I ordered in JIOMART on dated 12th January, 2022 for Nirlon super sober stainless steel double walled insulated cup 200ml(2pcs)x3 (Order No.[protected]A) and paid the amount for `1062/- through Paytm Wallet. Dated 17th January, 2022, I received the order in the morning one packed and one invoice receipt total no. of 6 stainless steel cup shipment No.[protected] J. In the evening same day I requested of return the above order. Dated 18th January, 2022, I received the massage on 8.16am for pickup the order. At 9.11 am I return same packet to the delivery boy ( film available in CCTV Camera). I calling regularly in customer care No. on 18th, 21st, 31st January, 1st, 2nd, 7th and 10th February, 2022 and complaint in JIOMART APP regarding please sent my refund amount, but till dated not receiving my refund amount for `1062/-. 1st February, 2022 I go to online complaint through email (Ticket No:[protected] ). The same retune mail I received for my refund amount sent me for 15 days . But till date not receiving my refund amount. I go to 5th February, 2022 Jiomart app launch complaint (Ticket No.[protected]), till dated not solved my problem, the status in the complaint is shown pending. I calling on dated 11th February customer care for asking my complaint, the representative asked me “company calling 48 hour and solved your problem”. Till dated 14th February, not any call me. I am complaint the above to the Consumer Affair Portal dated 10th February, 2022 (docket No.[protected]. the status in shown under process till date.
I have ordered something last month which was supposed to get delivered by 31st Jan. But till now there is no update
