Want a Compensation from the company for selling a duplicate product in the market

Dear Sir/Madam,
This is in regards with my concern a duplicate product being sold on jiomart app i.e Indulekha Bringha Oil is sold, this seems that jiomart sells the product directly in the market without checking whether its genuine or fake that clearly shows how jiomart is working as this shows and the trust with us goes as its gives a message that what ever product we purchase from jiomart would not be genuine it would be fake,...

I purchased one “JBL Quantum 600 Wireless” from your website on 6th November order no:[protected]A. After delivery when I tried to connect the device to my phone, it didn’t connect. I thought it’s a faulty product and raised a return request. Your website has only 3 return options and I went for faulty option due to my ignorance. That’s probably the biggest mistake I did.

Later realized, its not a faulty product after spending some time on google. It’s meant to connect to PC/Laptops using a dongle and can’t connect to phones over Bluetooth. As the product description nowhere mentions it doesn’t connect to the Bluetooth enabled devices, I ended up wasting 8000+ bucks. Now I own a wrong product. Customer care sings the same song saying go to the brand service center. Obviously as the device is not faulty, they won’t be able to help. I am stuck.

Let me reiterate, product is not faulty. By design it doesn’t connect to the phones and probably this is not the product I meant to buy. Any product displayed in any ecommerce site much match the product description and specifications and in case it doesn’t match, then user has all rights to return the product. Requesting for immediate assistance and accept the return or tell me why the product shouldn’t be returned.

    Rice Bag Sent of Worst Quality

    I ordered a rice bag and after using it for the first time I found that the rice is of extremely bad quality. The rice when cooked sticks and gives a bad taste in the mouth. On complaining, I was told the refund/return window is closed so no one can help me. I can use the rice only after my existing rice is over.     Purchased an Mobile Phone from JIOMART at price Rs 48800 on 15th of October 2022 and was returned back to the seller on 21st of October 2022.I was informed that I will receive my refund by 2nd of November but I haven't received it yet. I made a complaint with complaint id- [protected], reference number- [protected] and escalation number-[protected] They told us that they have escalated the matter and we would received a call from the team but still no progress has been made in its regards. We have been calling them everyday but they don't do anything about it.

        Hi, I'm going through a really stressful situation as jiomart have neither delivered nor provided an update on a prepaid order worth Rs. 51, 000 I made on 22nd October 2022. I have raised a complaint with them on 26th October for which the estimated resolution time is 48 hours and still the customer care agent or their supervisors were not able to give a solution or a status as of today, 6th November.

        Order date : 22/10/2022
        Estimated delivery : 24/10/2022
        Complaint date with jiomart : 26/10/2022
        ETA for complaint : 48 hours

        So far I'm spending close to 30 minutes talking to the customer care agent and their supervisors everyday since 24th October. Neither they are able to give an update on product not they are giving the money back. Humbly requesting you to help me to get this sorted out at your earliest convenience.

          Repeated complaints fall into deaf ears and they continue spreading karnoa risk.Why?

          Today again you have delivered our ordered item as per the following screenshot, without any cover, in bare format carrying heavy risk of corona spread.
          We have pointed out previously to your such habit which is against consumer protection act spreading corona in Mumbai. But you did not care to stop such thing which could cost one his life. This also amounts to violation of public health rules imposed by the government making you liable to be prosecuted with heavy penalty and GL term.

              In Jio Mart i had ordered A2 ghee 1kg (2 Pack) vide order number[protected]A on 15th oct 2022 by making Prepayment of Rs.1499/-. i received a message from Jio Mart that the items will be delivered by 25th oct 2022. But till today the items was not delivered to me nor any message is received regarding my pending order from Jio Mart. On 26th october onwards i had made many calls to the customer service centre asking for my order status and every time i was given false hope by the customer service executive that my order problem will be resolved within 2 days. I had also emailed Customer Service of Jio Mart {[protected]@jiomart.com}on 26th october 2022 at 09.32 and also emailed the Customer Service Head of Jio Mart {[protected]@jiomart.com} on 29th october 2022 at 09.05 regarding non receipt of above order from them. But till date no reply or message is received from their side. i therefore want either they refund my money prepaid to them or they deliver the item ordered by me.

              On 5th Nov 2022 at 07.12 PM, i received a message from JioMart that my order is shipped for delivery and on 07th Nov 2022 at 03.00 PM the above order of 1 kg ( pack of 2) A2 Kamdhenu Ghee was delivered to me in good packing. Thank You Very much for your kind help in resolving the complaint, The above complaint was resolved after you take special efforts in lodging complaint on my behalf with JioMart on 4th Nov 2022. Once again thankyou very much for your sincere efforts to solve all consumers problems. VBALSUBRAMANIAM

                I have ordered SuryaFlame Malta steel gas stove which has many specifications in it. I have attached the screenshot of the same as displayed on Application. But the product which I received does not have Malta written over it and does not met any parameters like Height, weight, length.

                and it was rejected on the same day. After sharing all the details to customer care for almost 5-6 days later on one of the customer care executive raised a complaint [protected] and I was following up on daily basis for almost 20-21 days. No updated have been provided, no calls were received during that period . Later on I found complaint has been closed without informing me no calls.

