Hi,
I bought cashew and Fig from Jio mart with order no.[protected]M. The item when I opened is of pest infested and not in usable standards. Upon requesting for return the product Jiomart is not returning.

    Delivery Problem

    Website: jiomart

    My order was due on 18th April. the delivery man came, took the otp and was told to deliver it to the guard. however, the delivery was never made. the man took my parcel back or did not deliver it at all. it was a paid order.
    SHAMEFUL FOR SUCH A BRAND.
    This has happened more than once with Jiomart. it is a pity on brands like these....

    Then how could we return at 10:56 p.m. in the night
    What does it prove
    Dirty and illegal trade practice your following permissible under the consumer protection act 1986 for all the harassment and trauma and waste of our time due to your such illegal trade practice.

        Persistent dirty and illegal habit not to deliver the order and then blame the customers for return. Shame on such fraudulent people

        Grievance stands as follows

        Look at the following screenshot
        As usual, as per your dirty and illegal habit, you have played again, order never delivered but you said, returned on 16th April at 7 in the morning

        Make a note, your delivery starts after 9:00 a.m. so how could we return at 7 in the morning.

        Secondly you said it was returned on 16th April but surprisingly till today evening on 18th April, your status was showing, order shipped then how on back date you have made the false entry of return.

          Dear Sir/Madam,

          I am writing to complain about the issue with my order of a headphone from Jio Mart. I placed the order on [29 March 2023] and paid for it through the JioMart app. However, after a week, I received a notification from Jio Mart that my order has been cancelled without any explanation or notification.

          I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with this development as I have been waiting for my order for a week, and now I don't know what has happened to it. I tried contacting Jio Mart customer support, but unfortunately, I have not been able to get any assistance.

          I expect Jio Mart to provide me with an explanation for canceling my order without any prior notice or communication. I also expect a solution to this issue, including the delivery of my order as per my original order details.

          I have been a loyal customer of JioMart for a long time and have always been satisfied with their services. However, this recent development has left a bad taste in my mouth, and I am considering taking legal action against JioMart for their failure to deliver my order and provide a satisfactory explanation for their actions.

          I request your intervention in this matter and hope that JioMart will take immediate action to resolve the issue and provide me with the order that I paid for.

            That's really disgusting . You guys are really really fraud ... I ordered 10 items and pay by online . Bt that's cancelled automatically but get no refund . It's too late around 10days bt i got nothing . And according to your policy we get our refund in just 7working days . What the ### is this ???? Fraud company ... 😡😡 I file a complain against you .

              I ordered a product and different product arrived and I registered a complaint, next day their helpline called and accepted that they delivered a wrong product. From that day they don't have any update. Their helpline is one of the worst I have ever seen, they just tell you what's available and can be seen on the website. They policy is 3-5 days, it been more nearly 10 days and counting. After they accepted their mistake they just ghost customers. As fas as I am aware there is no other way to reach their team. Their email just gives out automated replies.
              Jiomart don't fool people with your advertisements of easy returns and exchanges.

                A prepaid order[protected]W was placed on Apr 14 for Grocery items and the promised delivery date was Apr 16, 2023.

                Jiomart executives on my phone calls/emails kept promising that the order will definitely be delivered by the end of Apr 16, 2023.

                Today is Apr 18, 2023 but the order is still not delivered. Raising tickets or talking to executives made no difference.

                    GRIEVANCE STANDS AS FOLLOWS

                    Look at the following screenshot.
                    You said, we have returned it. A totally false allegation, as this order was never delivered, so where is the question of returning it.
                    The screenshot says, we have returned it in the morning at 7:00 a.m. but the fact is, your delivery starts after 9:00 a.m.
                    So it is obvious you are lying that we have returned it. And this is not the first time where you fiailed to deliver and put your false elevation on customer's shoulders. Shame on you for all the harassment and trauma you caused to us, punishable under the consumer protection act 1986.

                      I placed an order for Wonderchef Turbo Dual Speed Food Processor with Non-slip Base (Black) on JioMart. The product was delivered to me as a defected product. I contacted the customer care for refund of my amount and return of the product. However, the company rejected my refund and return request three times. With best of my efforts, I couldn't get my money back. The customer care is asking me to visit the service centre for further assistance. This is totally ridiculous as I have received a defected product, then why should i approach the service centre. The product has been delivered as broken. This was my first order to JioMart and will be the last as well. Jiomart is deceiving its customers and is giving a very bad taste of online shopping. I will ensure that no one from my family, friends and relatives places any order to Jiomart. I wish some leagal action could have been taken against this fraud Jiomart company. It has given me the first and the worst online shopping experience in my last one decade plus online shopping experience.

                          Dear sir

                          After so many phone calls and emails jio Mart is not able to deliver my prepaid order so pls refund me my amount I have paid with interest because I have used credit card to make the payment then why should I bear the cost incurred due to yours negligence and fraudulent act.

                          Stop this fraudulent act of misguiding customer and taking away money on prepaid order.

                              I have raised multiple times i have not received the refund of 938.5 rupees. I checked with my Bank and they confirmed the ARN number is not processed from the merchant. The customer care has zero clue they just copy paste the message and have not idea how to resolve. I had to tell them to check as the ARN can be processed but doesn't mean the amount is credited.

                                  I ordered a dress on 17-March, which was delivered on 27-March. The dress was totally different from online listing, so I returned it on 28-March. Now they are not refunding my money at all. Everyday they are sending me same message that "your refund against the order id failed due to technical glitch, to reprocess your refund, request you to share your bank details by writing to [protected]@jiomart.com". I have already send them my 2 bank account details through email. But, they are saying same thing everyday by sms. Kindly look into this matter to get my money back.

                                    I wish to bring your kind attention, on a unethical practices done by big brands like Jiomart, Me and Moms Pvt Ltd and their logistic partner, I ordered a pram (Mee Mee Baby Stroller) from jiomart website on 4th april 2023 with order no[protected]M. I was asked to pay 3599 rs in advance, but later during delivery they send a soap cleaner instead of pram (Baby Stroller). When asked to replace the wrong order, they denied to do replace the wrong product with the originally ordered product. They asked me to cancel the order and wait for refund, Meanwhile again pay for the product and wait for 7 days. The delivery was done at my address 531, markal, khed, pune 412105. But, for pickup they gave me a reason of wrong address. Meanwhile, i came to understand that this is their strategy to ask for money in advance and and fool the customers. May will leave the paid amount and a few will fight to get refund. Even if they ask for refund the duration these company take is soo much that they get to use this customer money for free of cost. This is a case of fraud and illegal money making. I have all the required telephonic conversations recorded, where they denied to take my complaint on phone, and when complaint was made on email, they sent a message of ticket resolved even when the issue was not resolved. I have been cheated by them financially, and emotionally. They have taken money from me with a promise to deliver baby stroller pram, but they failed to act as per their promise and advertisement. They wasted my money, my time and also the event when i wanted the product is crossed. I wish to get justice by strict action against these companies who fool many people like me.

                                      I ordered a soundbar of rs 4999 from jio mart on 6th April 23, it says delivery on 7th now everyday the delivery date is shifting by one day. Customer care has no clue about the order and they are saying to wait till 13th April for the resolution. I am very much afraid how long this may continue.
