Non submission of Refund for Undelivered/Rejected Order

I had ordered figs worth 490/- on[protected]
Attaching screen shot of my order which was made on 10-12
Due to delayed delivery I refused/rejected order on delivery on 15-12
And I still have not received refund.
Kindly make delivery faster and do needful for the same.
I have registered multiple complaints and emails to customer care but no one is responding and telling same answer that order status is not...

Ordered items not received but they claim delivered

I ordered 14 items from Jiomart website my order no is[protected]W
I received 8 items and the order was delivered in a scooter by a lady.
She told some items are not available and I will get refund. But I became suspicious seeing three costly items are marked ticked in the bill as if delivered. The items are
Fortune Sunlite Refined Sunflower Oil 5 L x 2
Good Life Sugar (S) 5 kg - 1.

Return pickup not done, and no refund

This is with respect to below orders (done on 27th Nov), where return pick hasn't been for 2 orders, and refund hasn't been provided yet for the order already returned. I have called customer support more than 10 times in the last 30 days or so, and every time I was given assurance that it will be resolved in 48 hrs, but nothing happens then, and then the same story repeats. I have sent emails to their level 2 team, but there also it's same...

Order delivery date

I have ordered a product and it supposed to be delivered by 20Dec2021. I yet to receive the product and i am not getting proper response from the customer care and they disconnecting the call in between without any solutions. I have waited more than 4 days. Kindly look into this issue...

I had placed 2 orders on JioMart on 12th and 13th December 2021 respectively. The delivery dates given was 16th December. But in the evening of 16th I received a call from JioMart customer care that they cannot deliver on 16th but can do it on 17th of December, for which I accepted. In the morning of 17th I received a message from JioMart that both my orders got cancelled and that they have initiated for refund of the same without giving...

Money was not refund

I have ordered from jiomart on 3rd October 2021 but the order failed and my money was deducted so i complaint jiomart customer care and wrote a mail to jiomart customer care and complaint it 18 to 20 times but did not refund my money
my bank clearly mention the amount (credit) settle jiomart account on 3rd October 2021

Refund not initiated yet.

Request for exchange of item.
Product was picked on 28th november 2021 and still refund/exchange not received yet.
Contacted customer care on over 100 emails and above 30 calls no resolution till the date. Daily on email they are updating asap and on call saying that it will resolved in 24 hours but 20 days have passed away but still not initiated the refund as well as not received the exchanged item as well.

Wrong and contaminated product delivered

Dear Sir / Madam,

I have placed an order for 'Chennai Gate Rajabhogam Ponni Rice 25 kg' but they delivered the wrong and damaged product 'Moongil Ponni Rice'. The product is contaminated with some oil so I am afraid of donating to poor people as well.

I have asked the same with the delivery person, I got a reply that he cannot accept the product back and guided me how to raise a complaint in the Jio Mart App....

My account got debited but order not booked

Dear sir
I Rahul Raj having a login id in jio mart application with contact no. of [protected]. On 29 November 2021, i was trying to buy some products from jiomart and i paid Rs. 590.90 after some discount. My account got debited but order was not booked . At same time, i make complaint to jiomart, they told me it will refund within 7 working days but i continuously followup with jiomart, they told me its in process . But today[protected]...

Defective Pressure Cooker

Address:F-3, Adinath Vatika, Mistri Villa Road, Ratnagiri. 415612

We ordered a pressure cooker on 14th October it was cash on delivery so we paid rs 1749 . But it was defective so we immediately logged a complaint on the site of jiomart at first the delivery boy came and refused to take away the product. Later on after a month or so they took away the pressure cooker it's already December now and jiomart has not gave us our refund yet. Either we need another cooker or our refund...

Refund issue not received

I have cancelled my order on 29 nov 2021
And till 10 dec 2021 I have not received my refund

I have called many times also mailed but no response
Every time their executive give me time to wait for 24 hrs or 48 hours and told me they will call back with a solution but they never called.
Useless customer service...

Amount debited but order not confirmed and no refund received

Hi, I had placed jiomart order on 4th of October 2021 from MyJio application and the order was not confirmed. Rs.1397.05 was debited from my account. I made payment through Google pay. Axis bank and Google pay has given me confirmation that the amount is successfully debited from my account and credited to [protected]@yesbank
But jiomart is denying it and not giving the refund.
I have shared all the necessary proof with jiomart...

Wrong product deliver

I have ordered a product Akarot- 1kg and and anjeer for the order no
[protected]W Invoice Number JS241BI6U0BA64180 but the product received is different of of some other body whose Invoice attached which is found from package. I have raise the complaint on 27.11.21 repoting the issue but till date nobody responding...
