Amount deducted but order not booked it now

Hi I placed 3 orders from jio mart app and all the the orders the amount deducted but order not booked, the transaction I'd

[protected] is 349 rs on[protected] the all three transactions are made by upi gpay, please refund my money of total rs 1047....

    First of all jiomart has removed by complaint without resolving the problem faced and i have again escalated the complain to JioMart and Complaint ID is [protected]

    I have orders list of groceries, food items and face wash on 7th June 2022 and Delivered on 9th June 2022.

    After opening the package found that Clean and Clear Liquid face wash was not sealed and it was open and the liquid in it spilled and spreaded to my other grocery which is now not eatable. I registered the complain on same date but jiomart has removed the complaint without my consent.

        I ordered 8items on jiomart app on 6thjune on the app it showed delivery will be on 8th. on 8thi checked it delivery date was changed ro 9th then it was changed to 10th and today i checked its changed to 11th and 6items canceled from their end stating short delivery

        so i was following up with them for this delivery and requesting them to send it they did not pay any heeds. when requested to cancel this order as all items cancelled except for two unnecessary products
        they are adman sorry cant be done.!

        every order they are doing same. If you'll read their FB page its flooded with complaints from buyers like me.

        EVery time we order our product items are cancelled. delivery date changes every date untill it is one week or as it pleases them

        Sir my question here is,
        we are the buyer we are buying goods from them.
        If a partlicular product is not available them why are they screening it available on their app...???
        at time oforder checkout the date of delivery given changes atleast three times. Why? for what reason..?

        Also they wont cancel my order nor they will postpone it while i have given my money to them..
        then how can they cancel irems in my order than was confirmed ok by them and paid fully by me...?

        Sir this particular order i requested trhem to cancel as out of 8items they already cancelled 6. So nothing imp left
        and i already followed up and requested them to send it by 10th june
        which they didnt care at all to address or to attend to.

        if they cant provide products showing on their app within date given by them then why are they mentally harassing customers..?
        they are incapable o[censored]nderstanding the sentiments of customers and they
        are ungrateful towards customers who want to order from them.
        Also they dont value the time and need of the consumer

        When i said over phone to the guy who didnt have any answer any solution to my query, i'll report to consumer forum. so he is sassying and replying you can complain on consumer forum.! but we cant cancel order!

        So basically it means they are telling customers you cry plead or die we will do what we want bcos nothing really will happens to us here.!

        Is there any possible way to let the actual owner know how his business is run. ultimately we were buying from this outlet on his name attached to it.
        This type of bad practices and poor handling of customers will result in bad reputation and loss in business. even on small scale a loss is a LOSS

        they sent me another segment of order containing broken cup. when asked to refund in bank account they are forcebly adding it to wallet but what if i dont want to buy from these [censored] jio jao mart..?

        Its like monopoly dictactor type marchandise where they do what they want and customers are made to suffer they are not even bothered by consumer forum or anything. what should we do now?

          Two months back i tried ordering from Jiomart. The amount was deducted from account but the order was not placed due to some network trouble. Havent received the amount refunded till now. Please do the needful for me to receive the amount refunded.

            My order has been cancelled from 18May2022. Still I haven't received the refund of Rs 48990/-. It's been now 20 days and now I have raised complaint on consumer court as well as at the department of consumer affairs by central govt. I have attached the cancelled details as well as the case I have filed against Jiomart fraud.

              I have ordered one electronics item of Rs 48990/- with order id[protected]M on 11-May-2022. The order was cancelled by jjomart on 18-May-2022 stating that it's a technical issue. As per refund policy, I should have get my refund on or within 7 working days which is before or on 27-May-2022. But after complaining so many times it's today 07-Jun-2022 I haven't received my order yet. It"s about to be one month now. And now I am going to file a legal complaint again fraud case on jiomart company at consumer court as per consumer protection act.

              I have complained about this many times but still everytime they are saying wait 48 hr. Howmuch time I need to wait? One month, two month or what is the duration. Fraud and cheating is your main policy now. I am giving a Legal complaint on consumer court today with all the call recordings and proofs. Also in that complaint i have given 7 member names who were working on my complaint from the escalation department. Their names are Abhisek, Ashish, Seema, Subhneeth, Sadam, Abbass, Priyadarshini. These persons made false promises everytime I called. So case will be filed against them as well.

