I cancelled 2 prepaid orders on Jiomart but still after 12 days there is no solution provided & the customer care on mail is saying only one word to wait for 7 working day. They neither providing reference numbers for refund ahainst which I can ask to bank nor the duration on which the 7 working days will be finished. My order numbers are[protected]M,

    JioMart order ID[protected]M dated October 7, 2022

    I have come to know that JioMart has ARBITRARILY cancelled my above dated order without any intimation to me after visiting the status in their website. The order was cancelled before their expected DELIVERY DATE as informed to me at the time of booking which was October 9, 2022 and through SMS sent to me by JioMart ASSURING DELIVERY of items yesterday, October 8, 2022. However, to my utter surprise, late in the evening, JioMart had cancelled my latest questioned order suo moto. No information to that effect was sent by JioMart to its customer (Gross Negligence). Money not refunded immediately and is still kept with JioMart.

    ATTACHED are the SCREENSHOTS.

    QUESTIONS are NOW:
    1. Why JioMart is not refunding the money forthwith/immediately when the policy of NO auto reordering is in place on cancellation of the order by JioMart at no fault of the customer and holding the money for 7 working days, which tentamounts to embezzlement.

    2. Why not there is a policy of RE-ORDERING THE SAME initiated by JioMart' on the customer's behest as a sigh of relieve to the aggrieved customer due to JioMart's GROSS NEGLIGENCE and DEFICIENCY in RENDERING SERVICES to its customers and HOLDING such collection of huge sum of money under the garb/flaws of law.

    THEREFORE SEE TO IT THAT SUCH MALPRACTICE SHOULD STOP IMMEDIATELY AND CUSTOMER'S SUCH MONEY IS REFUNDED FORTHWITH WITHOUT ANY ORDINATE DELAY.

    ISSUE NOT RESOLVED!! As of today, NO refund was made. INFORMED REFUND INITIATED BUT STILL NOT CREDITED TO MY SOURCE METHOD OF PAYMENT. Still waiting for the REFUND AT NO FAULT OF MINE SINCE THEY CANCELLED ORDER ARBITRARILY STATING TECHNICAL REASON. NOW HOLDING PUBLIC MONEY FOR SO MANY DAYS...NEGLECTED TO RENDER SERVICES TO ITS CUSTOMERS!! NOT AT ALL HAPPY WITH THE SERVICES.

    Hi,

    Today is the 7th day but you have FAILED to credit the REFUND TO MY SOURCE ACCOUNT/METHOD OF PAYMENT which is very unfortunate and proves my apprehensions in my below-mentioned mail to you to be correct.

    This is 4 th time I am raising this issue. Already 3 complaints has been resolved with
    out proper resolution.

    Details are as follows.

    Ref ticket reply:

    As we checked transaction against (order ID/Txn no[protected]A ₹808.00 10 Mar 2024, 12:46 20240310010950000973566839647619063 UPI PAYTMPG Payment Failed[protected]A ₹808.00 10 Mar 2024, 12:45 20240310010960000973566631978990748 UPI PAYTMPG Payment Failed has been failed, request you to check with source account from where you have made payment.

    The above provided resolution is not correct and the Issue not resolved yet because the payment was done in cash to the delivery boy as it was a COD order. The above online payment was failing on 10 march, so I requested for COD and delivery was done on 11th march. Paent was done to delivery boy in cash.

    I am getting worried on trading with Joi in future seeing the customer care response and care less atitude on providing resolution. For Rs 172, I had to raise 3 tickets and this is the 4th attempt. Is this acceptable?

      Short delivery of items Order no. 16623065460268412

      Against the 57 items that i had ordered, 20 were not delivered however it is showing as delivered. I have raised multiple complaints with no resolution in sight. Call ticket number provided was [protected]

      Jio mart has lost one loyal customer permanently.
      The complaint has been raised on 6th Sept 2022 and its been more than a month that this is not resolved....

      Dear Team,

      Price - Rs. 249

      I had purchased an item “ Winberg GRNROF-RFL Green Rotating Mop Stick” which was delivered incomplete on 30th July 2022 and so I had raised a return request on 31st July 2022 itself(screenshot enclosed).

      Today it is 08th Oct 2022 i.e., almost three months the product is still lying with me and I have not received my refund yet.

      I have made numerous calls and complaints following the first complaint raised on 30th July and last on 03rd Oct 2022. (Enclosed the email communications)

      Jiomart has always been a disappointment and the reason you can see with the cancellations from Jiomart end for delivery. There have never been any such issues with any other shopping marts.

      Would be happy to understand the issue at jiomarts end to provide feedback or resolution since the last three months.

      Also what about the mental harassment of me for not getting any appropriate resolution since the last three months.

            I am not received refund of amount Rs 1107 against my Jio mart order id:[protected]A.

            Even i am not able to login. Whenever i try to login app shows an error message: INVALID LOGIN.

            Kindly refund my amount in my original payment method as you cancel my prepaid order without my permission.

                  I have complained regarding this issue through call 3 weeks back, and also have a complain by mail a month back, with the complain number in jiomart .
                  My complain was regarding login issue, whenever I am trying to login, it shows invalid login. And regarding this issue I have complained them 6 to 7 times but issue is not getting resolved.

                    I ordered the product from JIOmart, however the product delivered to me was not correct to the specifications mentioned on the website. I returned the product on 15 August 2022 at around 11 am . From that day it has been more than 40 plus days but refund has not been given to me.
                    I am fed up of writing mails for the refund.
                    The delivery return challan supplied by their shipment partner is
                    with me and it loudly speaks for the process of return
                    has been completed by me.

                    Return policy is a FRAUD/CHEATSTER'S Policy just for
                    extracting customer's money.

                    Instead they have a policy of wasting customer's time after writing them with complaint number with no resolution at all.

                          The delivery person, Manikandan in pin code 600103. Wantedly rejects my order and says you can complaint anywhere jio mart pays less delivery charge. Unable to deliver in your location. Whereas the other person are coming and delivering the good. Informed to customer care. No use. I stopped ordering from jio mart. Please arrange a proper deliver person to pin code 600103 as we have lot of orders.

                            Update: Every day i get call where Jiomart team mentione they are working on it and you will get refund., BUT in reality no refund has come. it seems Customer patient is tested.

                              Ordered BPL 3 blade rotary shaver on jiomart vide order ID[protected]A which was delivered on 23rd August, on recharge found battery defective & I raised complaint for return which was accepted by jio Mart team, the item was returned picked on 25th August, after that I haven't heard anything from them, despite calling customer service & escalation team more than 10 times & writing mails every time The answer is our team is working on it give us 24- 48 hours & then no response.for last 25 days. Please get me my refund.

                                  I have ordered a Sundrop Superlite 3ltrs on 14 September 2022, it was a prepaid order of Rs 689., they delivered someone else's order at my place. Which has fortune soybeans oil, limca and other things and has invoice in it with anybody else named and address, i have complaint again and again by calling, emailing, raising complaints on their site .but all r in vain, nobody resolve my issu. Pls help me to get my money back.