                  I have order groceries in jiomart.com on[protected]list of items attached), for which I paid an amount of ₹ 3447/-(Three Thousand four hundred and forty Seven), Only part order quantity was delivered by jiomart team on[protected], on 1-10-22, I have raised complain about missing items thru mail to ([protected]@jiomart.com) reply received from them “assured that our team is working on your concern, we will get back to you between 8 AM till 8 PM and will try our best to provide you with a satisfactory resolution” & “ Please wait for the completion of[protected] as we are working to ensure a satisfactory resolution on your complaint.” After several attempts of call to them, not proper response received, not my missing items or refund was issued. Requested to take action against them & do the needful.

                      I ordered items from Jiomart on Oct. 19 but many items were missing in the delivered package. I called customer care several times but they are neither giving me any refund nor any missing items are delivered till date. They area big scam.Please do not buy anything from Jiomart. Pathetic experience.

                        I ordered an electronic item from jiomart on 24th Oct 2022 through online payment(₹62900). The estimated delivery date was on
                        27th oct 2022. Till now I haven't received the product. The order delivery status is keep changing day by day. I raised many complaints from 28th Oct onwards. I'm calling the customer care everyday and asking for refund status. They are not giving any reason for the delay. No action has been taken till now. I ordered from jiomart in a belief that it is a reputed company and it comes under your prestigious company Reliance Retail. But now I have lost my trust in jio mart. Customer care service is not being responsible.They are not sure about the delivery date or status. I'm really stressed, wasting my time to call the customer care to ask about the order status all the time. I haven't got any updates till now. I'm submitting the order details here. Plse take an immediate action on this issue. No one should ever have my experience, really disappointed with Jio mart service. Please respond sir. Last day they ask another 48 hours to solve. Please deliver my product asap.

                          I've raised 2 complaints with respect to 2 orders. In one of the orders, Mushroom 200g was not delivered. In another order, qty of bottlegourd was less by around 150g out of 1kg. So requested refund of difference of amount of around ₹4 since cost is done through weightage along by attaching the photo of that item in weighing scale.

                          It is very regretfully observe that whatever delivery they are making against our orders placed online, are seny by them without any cover but in bare format only and therefore it is touchd by many people right from their godown people till the delivery man completes the delivery. Such way of making delivery of all the items without any protective cover is so risky as it is spreads corona risk which may cost someone his life also.
                          This was pointed out previously too, to the jio Mart people, but they did not even care to respond, leave aside taking precautionary measure to stop playing with peoples live.
                          We are getting parcel from so many other online shops, but nobody delivers any item without cover. It is only jio Mart which is found to make delivery in such a risky way and still after repeated complaints they always turn blind eye. We're attach here with screenshots of 4 deliveries which were delivered to us without any cover carry hell of the corona risk.

                            I ordered macbook air m1 from jiomart on 16th Oct. The expected delivery date provided was by 22nd Oct, but they didn't deliver it by 22nd. Then they were extending the delivery date everyday by 1 day. I called the customer service of jio mart every single day from 21st Oct to 26th Oct and all they said was to be assured that my product will be delivered and sorry for the delay.
                            When I called them on 25th and after complaining for so many times, they said that the product will be delivered by EOD today but it was not delivered on that day too. Infact on next day the order was returned/cancelled by jio mart citing the reason as wrong address. I was not provided any contact details of the delivery agent. Neither any delivery agent contacted me to query for the correct address.
                            Today it's 31st Oct and I have still not received the refund, on calling the customer service they are just asking to wait for 7 days

                            Pathetic shopping experience from JioMart!

                                I have placed the order of the bedsheet on 4th Oct, Its already 25 days the product is still not delivered. Jiomart customer care is not providing any help on this even after writing daily mails and raising complaints on their customer support. They clueless regarding the delivery and just asking me to wait for infinity time period. The expected delivery date given by jiomart for this order was 12th october and its already 28th today. In todays time where other competitor sites are delivering products within 24hrs jiomart is not capable enough to even deliver a simple product forget about the time. I even asked to cancel the order and refund the money but they are denying to do so and not giving any option on app or webite to cancel the item and neither delivering the product. JioMart is really pathetic and troubles the customer to to very bad extent. Company should shut down due to poor customer support, service and products . JIOMART IS Fraud STOLEN MY MONEY AND NOT REFUNDING IT.
