I placed an order on 24th Dec of Smartphone (OnePlus 9) worth Rs.33, 999, the estimated delivery date was 29th December. When I checked their app on 29th Dec. the delivery date changed to 30th December, again when I checked on 30th Dec delivery date changed to 31st Dec, again when I checked on 31st Dec delivery date changed to 2nd Jan, and again when I checked on 2nd Jan delivery date changed to 3rdJan, and today 3rdJan it is showing delvery date on 4th Jan.

I even called Jo Mart's customer care, they don't provide proper response or update about the order. They say that they'll take your complaint and within 24-48 hours it will get resolved, but it has been more than 10 days since I placed the order.

Customer care executives are being very irresponsible they don't even know the status of the order, also they don't have tracking details they say that you need to wait, you'll get your order as soon as possible. There is no proper information on why the order is getting delayed.

And when i asked for refund their reply was the product is shipped so it won't get cancelled/refund.

Despite calling them for 5-7 times, I'm really totally fed up by their response. Kindly look into this matter and resolve at the earliest.

    I placed a return request of this product on 30 Nov, but the product has not been picked up. The usual return pick up time is 5-7 days. Multiple calls and messages to customer support done but if no use.Pathetic customer care and resolution.

      I had ordered a kitchen item on 23/12/2022 and the product was delivered in damaged condition. I initiated a return for the same but the return was refused by the courier. The details are mentioned below.

        I have ordered an Aquaguard 6.2 litres Neo UV + UF + MC Water Purifier with Mineral Charge Technology with an order ID[protected]A on 30.11.22.

        It was delivered on 03.12.22 and installed on 05.12.22.

        After 30 minutes of installation, purifier started leaking. After checking by dedicated technician from Reliance, he said the valve from inside is leaking and product is faculty. It is required to replace with new one as this is new product.

        Then after I am continuously registering complaint for replacement of the product and product was picked from my home after 20 days of installation.

        Now already 7 days passed from pick up date since there is no update from Reliance or Jio.

        This is worst service from Jio or Reliance.

        My family is suffering without drinking water and we have to purchase drinking water from outside. Accordingly financial implications applicable to me daily Rs 50. More than Rs 1500 I have already paid for water jugs from outside due to useless services from Joi and Reliance.

        Waiting for new product and reimbursement of water expenditures.

            I had order MacBook Air 2022 model on 24th December. It was supposed to be delivered on 25th December but so far it has not been. I have contacted their customer support via Chat, Call, email and Twitter multiple times but they have no clue where the parcel is and when it can deliver. They keep on changing the delivery date to next day from 25th to 26th, then 27th, 28th, 29th and now 30th Dec. They have not sent single communication to me about order status. I had raised complaints ([protected], [protected]) but no success.
            I had even requested them to cancel my order and refund the money, but they declined saying since status is "Shipped" they can't cancel it. So, I am stuck in between, as they can't cancel the order, neither they can deliver the item on committed dates. I do have all chat conversations, call recordings, screenshots as evidence. Grateful if you could provide some help to get this addressed asap:

            Resolution: Either they deliver the item in good and genuine condition in next 2-3 days or cancel the item and refund my money back.

                  Refer our this morning email, where we have pointed out that we are getting all our order delivered in suspicious packing.
                  Still after our email, no precursionary measure, no action was taken by you and consequently your delivery man delivered today's order also in the suspicious packing, which was open at the top and it was not a jio my packing, without any jio Mart printed over it. Why the original packing was removed and all the food items were put in another ordinary bag? What is the reason of such a tempering? Jio mart holds himself responsible if any food poisoning takes place after eating such tempered food items which is allowed to go on, on account of sleeping habit of jio Mart, which make a legal note of.

                    I have purchased from Jiomart on line on 24.9.2022 through SBI card payment above rs 1500 to avail the scheme offer.of 10% cash back on invoice amount

                    several times i have contacted your consumer care through phone. Till date they are unable to solve the issue.
                    Till now I have not received my cash back. to the credit of my SBI Account number.Please process the cash back and confirm.
                    If no reply the matter will be taken to the higher ups and inform the consumer cell to file penality for not giving the cash back.

