Wrt above subject i tried to call multiple time for my query resolution but it not happened
i would like to bring you notice that above item i had beed orderd from jiomart (best trusted application from Grocery) thogh when i used this product it found that item was smelling badly and feel like it kept for so long...More over item expiry is too long but inside coconut water is smelling badly

I m requesting you to on note of priority please send someone to get it collected frommy doorstep and refund amount out of 06 01 is used and pelease sent that also to your product department for testing and validation

We would like to inform you that, we have received communication from concern team that as per the the image provided the manufacturing date of the product is on[protected].

Expiring date[protected], where as coming to the shall life of the product which is more than the half of its period.

i have already raised issue that expiry date is ok but the product inside is vety much stinking (coconut water ) which is not useful for drink because its badly smelling so i m requesting you to please send person to get it pick up and check quality of drinking water and let me know if your person cant come give me date and time i will personlly go there and giving you .My concern the cocnut water inside tin is expired and not even ok to drink

If you still not understand my concern please feel free to call me between 08:00Hrs to 22:00Hrs and refund my amount and get this product back ignoring my this email will not be accepatble and caused to invite further to file legal quansequnses. with food authorities .

    Jiomart is not refunding my amount for last 10 days, after waiting period.
    I called daily, messege, complain daily, but 0% solution come, don't give appropriate answer.
    I tired...from jio, how they are mentally and financially tourchureing me.

        I have raised complaints two time and call 18 times and emailed 10 times.
        Even CS head but no one is responsible in the team who take care of customers.

        Always the support team have new excuse some times they told we did not received the document. Also I have sent fourth time on email and also confirmed with call center.

        But Next time after ETA (that was 24 hr. ) they again said new excuses that there is some technical problem we did not resolve and we promise will solve it by next 48 hr.

        Also, The ticket are getting close by automated system without providing the solution

        The order was delivered at 20th Aug 2022. And it is 11th September but JIO 48 hr not ending.

        Actual ticket details are ----
        I placed an order. When the delivery boy came I paid on the QR code given on the bill, after that delivery boy told me to pay on his mobile QR code as the bill's QR code will not reflect on his store. I paid on that one also, both were successful. He told me that the bill's QR code payment will be reversed within 24hr.

        Hope, you will understand and listen to the customer's voice.

          Order ID :[protected]A I placed an order on Jio Mart on 1st September 2022 and received my order on 3rd September 2022.I had missing items worth rs 246 in my order which was already billed but not delivered for which I lodged a complain on the same day.From then everyday I'm calling their customer care service, emailed them several number of times but their is no response.They just more and more time everytime i call them.They are not even refunding my money not sending a replaced order.

                I ordered groceries in jiomart money got debited but order was not placed, order id is also not showing l, I paid through phonepe on[protected] @ 12:30 am and again I ordered on[protected] @ 7 am but canceled I got refund for the second order. It's been 18days I didn't get refund for my 1st order transaction

                      I booked juice mixer grinder on 15 august but status show on 17 august returned
                      Why my my refund is not credited yet

                      Shows return but refund is not processed yet
                      After 7 days i raise a complaint against this order but customer care says 48 more hours
                      But 48 hours is not refund intiate yet.
                      Every day they says our team is working on your complaint and not provide my refund.

                            I placed order on 23 August 2022, order number[protected]W
                            It got delivered into 6 separate items. One of item with invoice number S06ED6NK2CA33901 [Rs 669] was completely opened up within package.
                            I could not place return order in website. The customer care does not connect. Finally managed to connect after 6 days then I have been told I cannot return.
                            As a customer I feel like I have been cheated. Very poor experience. Suggest avoid Jio mart.

                              Hi,
                              This is to inform you that I have placed grocery order of Rs. 1709 on 13 aug 2022. But I have recieved only 1 item of Rs.160 on 16 aug and i have checked in the app it's showing all 8 items have been delivered but i haven't received 6 items of Rs. 1549, i have raised issue multiple times with jio customer care team through mail or call but haven't received any resolution from them. Pls look into it and need your support on this.

                                  This is with reference to order id[protected]M dated 8th June, 2022, total 5 items for the amount Rs. 1532.
                                  The order was returned at the time of delivery itself, however the refund is not received yet even after more than 2 months. I have been trying to contact customer care and also contacted escalation dept, but there is no resolution from their side.

                                    I am following with your customer service since 20th Aug and earlier regarding delivery of my prepaid order. But I have been only asked to wait for 48hrs so that the so called concern team may check and update me. But due to an unknown reason or may be due to poor customer service at JIOMART, they are not able to deliver my order even after 10 days of waiting.
                                    Upon calling for the enquiry of the order tracking, there Sr. team is also not able to trace order and are asking me wait for another 48 hrs so that Concern team will check and revert to me.
                                    I have been waiting for over 10 days and these so called concern team is unable to provide solution nor able to update me what is the issue causing this delay.

                                    I have been mentally harassed by their customer representatives due to the incompetency of providing update and repeatedly asking me to wait even when I have requested to just update me on issue causing the delay which they dont have access too nor able to do their efforts to understand the issue

                                      Jiomart delivered different product as ordered lux International soap but delivered jo soap, also delivered stale items which not properly frozen as maccaine french fries and itc cheese bowls. There were many missing items which was not delivered as per bill. I raised many complained but not resolved.