                Hi Team,
                i have ordered an item on 24th April.As i have return policy i have raised return request on the same day.
                Tlll now the order is not picked up nor the money refunded.
                I have been following up since 2 month with the support team via email and also by calling them. .Every time i call them they say that it will be resolved in 48 hours.But still it is not resolved.

                  Jio mart delivers in packets and if we do not check properly they supply less quantity and some other item of less value.If you check the packet after 48hours they don't attend.Always Jiomart try to cheat customers this way.If you check during delivery then only God will save you.So beware of this fraudulent company .

                    I order this product on 20 may and in app it's show estimate date for delivering 27 may but it not deliver on 27 may so i Complaint to customer care and Ask for cancel my order but they say it will cancel only when the person reach to your doorstep and you decline to accept product . Then only my order will cancel and refund will credit in my account but today is 4 June and still i not get my product on my door step so i cancel this order . Kindly return my refund

                      I am having 2 Complaints with Jio mart. please read clearly,

                      Firstly,
                      1- Please find the below attached photo, It shows the order is Returned,
                      How can the Order be Returned without my concern after waiting for 3days for order,
                      I paid online for that, after on Last delivery date 3rd June night, it is showing order returned,
                      I want serious action on Jio mart for this order made on June 1st with online payment and not delivering.
                      How can the order go as returned? I have to book again after waiting for 3 days and again wait for the next 3 more days.
                      what is happening for giving delivery, ARE YOU PLAYING WITH CUSTOMERS REQUIREMENTS.

                      Secondly,
                      2- I want serious action on The delivery person kumar having mobile number[protected],
                      I called him plenty of times for order delivery as I received a message that order is out for delivery on June 1st.

                      He is arguing about giving delivery. I got message at 3.45 pm that order out for delivery, after 5 hours,
                      8.45 pm i called delivery person kumar mobile[protected], he is telling different stories each time I called,
                      once he told stock is over and has to bring from another store, and telling me to keep quiet that i know nothing,
                      second time, he told item is spoiled, if i want delivery, he will give the spoiled item, should I CONSIDER THIS AS A THREAT,
                      I mean literally waiting for 5 hours after receiving a message delivery is out and not receiving and lessons given by the delivery person, what should I do,
                      Can JIO MART send the person to my house for an apology and take some action on him?

                        I had placed an order in JIOMART on May-18th 2022 and the delivery date shown as May 26th 2022. No one has contacted me regarding the delivery and update in the tracker like not able to contact customer. I had raised a complaint in the JIOMART mobile app, but still i didn't get the solution. I tried to contact customer care every day and receiving the same response like "we will raise the concern on high priority to our back-end team, They will call you back".                             I had started a return on 5th April and it has still not been picked up. I had continuously followed up with them every 2 days and they lied to me every time that they will provide resolution in 48 hours. Also to show that they are more careless they used to close the ticket without actually providing any resolution.
                            I even provided them enough proof of me starting the return from the app even then they were not qualified enough to solve my issue.
                            Very pathetic customer service to be honest.

                              This is to bring in to your notice, that I raised a concern (ticket #[protected]) for not delivering a product (ordered 10 Kg atta while delivery guy provided only 5 Kg pack) and said he has not received the other 5 kg in my order and asked to connect with customer care and left the product at my door step post which i raised concern and so far no resolution given.I expected atleast a call from customer service however no one reached out to me so far or sent a response . Writing this as an escalation and with very bad experience from JIO mart.

                              Please help with either providing the missing order or get me refund..I am not going to recommend or use JIO mart after this frustrating experience.

                                      I have attached the screenshot of the order details also. As you can see, the product is already returned. The pick up has been successfully completed on Apr 09 2022. I have received the confirmation sms regarding the pickup completion. I have attached snapshot for your reference. But, i haven't received the refund for the returned items. Kindly look into this issue and resolve at the earliest. It's been already completed more than 45 days since the pickup completion.
