I ordered few items on jiomart of rupees 770 on Aug 14 it was prepaid but it reflected as cash on delivery so, I paid cash and accept the items till now I am keep calling and dropping mail to customers service, my problem not resolved yet

    I ordered groceries in jiomart money got debited but order was not placed, order id is also not showing l, I paid through phonepe on[protected] @ 12:30 am and again I ordered on[protected] @ 7 am but canceled I got refund for the second order. It's been 18days I didn't get refund for my 1st order transaction

      I have bought the airpods and when i hear the one left airpods sounds too low and right airpods sound like breaking music. And Jiomart told me that we are unable to return due to quality issue. Call me [protected]. Order number[protected]A

        JioMart was supposed to deliver my product yesterday but they didn't deliver yesterday and today when I check they have updated the date to tomorrow for product delivery. I want a proper action be taken against them in this regard.

          I booked juice mixer grinder on 15 august but status show on 17 august returned
          Why my my refund is not credited yet

          Shows return but refund is not processed yet
          After 7 days i raise a complaint against this order but customer care says 48 more hours
          But 48 hours is not refund intiate yet.
          Every day they says our team is working on your complaint and not provide my refund.

                I placed order on 23 August 2022, order number[protected]W
                It got delivered into 6 separate items. One of item with invoice number S06ED6NK2CA33901 [Rs 669] was completely opened up within package.
                I could not place return order in website. The customer care does not connect. Finally managed to connect after 6 days then I have been told I cannot return.
                As a customer I feel like I have been cheated. Very poor experience. Suggest avoid Jio mart.

                  Hi,
                  This is to inform you that I have placed grocery order of Rs. 1709 on 13 aug 2022. But I have recieved only 1 item of Rs.160 on 16 aug and i have checked in the app it's showing all 8 items have been delivered but i haven't received 6 items of Rs. 1549, i have raised issue multiple times with jio customer care team through mail or call but haven't received any resolution from them. Pls look into it and need your support on this.

                      This is with reference to order id[protected]M dated 8th June, 2022, total 5 items for the amount Rs. 1532.
                      The order was returned at the time of delivery itself, however the refund is not received yet even after more than 2 months. I have been trying to contact customer care and also contacted escalation dept, but there is no resolution from their side.

                        I am following with your customer service since 20th Aug and earlier regarding delivery of my prepaid order. But I have been only asked to wait for 48hrs so that the so called concern team may check and update me. But due to an unknown reason or may be due to poor customer service at JIOMART, they are not able to deliver my order even after 10 days of waiting.
                        Upon calling for the enquiry of the order tracking, there Sr. team is also not able to trace order and are asking me wait for another 48 hrs so that Concern team will check and revert to me.
                        I have been waiting for over 10 days and these so called concern team is unable to provide solution nor able to update me what is the issue causing this delay.

                        I have been mentally harassed by their customer representatives due to the incompetency of providing update and repeatedly asking me to wait even when I have requested to just update me on issue causing the delay which they dont have access too nor able to do their efforts to understand the issue

                          Jiomart delivered different product as ordered lux International soap but delivered jo soap, also delivered stale items which not properly frozen as maccaine french fries and itc cheese bowls. There were many missing items which was not delivered as per bill. I raised many complained but not resolved.

                              In jiomart online shopping app I regular ordered groceries, vegetables and fruits. But from last some days they send
                              rotten & stale veg, Fruits,
                              grocery item which had no mfg date, batch no. Expiry date,
                              green black colour fully fungus butter,
                              curd, pizza base which had next day expiry date, expired products, wrong products,
                              5kg edible oil which had after 20days expiry date, most of the grocery items are open & damaged condition, missing items, Near by expiry products, too much plastic bag used for packing.
                              For this problems I always raised complaint & they solve the some problems and i returned the product & payment was added to jiomart wallet but now they block my wallet money as I have Rs 2500 on my jiomart wallet. They block my jiomart account also. I want my money back. I called their customer care executive many times but they didn't get any update.
                              I shared some images of the products which jiomart delivered & screen shot of mail i send to jiomart. I don't want to shop again on jiomart but I want my wallet money.

                                I ordered Britannia 50-50 Maska Chaska Biscuits 300 g from jiomart on 27/08/2022, whose MRP was Rs.100 on jiomart's website and they are selling it for Rs 90, giving 10% discount. After order delivery on 28/08/2022, I found that the real MRP of this product is Rs 80 only. So I demand strict action to be taken against jiomart for cheating as it's illegal and refund of excess amount being charged.

                                  I have order diaper from jiomart as i was not able to purchase the same at outlet. But the executive from jiomart is so unprofessional who couldn't reach my home even after so many guidence in small town like Ambala Cantt. Even after that the person said in arrogent manner that ask somebody to pick the same as my bike couldn't turn due to heavy load.
                                  Then i consult the customer care and they assure me to take care of the situation and the product will be delivered by the day end . But in the end of the day I got the massage that your order is cancelled without taking my concent.

                                    I ordered 8 Full sleeve t-shirts and Hoodies on the 21st July, the delivery date was of 30 July but on the 28 July the delivery was made at my home, I was at work and my dad was unaware of the parcel so he accepted the delivery and paid Rs1788 for it. When I came back from work I open the tiny parcel and saw that there were only 2 shirts in it but the packing said it contained 8 Tshirt/Hoodies, I immediately called the delivery guy to check he said he is unaware then I checked the jiomart order and it was updated as all 8 Tshirt/Hoodies delivered, when I complained, the customer agent asked me to return the product but the problem is that I have just not received my ordered products, I've received a totally different package of just 2 tshirt in it whereas I had originally ordered 8 t-shirts n hoodies But it was never delivered to me.
                                    They pickup the 2 tshirt and the order now shows partially returned.
                                    I've been chasing them for the last 7 days but they don't respond. I've submitted my bank details but didn't get any refund, I've sent them multiple emails and calls but they are not responding to it and I get a automated mail reply saying we are checking and we will update you soon.
                                    Now I don't have any product with me and my money Rs1788 is also stuck as they are not refunding it.
                                    Please help me to get my money back.
                                    Its been almost a month, 50 calls and 44 emails that I've sent and requested to refund my money Rs1788 but there has been no response at all, they keep sending me a automated mail and last mail was they are saying they will refund me Rs1121 where as I paid them a total Rs1788 and didn't receive any product and no refund.

                                      Warranty issue on Electrical material

                                      Hi,
                                      Purchased Syska LED tube light from jiomart and there was 1 Year warrenty. It has gone faulty and I wanted to get the replacement under warrenty. Jiomart team not taking any intrestvin solvingvthe problem instead asking to contact Syska support center. No Syska support team is asking for invoice which I tried from Jiomart app but unable to download it from there. When contacted jiomart customer care, they are giving useless response...
