Jio mart has been cancelled my order three times than i have done 4th order placed (Item-Oil 15Kg) but still recently msg given its item is not available.

Which is not acceptable because it's fraud with me.

Why jio mart take order if item is not available.

After received msg o[censored]navailable of item i checked it's available.

    Dear Head of jio mart,

    Please note that I had raised the complaint on the same day of delivery of the products. That is on the 27th January 2022.

    Some one from your team contacted me on the next day itself and assured me that they will send the replacement products.

    But to my surprise I found that the complaint number was removed from the complaint log and no one came with the replacement products.br...

    I ordered a pack of briefs from Jiomart on 2nd Feb but it was delivered with the wrong model and size. I ordered "M" size briefs and They delivered "S' size. Also both the brief models are different.

    As per their return policy, briefs can't be returned and I cannot use smaller sizes.

    This is a waste of my money as I got the wrong product because of jiomart mistake and they are not returning/ refunding this product.

      I ordered in JIOMART on dated 12th January, 2022 for Nirlon super sober stainless steel double walled insulated cup 200ml(2pcs)x3 (Order No.[protected]A) and paid the amount for `1062/- through Paytm Wallet. Dated 17th January, 2022, I received the order in the morning one packed and one invoice receipt total no. of 6 stainless steel cup shipment No.[protected] J. In the evening same day I requested of return the above order. Dated 18th January, 2022, I received the massage on 8.16am for pickup the order. At 9.11 am I return same packet to the delivery boy ( film available in CCTV Camera). I calling regularly in customer care No. on 18th, 21st, 31st January, 1st, 2nd, 7th and 10th February, 2022 and complaint in JIOMART APP regarding please sent my refund amount, but till dated not receiving my refund amount for `1062/-. 1st February, 2022 I go to online complaint through email (Ticket No:[protected] ). The same retune mail I received for my refund amount sent me for 15 days . But till date not receiving my refund amount. I go to 5th February, 2022 Jiomart app launch complaint (Ticket No.[protected]), till dated not solved my problem, the status in the complaint is shown pending. I calling on dated 11th February customer care for asking my complaint, the representative asked me “company calling 48 hour and solved your problem”. Till dated 14th February, not any call me. I am complaint the above to the Consumer Affair Portal dated 10th February, 2022 (docket No.[protected]. the status in shown under process till date.

          I have received the walnuts bad in taste and infected with fungus. The order was received on 29 January, 2022 and request to replace the product was made on 31 January, 2022 on JioMart app. As per the company policy I waited for 48 hours for the resolution. After that I called the customer care to enquire about the matter on Feb 4 and I was told the issue has been put in the prioritized list. To my surprise, the unresolved complaint was removed from the portal. Then I received the call that I will not receive refund as I have not attached images (which is a lie as the images were visible on 4 Feb and executive has confirmed the same). When I produced all the records I was told the refund has been credited to my wallet that was never received. I was constantly in touch with company on phone and mail from 4 Feb-11 Feb and every time they were giving me false hopes and were asking me to wait. On 11 Feb they told me I will not get refund as I have not returned the product . I was constantly in touch with the company and I have not been asked to return the product even once. All they have asked me to wait for the resolution. What is surprising that they will never mail you that issue has not been resolved but will inform telephonically.

                I have ordered a kelvinator electric kettle on jiomart app on 22.1.2022, the same was delivered on 25.1.2022, but the product was damaged. after that i contacted customer care of jiomart so many times through email and toll free number, but every time they replied that kindly allow some more time for satisfactory resolution. till today they neither replace the damaged product nor get back and refunded the amount for the same. order id is[protected]A-01. It is really a worst experience from jiomart.

                  I Raise 2 complaint true Jio mart Registered Email id, 1 complaint I raise 29th jan 2022 and 2 complaint I raise 30th jan 2022. Still I didn't get any update. When I call customers Care executive they told can i put your call 30sec and they disconnected my call this things jio Employees doing with customers.

                    Dear Sir,
                    I placed my order on 26th Jan, 2022.
                    Following details noted from the JioMart App about my order status
                    Order No :[protected]A
                    Shipment No :[protected]J
                    Order Date : 26 January, 2022.
                    Order Status: Arriving By 1 Feb

                    Please note that JioMart App is still showing ( even today on 10th Feb, 2022) order to be delivered by 1st Feb, 2022.
                    I requested JioMart customer support by phone to cancel and REFUND my amount many times in the last 7-8 days .
                    Every time Customer support got a standard reply that my complaint in progress and Team is working on it.
                    Even today morning ( 10th Feb, 2022) also i called the customer support and reply was the same. They are neither solving the issue nor updating me.
                    Simply they have not done any progress as can be seen from the order status on the APP.
                    I request you to intervene as they are not entertaining my REFUND request nor Delivering the order.

