing with your customer care support to address my refund concern on two products even after following it up continuously for a long time but none of them entertain it seriously.

                I requested a refund on 7 Feb, 2023 but nobody picked my return thereafter. I tried many calls with customer support and they were only able to provide request IDs every time they interact with me by saying that it will be done in 2 days. But, I could only manage those useless request IDs and nothing else, providing few of them for your perusal:[protected] &[protected].

                The app is still showing that the products are returned but the refund amount is yet to be accounted for. The other details pertaining to the products are:

                Product Name - OBAAN Woman solid round neck full sleeve sweatshirt (Rs 369) & OBAAN Women printed Hooded full sleeve sweatshirt (Rs 369)

                Every time i connect with customer care, they generate a new request and parallelly close it without any contact with me. The last communication i held with them was on 7 March, 2023 by sending a further email to there 2nd escalation ([protected]@jiomart.com) but no avail.

                  I placed an order (Order number[protected]M) of three products on 8th February, 2023. On 10th February I received two of them. A set of plastic containers worth 99rs was missing.

                  Refund was initiated on 11th February but I never received any refund for it. I tried contacting customer service but nothing happened.
                  Kindly refund my money as soon as possible.

                    I have availed warranty of Bajaj Immersion heater which i bought from Jio mart. Jiomart collected the product on Jan 5 2023 and issued a refund invoice on Jan 12, 2023 but they didnot credit the amount in my account. Since, then I am following up with them but just they give me new deadlines every time i call them. They create new tickets every time i call them and then close them without processing my refund. I have contacted all the levels available on Jio mart website but all in vain.

                      I have completed payment of Rs.316 on Dec 2, 2022 on Jiomart via Gpay, but the order is not placed and the amount is not refunded yet.

                      I have sent several emails regarding this to customer service and they were asking for pan and cancelled check. I also sent these documents, still the issue not resolved.

                        I am facing login issues it's shows like invalid login and it's been more than 15 days, i called their customer care more than 100 times and i sent so many mails but still I didn't get any response or resolutions from their side. They said only one thing all the time just wait we will call you and we will resolve it and they said the same thing I[censored] ask how much time I should wait? And worst customer care service from jiomart and I'm in stress right now I want my wallet money back, i had thousand rupees in my wallet I want that money back kindly help me to resolve this issue.
                        They didn't resolve my problem but they sent mails like your issue has been resolved

                          Regarding refund of amount

                          I have placed order on 13/02/2023 amount Rs 1179 on jiomart and previous delivery status was 17 feb and from then it keep updating by day again and again, and after calling their customer care and logging complaint, it is found my order has been cancelled but still my amount is not refunded to my source account after 7 days (as per company commitment )
                          Kindly do needful as soon as possible and refund my payment ASAP

                          I have ordered 3 BPL fans from Jiomart on 8th Feb. On 20th Feb I have installed all three fans but one was not working as it was defective. I tried to complaint via toll free number given on BPL fan warranty card but that is not connecting. Then same day I sent an email to BPL customer care email, on 21st Feb they replied and asked me for bill copy, quickly i replied with pdf file of bill copy. Then after multiple chaser they created complaint I'd on 26th and tat was for 48 hours which is already completed. Till today I have no response from them.

                          On 21st Feb i also raised the same issue with Jiomart customer care and they created the ticket but till now i have not received any resolution even after taking daily follow up.

                          After few days second fan also started irritating noises. Jiomart/Reliance selling their product but they are not bother to provide service.

                          Kindly look into this.

                              We had ordered a baby frock from Jiomart which was delivered on 1st February 2023. The frock was small in size so we applied for return on the same day. No one came for picking up for 4-5 days so we complained to Jiomart customer support and they assured to process the return in 48 hours. There was still no progress for another 3-4 days so we lodged another complaint and there was same response that the matter would be solved in 48 hours. Again and again we have complained 5 times and still the return is pending.

                                I have shared the screenshot, i have tried a lot with customer care it is so disheartening, very poor service nor they are interested in knowing the problem or resolving, even same with watsapp customer care,

                                my order is not moving and i am not able to cancel it as well.
                                i order few items on 18/02/2023 still it remains saying ordered and i am not able to cancel it as well, but my money is deducted for my sodexo,

                                for 1060 rs they have deducted 1815 rs

                                i am not ablle to cancel the order as well, worst customer care

                                  As per my order i purchase Crazy Sutra Paper Plane Set of 100 Sheets A4 Size Pure White of 5 quantity but i don't like the product so i return the product but instead of 5 quantity by mistake i select 1 quantity and return processed pickup is also done on 7 february of product of full 5 quantity. Now the refund is only processed of only 1 quantity . When I realized after that I raised the return of 4 quantities on 8 february and pick up schedule on 9 february but the product was already gone.
                                  After 10 days the refund of 4 quantities was not processed. I complained and raised the ticket on 15/02/2023 still no resolution had come. No resolution has come after complaining twice.
