Guys, let's be careful while placing orders with JioMart. I got cheated by their delivery person. The modus operandi adopted by delivery person was that he came with the parcel to our home & asked for the OTP & gave the parcel to us. As soon as he left, we opened the parcel & realised the items were different. So, we checked the name details on parcel & it was for someone else. Immediately we called our building security guard to send delivery person back to our home & he came also. Post this he took back the wrong parcel delivered to us & said he will get our parcel from down. Post this he never turned back nor he was picking up the call. On the same day evening, I logged a complaint with JioMart on 2nd Oct 2021 (Comp no. [protected]) and they promised that this will be resolved within 48 hours. Since then, I am following up with JioMart regularly & answer remains same i.e. we will revert to you in 48 hours. Till today (10th Oct), this hasn't resolved & when I asked the status for the above complaint number, they are not ready to share the status & infact gave me one more complaint number ([protected]). So it seems JioMart is also equally involved in such mismanagement else this is not difficult to resolve, if they are really interested. I am looking for an apology letter from JioMart on this now.
The only reason to make this public s that other people can be saved from such intended cheatings & frauds by JioMart team. Let's make all aware of such modus operandi followed by JioMart.
Jiomart customer care don't have any solution.
They only want me to wait for some days.
I can't understand what kind of technical issues are there, they are not able to find out.
