Dear Sir / Madam,
I have placed an order for 'Chennai Gate Rajabhogam Ponni Rice 25 kg' but they delivered the wrong and damaged product 'Moongil Ponni Rice'. The product is contaminated with some oil so I am afraid of donating to poor people as well.
I have asked the same with the delivery person, I got a reply that he cannot accept the product back and guided me how to raise a complaint in the Jio Mart App. I raised the complaint on November 24 immediately after delivery. Every time I called customer care, they promised the product would be replaced in 48 hours without any action in place.

Jiomart customer care don't have any solution.
They only want me to wait for some days.
I can't understand what kind of technical issues are there, they are not able to find out.