                        I was placed order on 25th Jan and from 28the January order status showing "Out For Delivery" but still not received.

                        I have raised complaint on App as well as email more than 7th time. but still not get any resolve. every time getting reply "Sorry" else nothing.

                          Had ordered Rice on 3rd Feb 2022 along with other groceries, but have received the product on 6th Feb 2022, but Rice was missing, I informed the delivery agent the same. He told he will update me and speak to his manager next day, which he didnt and also me calling the Rep repeatedly on 7th Feb 2022, to which he said many lies of manager being busy, in meeting, shared the ordeal etc, but nothing was updated, again on 8th Feb 2022 I called the Delivery rep many times and still am waiting for my 10Kg bag Rice of Wada Kolam.

                          Later Mr Ganesh connected me to the Manager Saif and he too assured me the issue will be solved and gave another person number to speak too.
                          I have logged the complaint under JioMart app, twice, the first i had logged complaint on 6th Feb, but now its not showing and again i had
                          logged a complaint and the issue is pending to be addressed.

                          Mr Ganesh Singh and manager Saif had given me the number of Representative - Ankita to resolve my issue, since last 2 days, Ms Ankita isnt replying and has blocked my number and still am waiting for my issue to be resolved, and deliberately ignored the messages, that forced me to order Rice again. Neither have received the refund nor the missing Rice.

                          According to Jiomart policy the delivery agent was suppose to open the bag infront of customer, which Mr Ganesh didnt do and later when my mother asked me to check, the whole Rice bag was missing (same was informed to Mr Ganesh, same day) and its been 6 days, dont know what they are doing. They are Pathetic
                          asset of the company, should be replaced with genuine and diligent employees.

                          Terrible Representatives and terrible service from JioMart. Never expected such kind of service from such a reputed company. Also have the recordings of the customer care reps and their assurances( all lies), if needed, will post. Thank You.
                          Why there is no action against Jiomart ? I can see there are lots of complaints against them. Rotten vegetables, No refund, No delivery.

                          I have ordered something last month which was supposed to get delivered by 31st Jan. But till now there is no update

                                Dear Team,

                                All of a sudden I have been getting calls for delivery since I over the complaint.

                                Telling me that I pressed the delivery option by mistake you have to read the call or I will lose my job.

                                Jiomart is responsible for this whole incident. Even now he has created a drama-like story with delivery boy that the delivery boy is wrong.

                                Even at the senior of delivery boy to me, his name is Athindra Sarkar. He called me and said the same thing that his job will be gone.

                                Maybe this story is a whole sort of story about Jiomart trying to impose his guilt on a delivery boy.

                                I think you will stop the drama and give me the pending orders even with the same discounts that I have ordered.

                                Also as per delivery boy, I think this incident is being made small by the delivery boy and he is making various problems but he has taken it for some personal reason and he knows that I have no objection but I have not taken it. I have made it clear that I will not take it.

                                I have no objection to who is doing what with my thing and what will happen outside but I did not take the products.

                                I say again that it is important to stop such gimmicks because they are mistaken and think they are too smart.

                                I keep saying that I will leave the job until the end with higher and higher authority with all evidence.

                                It is important to keep in mind that if customers have to deal with such a situation or even a situation that we cannot even imagine.

                                Please revert back.

                                  I ordered dry fruits on 18 january 2022.
                                  Delivery Date was 24 january but not delivered yet, its 7 Fab 2022. I raise complaint many time on customer care. they said we will resolve this but item is not delivered yet. I need refund now because that item which i ordered was for a purpose. Now i dont need that item because i bought it from somewhere else.

                                    I was order grocery products on 14th Jan 2022 at 3pm - 4pm on jiomart, order declined, money deducted from my STATE BANK OF INDIA by PHONEPE but refund yet not received and amount is (Rs586.98) . I have done all requests for refund with jiomart customer care on calls and emails, but my problem not solve. Screenshot is attached for your reference, please do the needful and refund my money as soon as possible.

                                      Hi Sir Madam,
                                      I had placed order no- [protected]A, Dtd 26-01.2022. The same order was delivered on 28th Jan.'2022. Out of 14 items, 1 item was received in damage condition & I had highlighted to the customer service by raising a ticket - [protected]. Without any correspondence, they closed the said ticket. After continuous follow-up, i got a call on 1st Feb.'22 from their customer care department ( [protected] ) that to send the pictures of the damaged product. On her request, immediately i sent the pics. on very next day, got another call[protected] from customer care that it will be replaced very soon. Now they are not responding to my complaint & am still waiting for replacement. Neither am able to purchase nor am able to use.
