In jio mart there is 7 days of replacement policy on electronics but jio mart customer service person says you have to go to Zebronics service center for repair the defective item. My question is why should I go to Zebronics service centre? still there is replacement policy was there. I'm requesting to you please solve my issue.

    To whom it may concern,

    I am writing to file a complaint against Jio Mart regarding the non-delivery of my prepaid order and the lack of assistance I have received from their customer service department.

    On April 25th, 2023, I placed a prepaid order with Jio Mart for several items. The order was confirmed and the payment was deducted from my account immediately. However, despite repeated follow-ups, I have not received my order yet. I have tried to contact Jio Mart's customer service department several times, but have not received any satisfactory response from them.

    I have been trying to reach out to Jio Mart's customer service department for the past 2 days, but have not received any response from their end. I have also tried to track the order status on their website and app, but there is no update on the status of my order. This lack of communication and assistance from Jio Mart has caused me a lot of inconvenience and frustration.

    I would like to request the Consumer Forum to take appropriate action against Jio Mart for their negligent behavior towards their customers. I request that Jio Mart should be held accountable for not delivering my prepaid order and for not providing any assistance despite multiple attempts to contact them.

    I hope that the Consumer Forum takes my complaint seriously and helps me in getting my order delivered or refunding my payment. I also hope that Jio Mart takes responsibility for their actions and ensures that such instances do not occur in the future.

      I had placed above order for cartridges (tricolour and black, No.803
      for hp deskjet printer 2132) online and paid Rs.1498/- on delivery on 24 April 2023 but when opened, these were found defective, incompatible and duplicate and did not give any print. The complaint was raised on 27 April through Ticket No.[protected]
      through email at [protected]@jiomart.com where I was told that nothing can be
      done as I had surpassed the limit of 2 days return policy.
      In this regard I want to reiterate that my complaint was not about
      return because this was not a product like fabric which can be
      examined visually for defects. In this case the product was first used in printer and was examined by service engineer who attended after 2 days. Once he informed that the product was defective, the complaint was raised. Jio Mart is not resolving the complaint further for refund

        We ordered an iPhone on 14th April. They said it reached delivery center in Hyderabad on 18th. I haven't received the phone till now. They keep changing the delivery date to next day everyday.

          Today i have ordered few things in jio Mart order id[E[protected]TFC) and billed ₹526.57. I have paid the amount through Phonepe and the amount debited from my account but the order not placed and it's showing declined.
          I have also attached the screenshot for your reference. I also called the helpline number mail helpline also but no help.

            A Motorola phone i ordered on[protected] and i gote delivered on[protected] . That phone is not even switching on for a single time since I unboxed. Then I requested for return/exchange, jio mart rejected my return request. Then I chat with their customer service the just responded formally don't even reply my conversation as they are ignored and disconnected from their side. This kind of return/exchange policy they are set to cheat common people like us. This kind of service they are providing.

              I am writing to bring to your attention an issue that I have faced while making a purchase on your App. I recently attempted to place an order on your app and made a payment of 201 on 10 April 2023 through my upi. However, despite the payment being successful, my order was not placed.

              I have checked my account, and the payment has been debited from my account. I am concerned about this issue and would like to request your assistance in resolving it. I would like to know the reason behind the failure of my order placement and request that my payment be refunded to my account as soon as possible.

              I have attached a screenshot of the payment confirmation page for your reference. I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter and provide me with an update as soon as possible.

                    I had ordered for product on 7th April to be delivered on 14 but so far no delivery is attempted but in tracking they show unsuccessful delivery attempt. even OTP is not received so no chance of delivery being attempted by them. Tried to reach customer care but very pathetic, they do not resolve just say escalate and move timelines by 3-5 days.they do not have any idea . It seems they are taking prepaid order without delivery. Worst consumer experience

                      I bought cashew and Fig from Jio mart with order no.[protected]M. The item when I opened is of pest infested and not in usable standards. Upon requesting for return the product Jiomart is not returning.

                        My order was due on 18th April. the delivery man came, took the otp and was told to deliver it to the guard. however, the delivery was never made. the man took my parcel back or did not deliver it at all. it was a paid order.
                        SHAMEFUL FOR SUCH A BRAND.
                        This has happened more than once with Jiomart. it is a pity on brands like these....

                            Persistent dirty and illegal habit not to deliver the order and then blame the customers for return. Shame on such fraudulent people

                            As usual, as per your dirty and illegal habit, you have played again, order never delivered but you said, returned on 16th April at 7 in the morning

                            Make a note, your delivery starts after 9:00 a.m. so how could we return at 7 in the morning.

                            Secondly you said it was returned on 16th April but surprisingly till today evening on 18th April, your status was showing, order shipped then how on back date you have made the false entry of return.
                            Shame on you.

                              Dear Sir/Madam,

                              I am writing to complain about the issue with my order of a headphone from Jio Mart. I placed the order on [29 March 2023] and paid for it through the JioMart app. However, after a week, I received a notification from Jio Mart that my order has been cancelled without any explanation or notification.

                              I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with this development as I have been waiting for my order for a week, and now I don't know what has happened to it. I tried contacting Jio Mart customer support, but unfortunately, I have not been able to get any assistance.

                              I expect Jio Mart to provide me with an explanation for canceling my order without any prior notice or communication. I also expect a solution to this issue, including the delivery of my order as per my original order details.

                              I have been a loyal customer of JioMart for a long time and have always been satisfied with their services. However, this recent development has left a bad taste in my mouth, and I am considering taking legal action against JioMart for their failure to deliver my order and provide a satisfactory explanation for their actions.

                              I request your intervention in this matter and hope that JioMart will take immediate action to resolve the issue and provide me with the order that I paid for.

                                  I ordered a product and different product arrived and I registered a complaint, next day their helpline called and accepted that they delivered a wrong product. From that day they don't have any update. Their helpline is one of the worst I have ever seen, they just tell you what's available and can be seen on the website. They policy is 3-5 days, it been more nearly 10 days and counting. After they accepted their mistake they just ghost customers. As fas as I am aware there is no other way to reach their team. Their email just gives out automated replies.
                                  Jiomart don't fool people with your advertisements of easy returns and exchanges.
