I placed grocery order in @JioMart on 28th February, 2022 & it got delivered to me on 2nd March, 2022. 3 items (total worth Rs. 92.50; which includes 1 Dukes Choclate Wafers worth Rs. 22.50, Britannia Bourbon Biscuit worth Rs. 32, Unibic Multigrain Choco snack bar worth Rs. 38) were missing out of it.
We followed up multiple times, even raised multiple complaints. But the customer care (actually, customer harassment) guys kept closing the complaints at their will. Lastly, 1 guy from escalation team (he claimed his name to be Subhojit but did not disclose his surname) promised to update us on refund by today 13th March, 2022; 7-30 PM.
Still we neither have update on refund nor have update on delivery of the missing items.
I am unable to attach the call recording with Escalation Manager Subhojit here with this complain where he is making the fake promise of resolving the complain. However, I have shared this call recording with Jio Mart Customer Head via email to the email ID:- [protected]@jiomart.com.

Updated by sagarcc11 I have raised this complaint on 13th March, 2022 at 10:30 PM after a false update promise from JioMart escalation team manager Subhojit stating that; he will give me an update by 13th March, 2022 by 7-30 PM.
