Its now 120days/4months passed but nobody is bother to listen me even after i DM to @JioMart_Support on Twitter.
I have received a defective product (pigeon mixer grinder) on dated 2nd august 2022 and on same day i logged complaint by calling at customer care.
In this regards, they had given complaint no.[protected] however no resolution yet.
Whenever i asked update on Twitter, they simply reply 'we are working, it will resolve soon' these type of consolation.
Now i am looking for support on this.