                      I have ordered IPhone 13 128GB, worth INR 60900/- on 17th December 2022. I have made an online payment through credit card. But till now I have not received the product, the delivery date got constantly extending day by day, but when I call the customer care on 26th December 2022, they said your order has been returned due to some technical issue. Now I am waiting for my payment. Please help me in this case as I have worked hard to save much amount from my salary. I cannot afford this much loss. Please I am depressed.

                        Jio Mart always delivers the ordered items properly packed in their own printed packing. But the above order reached to us without any packing but in its bare form only. Why?

                        This is not the first time when we found no packing for the items ordered by us.Why?

                        Jio mart failed to take any action still after our repeated complaints and thus allowed culprits to continue with their crimes which could cause food poisoning and death of the person consuming these food items. Making jio Mart to be prosecuted.

                          I bought a pinnacle keyboard from Jio mart but it was not working properly so I returned it but today it’s been more than a month I’ve returned that product but till yet I haven’t received my refund I complained many times via call and email to Jio mart but they did nothing and closed ticketes I asked to reopen but they denied via email now I’m very anguish and disappointed with Jio marts service and somehow I don’t want to make any electronic purchase through JIO MART.

                            Using jiomart from long time. Suddenly it's showing invalid login id and ivalid OTP. I tried so many times. I have given complaint to jiomart too but bo use. I have money in my jiomart wallet and suddenly I'm unable to use because of login problems

                                Total 5 items were delivered in a plastic packet.io Mart always deliver order items in a sealed pack and it reaches to us right from your store house in the same sealed condition.

                                But it was Shockingly observed that somebody had torn the sealed package at the top and then only it was delivered. Who had done this pilferage and why? Obviously it could not be done without the knowledge of your delivery man. who had paid him bribe to interfere to temper with the delivered items?

                                Immediate and strict action required in the matter under intimation to us as to why and who is doing such illegal practice spoiling JMart name. These are food items and any tempering with them could be dangerous whoever might have done it through bribe.

                                Otherwise being constraint we would have to refer the matter to food controller authorities.

                                Look at the attached photo short.
                                This is the plastic bag in which the items were delivered.
                                Make a note as follows
                                1. This bag does not contain Jio Mart name printed on it.wjy?
                                2 the top portion was open in torn condition at the time of delivery. Why?

                                Obviously your delivery man was paid bribe to temper with the delivery. Who and why, that this delivery man could better reply.

                                This is as to clarify as per your calls received in this matter. If required, we will handover the matter to police as the matter belongs to food items. Just buy tempering with the delivered food items, anybody could easily contaminate the food items causing hell of the risk of food poisoning. Who is responsible? The delivery man and Jio Mart, both jointly and severally as per the Indian penal code

                                  I have placed an order on 8th of November 2022 on JIOMART app of a mobile phone (Motorola G62) worth ₹15, 999 invoice number SE[protected]

                                  First, when placed the order the expected delivery date was 10/11/22 - 11/11/22 but when it was 10th of November and I checked the app it was showing expected delivery date -11/11/22
                                  On 11th of November I checked the app it was showing expected delivery date- 12/11/22
                                  On 12th of November I checked the app it was showing expected delivery date - 13/11/22 and so on.
                                  Then, on 12/11/22 I raised a complaint in Jio customer care they said it will resolve within 48 hours, before and while in 48 hours period I called few times in the Jio customer service centre they said it will resolve for sure wait for 48 hours, they all were very confident and arrogant in a way.
                                  After completion of 48 hours again I called JIO CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTRE they said wait for another 48 hours, so on 12th of November I raised my first complaint against the late delivery of the order but got no solution at all till 16/11/22 when JIOMART people automatically without my consent cancelled the order and said that amount will be refunded for sure, again very confidently, on or before 25/11/2022 so again, I have called and raised a complaint in regards to refund of amount, they said to wait another 48 hours post 25th of November but got no solution till now
                                  Whenever I call they say there has been a glitch or we have raised and highlighted your complaint please wait be patient we understand your concern and problem that you are facing all the time I'm experience this
                                  Please assist me for the same.

                                        I have order 30 Oct 22, and receive 2 Nov 22. I have raised complaint 2nov. Mujhe wrong item received hua tha. Maine 2 Nov se 15 Dec tak 70 se above mail ki hai JioMart ko. Unka ek he reply baar baar milta hai wait karo. 43 days se wait he kar rehe hai lekin abhi tak koi solution nhi nikla.
