    I have placed the order on May 22, 2022 for the amount of Rs 869/- consists of three products on Jiomart & my order number is[protected]A registered m. no. +91 [protected]. The payment has been made via Simpl but one product has been delivered, one has to be replaced and one got cancelled by Jiomart without initiating the refund. I approached customer care about this issue so many times and also send a written complaint to Jiomart and every time they said that we will resolved your issue within 48 hrs but every time they resolved and closed my complaint without initiating the refund .

    Have approached a couple of times to Jiomart customer care in relation to my refund and replacement of my product but nothing much happened. My current registered complaint id

    After complaining no. of times, I have not yet received my refund. Customer service of jiomart is pathetic.

        I am barun prasad, actually i ordered a electric kettle from jiomart but when i open the parcel i got only kettle inside the parcel and the charging pad was missed there so i raised return request on[protected] and i got approved for return on[protected] .but today is[protected] the parcel is not picked up by jiomart and no response is received by their end . They said to me that they received the return package within 7 days but they are not responding me.

              Amount deducted but order declined and amount not refunded

              I ordered A2 ghee on 14/06/2022 throughJioMartApp. My amount of Rs 664 debited but order was declined. Customer care told to wait for 7 days for the amt to credit to my account. It's almost 12 days and I didn't receive the amount still. From day 1 had been contacting the customer care through chat, call and email. Now they say query resolved. But my amount has not been credited back to me. If I ask them when I will receive my amt, they again...

              Dear sir/madam
              My product is not delivered by Jio mart. I ordered a Mobile phone 7 th June 2022. Jio mart says it will deliver me on 12th of June 2022 but 13th of June 2022 when I checked my order history it showed OrderedUnder ProcessReturned. 11 days later I still didn't get back my refund. Jiomart Customer representative told me that I will get back my amount within Seven working days but I didn't receive my refund amount and now they say it will take more time. I am Suffering Please do the needful as soon as possible.

                My refund of order no.[protected]A is not credited to my account. Today is the 8th work day but my refund is still pending please help me and credit the amount as soon as possible. I have very bad experience with jio mart i between the 7 working days you all tell the amount is credited your account within 7 working days but it doesn't happened.                   Hello, This is regarding order number[protected]A. I have received damaged products for which i have raised a complaint with JioMart on 14-May-2022. They said the amount will be refunded for the damaged products. Its been more than a month, i have still not received the refund. I escalated by calling customer care and by sending emails to [protected]@jiomart.com but i have not received any resolution.

                    I saw a Golden Harvest Rice 5 Kg @ Rs. 325.00 with MRP. Rs. 750.00 in display but when I billi at counter it is coming Rs. 375.00, I object it but the executive said Rate change display not done you have to pay as per computer bill, I have no problem to pay as per bill but Should the customer come to the counter everytime to verify the rate of each item and then buy the goods? Please clarify...
                    When I tell the security I will complain this in your site/customer care the guy said nothing will happen if you complain..

                      Dear Sir,
                      I had ordered my shipment having ID[protected]A-01, on 23.3.2022. It was delivered on 24.3.2022. I had initiated a return on 25.3.2022.

                      I complained several times and had a chat with your representatives and after plenty of calls and mails I have received just a partial refund and whenever I try to use your customer service, they put my call on hold for half an hour and then disconnect it.

                        Hi I placed 3 orders from jio mart app and all the the orders the amount deducted but order not booked, the transaction I'd

                        glucon-d pack of 1 kg. And there was offer of free nycil powder worth Rs.130 but I got only glucon-d powder and nycil powder was nowhere in the package.

                          First of all jiomart has removed by complaint without resolving the problem faced and i have again escalated the complain to JioMart and Complaint ID is [protected]

                          I have orders list of groceries, food items and face wash on 7th June 2022 and Delivered on 9th June 2022.

                          After opening the package found that Clean and Clear Liquid face wash was not sealed and it was open and the liquid in it spilled and spreaded to my other grocery which is now not eatable. I registered the complain on same date but jiomart has removed the complaint without my consent.

                              I ordered 8items on jiomart app on 6thjune on the app it showed delivery will be on 8th. on 8thi checked it delivery date was changed ro 9th then it was changed to 10th and today i checked its changed to 11th and 6items canceled from their end stating short delivery

                              so i was following up with them for this delivery and requesting them to send it they did not pay any heeds. when requested to cancel this order as all items cancelled except for two unnecessary products
                              they are adman sorry cant be done.!

                              every order they are doing same. If you'll read their FB page its flooded with complaints from buyers like me.

                              EVery time we order our product items are cancelled. delivery date changes every date untill it is one week or as it pleases them

                              Sir my question here is,
                              we are the buyer we are buying goods from them.
                              If a partlicular product is not available them why are they screening it available on their app...???
                              at time oforder checkout the date of delivery given changes atleast three times. Why? for what reason..?

                              Also they wont cancel my order nor they will postpone it while i have given my money to them..
                              then how can they cancel irems in my order than was confirmed ok by them and paid fully by me...?

                              Sir this particular order i requested trhem to cancel as out of 8items they already cancelled 6. So nothing imp left
                              and i already followed up and requested them to send it by 10th june
                              which they didnt care at all to address or to attend to.

                              if they cant provide products showing on their app within date given by them then why are they mentally harassing customers..?
                              they are incapable o[censored]nderstanding the sentiments of customers and they
                              are ungrateful towards customers who want to order from them.
                              Also they dont value the time and need of the consumer

                              When i said over phone to the guy who didnt have any answer any solution to my query, i'll report to consumer forum. so he is sassying and replying you can complain on consumer forum.! but we cant cancel order!

                              So basically it means they are telling customers you cry plead or die we will do what we want bcos nothing really will happens to us here.!

                              Is there any possible way to let the actual owner know how his business is run. ultimately we were buying from this outlet on his name attached to it.
                              This type of bad practices and poor handling of customers will result in bad reputation and loss in business. even on small scale a loss is a LOSS

                              they sent me another segment of order containing broken cup. when asked to refund in bank account they are forcebly adding it to wallet but what if i dont want to buy from these [censored] jio jao mart..?

                              Its like monopoly dictactor type marchandise where they do what they want and customers are made to suffer they are not even bothered by consumer forum or anything. what should we do now?

                                Two months back i tried ordering from Jiomart. The amount was deducted from account but the order was not placed due to some network trouble. Havent received the amount refunded till now. Please do the needful for me to receive the amount refunded.

                                  My order has been cancelled from 18May2022. Still I haven't received the refund of Rs 48990/-. It's been now 20 days and now I have raised complaint on consumer court as well as at the department of consumer affairs by central govt. I have attached the cancelled details as well as the case I have filed against Jiomart fraud.

                                    I have ordered one electronics item of Rs 48990/- with order id[protected]M on 11-May-2022. The order was cancelled by jjomart on 18-May-2022 stating that it's a technical issue. As per refund policy, I should have get my refund on or within 7 working days which is before or on 27-May-2022. But after complaining so many times it's today 07-Jun-2022 I haven't received my order yet. It"s about to be one month now. And now I am going to file a legal complaint again fraud case on jiomart company at consumer court as per consumer protection act.

                                    I have complained about this many times but still everytime they are saying wait 48 hr. Howmuch time I need to wait? One month, two month or what is the duration. Fraud and cheating is your main policy now. I am giving a Legal complaint on consumer court today with all the call recordings and proofs. Also in that complaint i have given 7 member names who were working on my complaint from the escalation department. Their names are Abhisek, Ashish, Seema, Subhneeth, Sadam, Abbass, Priyadarshini. These persons made false promises everytime I called. So case will be filed against them as well.
