On 5th may when I made payment for placing an order the payment(Rs 376) went through but order was not updated in the system and I did not receive any order confirmation message, The same thing happened again when I tried placing order again payment(Rs 376) went through but order was not updated in system and no order confirmation message was sent. the third time I made payment(RS 376) the order was placed properly and order was updated in system (order ID[protected]A) and even got delivered same day. when I reached out to customer service for refund for the first 2 transactions totaling to Rs 752 (376*2) till now the issue has not been resolved. the payments were made though Gpay UPI app and screenshots of payment and my order is being attached

It has been 3 weeks and I have raised several tickets(7-8), contacted the support team by mail and phone(several times) mentioning the details but all the tickets have been closed mentioning the order[protected]A has been delivered.

    Address: RS Sanchike, 3008, Kommagatta Road. Kengeri Satelite Town

    I ordered a Prestige PIC 16.0 Induction Cooktop via JioMart with Order Number[protected]W and Shipment Number[protected]W-01 which was delivered by Reliance Digital on 2nd Feb and the same and the same day i raised a return / refund as the product was not working and the product was picked up by Reliance Digital for return on 05th Feb. I was informed that refund will be provided by JioMart as i placed an order through them.

    I waited for 7 days as advised there was no replacement nor refund all i got innumerable false promises. I have spend more than 10 hours collectively on calls and never ending numerous mails.

    Every time they inform I will get refund in 48 hours and people disappear i have spoken to reliance Digital members directly on their Mobile and still no updates.

    I have a big mail thread i can share as evidence its pretty long and unable to attach as i cannot convert it to JPEG/PNG

      I have returned products on 19th april 2022 and till now i did not get any refund. i have written many complaints and they just spam mails asking me to wait for 48 hours.

      It has been 37 days and still no response from them.

          The Day before yesterday I placed an order and that was cancelled by jiomart due to short delivery and the payment was made in two parts first through pay with rewards Rs.11 and rest through Paytm
          Paytm amount was refunded but pay with rewards Rs.11 was not refunded

            I was ordered items against order ID[protected]A dated 01/04/2022 and same was not delivered & status shown as returned on 07/04/2022. Later I request for refund and customer care representative taken complaint no [protected] & [protected], followed up regularly, sent mail to [protected]@jiomart.com but till today I have not received the refund. Please help us to take resolution for the issue legally.

                I purchased a fire TV stick device worth of Rs. 2499 from jio mart from my registered mobile no ([protected]) Order No:[protected]A Invoice No:[protected].
                Product Delivered on[protected] at 8:39 P.M.
                Product is return because it is not compatible with tv. system respond of it quit slow than other tv stick I used before this and also system also different from previous one so my parents are not comfortable with this system so after on day use I kept product with all box and with all accessories as it is.
                I requested for return on[protected] which is before return policy of ( 7 days).But yet my device not pickup-ed and refund not initiated.

                i have raise one complain on customer care complain no:[protected].
                i talked with customer care service executive many times but every time he/she request for solution to be done within 24 to 48 hours.i have call recording of last two conversation.

                  Fault electric kettle refund

                  Hi Sir/Madam,

                  I have registered a complaint with Jio Mart for one of the electric kettle purchased being faulty. This was reported within 2 days of purchase over the on their Customer service number. Several calls made to them, everyone promised the kettle will br picked up and thereafter will ket a refund, but it didn't happen.

                    I had put an prepaid order (Order number[protected]W, date 7 May 2022) on Jiomart website. The order got partially delivered and I was told that I will get refund for not delivered items.

                    Expected refund was for 2 bags of India Gate Feast Rozzana Basmati Rice 5 kg Quantity (415*2 = Rs830). However I only got refund only for 1 bag (Rs 415). 1 bag refund (Rs 415) is still pending. Even after numerous follow-ups with customer care teams I am unable to get refund for 2nd bag. Kindly help resolve.

                        They call yesterday and ask reason for product return I explain reason for return
                        Then they ready for pickup for same day.but nobody come for pickup so I call again next day and ask then he refuses for pickup. We can't product return without any defect in product. He told me that he is from reliance digital we have not that type policy so you can go for jio Mart for further process.

                              No one from customer service center is resolving my problem
                              Product is not delivered yet and they are not giving me refund also

                                  Here I would like to inform you that I ordered a few items on 30th April 2022 but after 10 days I did not get an order till now. Lots of time i talk and complain to customer care and raise complaints in jio mart portal also. Lots of customer guys said " hum thode aayege aap ke ghar delivery karne " I know they will not come to my home for delivery. The last few days it's showing my order shipped but still not delivered. Daily delivery date is expanding one day now showing 11th may.

                                  If you can help me, I will be highly obliged.

                                    I had ordered mango which was delivered on 1st May 2022, order no[protected]A, i had logged in by No [protected].
                                    Jiomart refunded the amount to no [protected], whcih i was holding 1.5 years back and had surreneded 1.5 years back.
                                    Further Jiomart customer service is constantly repeating that since i have raised the complaint from [protected] hence they have refunded to the said no.
                                    I dont have the no in my possession, there is no way i can login by that no.

                                      In 2021 Jiomart introduced a feature called cashback where they give some percentage of our order value back in the form of cashback, Things started becoming fishy when they were showing me products to order and after i ordered it then they removed it from my order while processing it and returned that refund amount in form of cashback instead of returning it into jiowallet which is also integrated inside Jiomart since its launch, i thought maybe it is possible because the data on their website isn't update realtime so items can go out of stock after i placed order since they take items from their Reliance fresh outlets, but it didn't happened once it kept on repeating, i ordered 30 to 40 items and out of that 10 to 15 items were regularly being removed when it was time to ship my order, and they continued to refund non deliverable items money in cashback, Not in my paytm account which was the payment method i used nor they let me deduct the amount from cash when same thing happened in cash of delivery orders, so now the situation was i was paying full amount online and full cash in real life while i was getting less products and i was couldn't do anything about it because i was getting remaining amount in cashback so my money was safe in that bank sort of feature. Now what happened is they removed cashback feature and i had around 430 rupees out of which 400 was my real money which i paid fully in cash and online but got refund in jiomart not in paytm, I sent email to jiomart reps about it and they are now telling lie that it was just a maha cashback offer when in reality it was a feature, If it was a offer then why no customer was ever shown date of its removal at all times? The only way to withdraw cashback balance was to use it as discount on my next order but they kept on removing items and refunding the same discounted value back into cashback. This is unethical business practice where a person money is forcefully being stored on their cashback feature and then they suddenly removed it at their own wish with no transparency at all.
