The jiomart delivery executive omkar korday was going to deliver my prepaid product on 10th december i tried to call him but he didn't pickup the call and on 11th december when i check the delivery status it was showing the product was delivered on 11th december 6:30am which was not done. Then i complain in jiomart customer service but the close the complain without informing me, saying that the delivery team confirm that product was delivered. Omkar korday also pretended to be customer executive and was asking for the otp on 11th december on 2:29 from a different phone no. Please solve the problem. I'll also send the screenshot of the message i sent to delivery executive.

    JioMart supplied HP 803 tricolour cartridge which was past the warranty date. For 3 weeks now, JIOMart only raises a return request but no action has been taken by them to collect the defective item OR refund me the amount paid!

      This is 3 rd time I am raising a complaint no solution has been given and doing continuous harassment and fraud with customers.

      PLEASE DONT CLOSE THIS AGAIN WIHTOUT TALKING AND SOLUTION.

      I want to return the Bluetooth speakers I ordered from JioMart as it was not working properly. They are not ready to return and are suggesting that I go to the service center as it is under warranty. If I have to go to the service center to repair the product, why would I have ordered a new one online, I could have fixed my older one. The product is under return policy and they are not accepting return from the last 15 days.

      This is really pathetic,

        Hi,

        On 7th dec, I tried to place an order from jiomart app from my mom's ID ([protected] mob) as I do regularly. I made the payment of INR 1764 from my own net banking which got debited but my order is not placed. I have still not received the refund and customer care is not giving satisfactory response except saying that order was not placed due to technical glitche.

        Pls initiate my refund at the earliest. I have attached the proof of payment for reference.

          Not:please dont close this without talking and this is not soljtion to visit manufactor stroe to get fix issue.

              Address: jiomart

              Booked tcl tv and philips otg on 17th october 2022 and first cancelled the philps tcl by the jiomart and refund credited in source of account on 4th nov2022 after begged many requset with jio mart.
              They assured the balance tcl led to deliver and failed to delver and showed as returned in order and not refund my amount even after 40 days... Atleast 50 plus calls done with jio mart costomer care but only giving assurane that next day will solve the issue and till now its not solved. Every time when i spoke with customercare they telling they highlighted my issue but dont know the higher officials what they are doing???
              kindly help me to get my refund as well additional amount for delaying the refund.

                Hi Team, I had ordered washing machine, but it has been more than a month its not delivered as well as I am not getting my refund back from Jiomart. I want the refund ASAP. The team is not even following up after so many calls we did. The issue has not been taken care of at all from Jiomart team.
                I have been complaining from so long.

                  Regretfully when we cut the apple, they are found rotten inside.
                  The screenshot of rotten apple has been sent to you and also attached below for your reference to look into how rotten apples you have supplied. Replace them with good apples, which are not rotten inside.

                      Worst service provider, I ordered a TV on 20th of November which was received on 21st, which was defective, since 21st continuously I am complaining no updates are being provided, I am being charged daily interest from the bank and get no refund.

                        Hi team,

                        Its now 120days/4months passed but nobody is bother to listen me even after i DM to @JioMart_Support on Twitter.
                        I have received a defective product (pigeon mixer grinder) on dated 2nd august 2022 and on same day i logged complaint by calling at customer care.
                        In this regards, they had given complaint no.[protected] however no resolution yet.
                        Whenever i asked update on Twitter, they simply reply 'we are working, it will resolve soon' these type of consolation.

                        Now i am looking for support on this.

                          Hello i am using two numbers of Jiomart [protected] and [protected] and both are having login issues and i am unable to login into the jiomart online grocery shopping mobile application with these two numbers of mine. Kindly resolve the issue and it's been two months i am not able to login which is high time and being a valueable customer this is not at all acceptable and customer care team and senior supervisor of Jiomart says that there is technical error so they are not resolving my issue and lingering on since 2 months. Also refund is pending in [protected] number order ID's . Please help me soon.

                            I had placed a prepaid order in jiomart on 19 November 2022

                            3 items worth rs 140 got cancelled...but i still not received my refund. I sent a mail to customer service but no reply.
                            Request you to look into my issue.

                              I m unable to log in to jio mart since last 15 days I have also intimated to jio mart more then twice but no action taken yet I also have amount of 343 approx in JioMart wallet
                              So it’s requested that my JioMart account to be restored at the earliest

                              I purchase a I purchased a mobile phone Rs. 9999 at 24th October through jiomart application and my order cancelled at 25th October. From that day my refund is pending, whenever I sent complaint they said within 48 hrs my problem will resolve, after Two days they close the ticket from there side without resolving it happened every time. Its already 1 month passed and still no information about my refund.

                                    My mother had ordered 2 gold coins from jiomart on 1st September 2022. They haven’t delivered the product till now and I have constantly been following up with them. In the last few days they started saying that the order has been delivered to me on 8th September. I then had asked them if the prepaid order was delivered then what happened to the order that was cash on delivery and they didn’t have an answer regarding the same. Whenever you raise a complaint they say that they will resolve the issue within 48 hours but there is no action for the same.
