This is in reference to our complaint, against Jio Mart, for supplying after shave lotion bottle found half empty.
We got a call from Jio Mart customer care, promising to replace defective bottle which the proper bottle in 24 hour. Nothing happened. Nobody came to replace the bottle.
We made a call and emailed to them, again they promised to replace the bottle positively in the next 24 hours. But again their promise proved to be fake and fui tile.
So what we shall have to construe?
First Jio Mall will supply defective product and then we have to waste hello of time, face hell of trauma, and what they provide in return- fake promises and harassment. Repeatedly following such illegal practice, constraining us to take up them to consumer court where they would face heavy penalty and reimbursement.

      I request all the customers don't trust jiomart . They are looting the people.
      They are number one in hearesing the customers. Try to avoid this company.

        I have ordered my phone on 21st of january and they still havent delivered it despite the delivery date being 23rd of january. Everyday the delivery date keeps changing by a day, the delivery service is extremely poor and i have received no message from the company claiming responsibility for such a long delay

          I Dear Team,

          I have ordered 2 product from jio mart on 24th December 2022. I have received both different product as per specifications and also that product's seal was opened so I have raised immediately return. I have provided all screenshots to cs support team and cshead support team over a mail. I have taken multiple follow up with team during this 1 month of period and after a month they have closed complaint without any justification.

          I ordering product from jio mart since 2021 but due to this single incident I feel cheated by jio mart. Now how can i trust jio mart to order something from jio mart.

          I have both product which i have received in origin condition please initiate for cross verification.

          I think this kind of issues other customers are also facing but due to limited knowledge they are not doing anything and if you have observed such kind of action then please rectify from your end and do the needful to the customer.

              But now the delivery date is keep extending.why u show the date i[censored] cannot deliver.i need my order by today.jiomart comes under reliance retail and this is how they deliver orders.

                An after shave lotion bottle of Wild Stone was purchased online from JioMart.
                We were shocked to find this bottle half empty.
                We reported the matter to JioMart immediately on the same day when the delivery was made.
                We lodge our complaint through email along with their snapshot of the half empty bottle but as expected, as per JioMart old dirty and illegal habit, no response no acknowledgement by them.
                We asked them to send your delivery man for return pick up to replace the bottle with the proper bottle, which is not half empty.
                No response.
                Such way of trading falls under restricted practices, punishable under the consumer protection act, 1986. Severe punishment and penalty for such purposely made negligence and deficiency.

                The above email is handled by very very irresponsible persons. They are very very useless people. Actually, some senior executive should check their past record of replying to customers.

                  I've ordered an iPhone 14 on 15th jan 2023 and the delivery date was 18th jan 2023. The delivery date is changing daily to tomorrow. I'm contacting daily to the customer care team of jiomart and they are not able to solve my issue and just keep on telling that it will be resolved very soon. I've even filed a complaint and there is no response even after 5 days. The customer care does not even know anything and they just keep on telling that the backup team is looking into the issue. I want my order to be delivered as early as possible. Kindly resolve this.

                    I ordered a macbook on 20th Jan and the delivery date was 22nd Jan. I didn't receive the order on that day and the delivery date was changed to 23rd Jan. On 23rd Jan, the delivery date was changed to 24thJan. On 24th Jan 12Am, the delivery date is again changed to 25th Jan. Calling customer care is of no use. they respond in a standard manner. They don't even give you delivery partner details. Never expected this from Jio.

                      I have order iphone 12 128gb blue mobile through jio mart app on 22nd dec 2022, the order was delivered on 25th, when i opened the package the box was opened and strip wraps box cover opened, mobile was missing inside the box and only cable and some paper works was there, on the same day i have raised a request for return even they are not doing that also, i have made more than 50 calls to customer care of jiomart, there is no proper solution from them and every time they will tell to wait for 48hrs from past 13 days and i asked them to transfer the call to manager or any higher authority so that they can solve the issue, after raising 2 compliant on consumner forum 2 people called me from jiomart grievance department on 7th jan 2023 name called sharmila and srikanth talked more than 30min and promised me that the issue will be solved before 13th jan 2023 i have recoreded there call, till now they didnt solve my issue and they are not delivering my product or refunding my money worth 60900, each and every customer care agents are telling they dont have any manager or team lead, whenever i ask for status of my compliant they will disconnect my call, i have already informed that i have raised a compliant in consumer forum they told that they dont care about i think this is the 1st indian company who dont care about indian laws, i have already mailed many complaints through email no one is giving proper response, for each and every email they are copy pasting same reply, on 9th jan 2023 my first emi started, please consumer forum help me from this jiomart by making my money refund.

                          GRIEVANCE

                          1. We have purchased apples from JioMart as per the order details atal Bihari with.
                          2. Regretfully when we cut apple, we found them rotten inside.
                          3. The snapshot of rotten apple is also attached herewith.
                          4. We reported this matter and lodged our complaint to JioMart through email on 3rd January 2023 with all the details and also the snapshot of rotten apple but regretfully over a week had passed but no response from them. This is a very nasty and illegal habit of JioMart not to respond to any of emails ever.
                          5. We made a call to their customer care people and asked them for a return pick up to collect back all the rotten apples to refund back our money.
                          6. But they just kept us waiting but never sent their representative to initiate return pick up.
                          7. Such way of restricted trade practice evidentally amounts to negligence and deficiency on the part of JioMart punishable under THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT 1986 and and also punishable under the FOOD SAFETY AND STANDARDS ACT, 2006

                            First I booked an order and paid payment as attached and when I questioned for being delayed after the due date given by Jio Mart then your staff cancelled this order and returned this money in my credit card for which I already paid this amount and now as it is standing in my credit card as a copy enclosed.

                            Please take necessary action because this is totally harassment to me and solid action has to be taken so that in future they will not do this harassment to other guys.

                            Are you still feeling your staff not harassing us and apologies replies are ok ?

                                    I got damaged product from jio mart for which we returnes and got refund in wallet instead of bank.
                                    But now when i try to login jiomart app to use the balance it shows invalid otp whereas i am able to login from different no.
                                    How do i use my wallet money if i am unable to.login.
                                    How can Jiomart cheat people like this. Being a reliance owned company, behavious is so cheap. I raised complain many times but o resolution yet.
                                    Request if it can be resolved from here.

                                      I ordered a Samsung M13 mobile[protected]A )worth Rs.13999/- and it got returned on 24th December due to technical issue. I haven’t received the refund as of now. I called the customer care many times but no response from their side.They were saying within 7 days you will receive the refund. In the same period of time I got a refund of Rs.180 for other item that got returned.I didn't received any messages also showing any initiation of refund.

                                        mail received from [email protected] my order number number is 16696329990169077M IN THIS ORDER I HAD ORDERED TWO PAIRS OF SHOES AND RECEIVED ONLY ONE PAIR AND THE PAYMENT WAS ASKED TO BE PAID FOR THE FULL ORDER OF TWO PAIRS, AFTER OPENING THE PACK I CAME TO KNOW THAT IT IS CONTAINING ONLY ONE PAIR I THOUGHT WITHIN 1-2 DAYS I WILL RECEIVE THE SECOND PAIR BUT IN VAIN. I HAD COMPLAINED THE SAME TO THE CUSTOMER CARE AND TRIED TO TALK THEY ASKED FOR TIME BUT THAT WAS DELAYED ONE MONTH HAS BEEN COMPLETED I RECEIVED A MIL STATING THAT THE PROBLEM IS RESOLVED AND I HAVEN'T RECEIVED THE SECOND PAIR NOR THE MONEY WHICH I HAD PAID FOR THE UN DELIVERED SHOE.
