I had placed and order on 3 January 2022 but still I have not get my order. I have already registered many complaints (3-4) in Jiomart app and also done many calls on customer care they always said sorry we can't do nothing .And still I have not getting any solution from there end.

    I ordered a whole of 4items of ₹193 but only 3 items were delivered to me. (Sarvottam physically refined rice bran oil 1L is missing from the packet of ₹132). How can I be helped out?

      Three of the products are in out for delivery status since so many days (Morethan 20 days). Contacted customercare through app, email and through call but no use. They blame their third party vendors instead of solving the issue.
      They will not even look into the tickets which are raised through app.

        I am facing login issues with my registered mobile number in Jiomart since last 4-5 months. Several telephonic and email complaints have been lodged with the company and nothing has been done. Moreover I have unused money lying in the wallet but since i can't login so this money cant be used. The company is also not transferring the wallet money to my original bank account.

        Looking forward for a legal help from you since company is not responding.

            I received an order that was three days late, on 13th January 2022, and opened it today (14th January 2022). I did not try to check the state of the product because I believed it would be in good condition, as any other person would. But when I did open the bag, to my dismay, the products are damaged. They are damaged beyond the point that I feel uncomfortable consuming them. I ordered a few packets of chips and a few boxes of biscuits. The chips packets are not damaged, however, they too like the biscuit boxes are covered in some oily substance for whatever reason. All the products are covered in the oily substance. I ordered 5 Milano biscuit boxes. They were at the bottom of the packet so I couldn't see all of them. That is why I ate one box today. That box was also covered in the oily substance but I paid no heed because I thought it would be a one-off issue. However, as I looked for more biscuit boxes, I found out that two of the boxes were in bad condition. Both were worn out from different sides and were torn in some areas. To make matters worse, the box that I did decide to open (which was in bad condition) also had a dead insect inside it. One of the biscuit packets (out of the 6) had a disgusting dead insect stuck to it. I want compensation to be in the form of a refund (for the products I want to return, that being the 4 Milano boxes left) and I want discount for future orders (if any).

              My order automatic get return and not received refund

              I made order and payment on 19th Nov.'2021 some items was unavailable of which refund was given to me on 23th Nov.'2021. Then balance order automatic return on 25th Nov.'2021. I made many complaints from 29th Nov.'21 vide complaint No. [protected] but still did not return my small amount. It is strongly recommended to do strict action against JIOMART as it is clear they don't want to refund the amount. All details are with them and its more...

              Third class and unreliable services

              Truly third class shameless company very bad experience delayed delivery, change delivery dates on their own, pick and choose basis delivery, poor customer service, highly unprofessional and unreliable very disappointing I ordered on 9 jan but till date its not delivered they are advancing dates instead of delivering from 12 to 13 to 14 to 15...

              Ordered an item from jiomart on 24th December and returned it 26th December 2021. Still i didn't get refund amount.
              I want my money back.
              Many times I called to customer support but they did not resolve it.

                  First of all delivering all outdated and expired product to its online customers and then repeated lies and closing complaint ticket every times saying -replacement done but without any replacement!!!

                  This happening repeatedly with every recent orders I placed with JioMart.

                  When I asked for proof on:

                  1. What resolution provided ?
                  2. Who provided replacement ? provide me replacement product SKU code, replacement order ID? – FYI, Delivered near expired product is still with me…
                  3. When provided?
                  4. To whom provided?

                  They stopped interacting and simply closing the ticket without any resolution

                      First experience worst experience...!!!

                      I had ordered huggies xl size on jiomart, the day I received order I was not at home my mother was unaware about the brand I ordered and she paid for the product. The product received was pampers L size. Agar jiomart k paas stock hi nahi hai huggies ka to cancel kar dete order...dusra bhejna hi q. Since 29th I have logged a complain every time customer service executive yahi bolta hai hamare complain department se aapko call aa jaayege...today is 2nd I have not received a single call...i guess raaste me hoga...traffic me...aur to aur inke apne hi funde hai...mistake inki aur face kaun karega customer...muje galat product mila I ordered it from another website. So when asked for refund they say humlog to jiomart wallet me daalenge...aap wahi se dusra shopping kar lena matlab yaha 700 b roko hum galat product deke wallet me daal denge aur dusre website pe b paisa daalo...humko nai chahiye wallet me...and the height is inhone return request apne orders pe rakha hi nai hai...means if you order something and unluckily its wrong product then you will be pissed off to replace that product or get refund...

                      Sabse worst service, app, policy...agar free me bhi koy chiz dega jiomart to bhi i won't shop from jiomart. I am so annoyed that muje 1 star b majboori me dena pad raha hai q ki isse kam koy star hi nai hai main to star hi na du.
                      You can never return your product. Galat product b rakh lo. Chore aur fraud

                        I ordered a product on 3 rd of December but I was not received my order yet when i complaint so many time about this concern to customer care they always give me a time but yet they didn't dilevered my order they give me time over for months every time they say please wait we will do but they don't do anything over one month period of time .i am totally disturbed please help me out my registered mobile no is [protected]

                          Attaching screen shot of my order which was made on 10-12
                          Due to delayed delivery I refused/rejected order on delivery on 15-12
                          And I still have not received refund.
                          Kindly make delivery faster and do needful for the same.

                            I ordered 14 items from Jiomart website my order no is[protected]W
                            I received 8 items and the order was delivered in a scooter by a lady.
                            She told some items are not available and I will get refund. But I became suspicious seeing three costly items are marked ticked in the bill as if delivered. The items are
                            Fortune Sunlite Refined Sunflower Oil 5 L x 2
                            Good Life Sugar (S) 5 kg - 1.
                            for other three small items I received refund. But for the above mentioned items I have been raising my grievance, but there is no response from that side.
                            It is cheating either by their firm or by the delivery person. normally a delivery person cannot deliver heavy items in scooter.
                            I humbly request the forum to help me get this issue resolved

                              This is with respect to below orders (done on 27th Nov), where return pick hasn't been for 2 orders, and refund hasn't been provided yet for the order already returned. I have called customer support more than 10 times in the last 30 days or so, and every time I was given assurance that it will be resolved in 48 hrs, but nothing happens then, and then the same story repeats. I have sent emails to their level 2 team, but there also it's same story. I am frustrated with their response.
