I have returned kelvinator electric kettle on 31st Jan 2022, it was updated on jiomart on 5th Feb 2022, that the product is returned.
The cashback deducted was credited back
I paid the the remaining amount in cash which is not credited to my jiomart wallet as requested.
It's been over a month and no response

    I did a complain against 101 deduction money from my wallet date on 05/03/2022. My ticket number is [protected]. Today date is 17/03/2022 but till now i didn't received my deduction amount. After 12 day it's not solved.
    Very bad service and fraud company

      Gift Card Scam

      Hi Team,

      I had placed an order for jiomart giftcard from [protected] account. The recipient had received the Gift Card balance [protected] account and I'm able to see the balance on the account.

      However, right now I'm not able to use this balance to place an order. When I CONTACTed the CUSTOMER support team one person said we don't have any information about Gift Card tight now. So i asked him to transfer...

          My Order BPL TV 50 inch was delivered on Mar 11 and till date the order status is not updated because of which installation is also pending. Have raise emails and calls but not getting any resolution even after 5 days. I am neither able to return/cancel my order nor install it

            Has order BPL tv 50 inch which was delivered on Mar 11 but the order status is not yet updated as Delivered due to which installation is also pending. Haven been contacting customer care over mails and calls but not getting any proper resolution. It is been 5 days now.

                I was ordered on 27th feb, but I was cancelled this order and my amount was deducted 380.29 rs from freecharge wallet. I have already shared all the details and jio mart every time got the same resolution..your money has been intitated and closed my complaint..

                    I placed grocery order in @JioMart on 28th February, 2022 & it got delivered to me on 2nd March, 2022. 3 items (total worth Rs. 92.50; which includes 1 Dukes Choclate Wafers worth Rs. 22.50, Britannia Bourbon Biscuit worth Rs. 32, Unibic Multigrain Choco snack bar worth Rs. 38) were missing out of it.

                    We followed up multiple times, even raised multiple complaints. But the customer care (actually, customer harassment) guys kept closing the complaints at their will. Lastly, 1 guy from escalation team (he claimed his name to be Subhojit but did not disclose his surname) promised to update us on refund by today 13th March, 2022; 7-30 PM.

                    Still we neither have update on refund nor have update on delivery of the missing items.

                    I am unable to attach the call recording with Escalation Manager Subhojit here with this complain where he is making the fake promise of resolving the complain. However, I have shared this call recording with Jio Mart Customer Head via email to the email ID:- [protected]@jiomart.com.

                    Please let me know if you need any more details regarding this.

                    I have raised this complaint on 13th March, 2022 at 10:30 PM after a false update promise from JioMart escalation team manager Subhojit stating that; he will give me an update by 13th March, 2022 by 7-30 PM.

                        I returned my products on 20th Feb 2022 but still I haven't received my refund kindly look into this matter as early as possible, Else will take the legal action against jiomart and want compensation for harrasment and fake promissing.

                          Namaste JioMart,

                          I had ordered a Black Panther Trimmer and received the item on February 4th. Unfortunately it was defective and I had to return it on the same day! And as per JioMart'a Tracking the Order has been successfully refunded on 24th February, But I have not received my refund. My Payment Method was Cash on Delivery. And I was supposed to get a refund on my " JioMart Wallet " but it's been a month and I've not received a Refund for the same. Kindly check into this matter.

                            I have places an order in jiomart on 14 Feb 2022 and the delivery date was 25 feb 2022.

                            The item was not delivered till 11 march 2022, and now its showing returned and they are asking my cancelled cheque for providing the refund.

                            Since I haven’t received the item on time, i have faced many issues and i need Jiomart to refund the amount to my account and since they have not provided any details about the delay, i need to get a proper explanation from jiomart and need compensation for delaying my ordere item and for delaying the refund.

                            I have paid in advance and waited for this long period for this item, and even after waiting this long, i have not received the item and refund not received.

                            I need jiomart to compensate me for this.
                            Now JioMart is asking me to provide my cancelled cheque to initiate the refund. I am totally dissatisfied with the service provided by JioMart to its customers.

                              I had placed and order on 14th February and the delivery commitment was on 25 February.
                              Till today the item is not received, and i am not getting any proper response from the customer care team.

                              Customer care is always giving me the same answer that, they are trying to resolve the issue..but unfortunately still I haven’t received the ordered item.

                                I returned a parcel on 1 February with a Order No.[protected]A, of which return got approved by you on 8th February And i received a message that i will receive refund within 7 working days. I have lodged complaint with Jio Mart several times. It's been more than 5 weeks now and still i haven't got the refund.

                                    Total number of products: 2

                                    But I received only BPL Hair straightener on Jan 29th, 2022 and I didn't receive
                                    Kelvinator kettle. But it shows that the order is completely
                                    delivered in the Jiomart app. No refund was raised for the undelivered product.

                                    It's been more than a month. I am following up on this with the Jiomart customer care but no reply till now. Everytime they ask me to wait for 48 hours.

                                    Ticket No:[protected] was raised on jiomart on Jan29th, 2022. But no proper response for the same.

                                    I don't need the product anymore, because it's been more than a month. I request you to raise the refund amount of Rs.499 for the same.
