In Jio Mart i had ordered A2 ghee 1kg (2 Pack) vide order number[protected]A on 15th oct 2022 by making Prepayment of Rs.1499/-. i received a message from Jio Mart that the items will be delivered by 25th oct 2022. But till today the items was not delivered to me nor any message is received regarding my pending order from Jio Mart. On 26th october onwards i had made many calls to the customer service centre asking for my order status and every time i was given false hope by the customer service executive that my order problem will be resolved within 2 days. I had also emailed Customer Service of Jio Mart {[protected]@jiomart.com}on 26th october 2022 at 09.32 and also emailed the Customer Service Head of Jio Mart {[protected]@jiomart.com} on 29th october 2022 at 09.05 regarding non receipt of above order from them. But till date no reply or message is received from their side. i therefore want either they refund my money prepaid to them or they deliver the item ordered by me.

Complaint marked as Resolved On 5th Nov 2022 at 07.12 PM, i received a message from JioMart that my order is shipped for delivery and on 07th Nov 2022 at 03.00 PM the above order of 1 kg ( pack of 2) A2 Kamdhenu Ghee was delivered to me in good packing.
