Dear sir
I Rahul Raj having a login id in jio mart application with contact no. of [protected]. On 29 November 2021, i was trying to buy some products from jiomart and i paid Rs. 590.90 after some discount. My account got debited but order was not booked . At same time, i make complaint to jiomart, they told me it will refund within 7 working days but i continuously followup with jiomart, they told me its in process . But today[protected] they are saying contact your query has been resolvedplease contact with bank they will refund your amount. I already contact with bank, they are saying amount credited in jiomart account. So only they can refund this.
These are the details below

Amount:- Rs. 590.90

      We ordered a pressure cooker on 14th October it was cash on delivery so we paid rs 1749 . But it was defective so we immediately logged a complaint on the site of jiomart at first the delivery boy came and refused to take away the product. Later on after a month or so they took away the pressure cooker it's already December now and jiomart has not gave us our refund yet. Either we need another cooker or our refund

          I have cancelled my order on 29 nov 2021
          And till 10 dec 2021 I have not received my refund

          I have called many times also mailed but no response
          Every time their executive give me time to wait for 24 hrs or 48 hours and told me they will call back with a solution but they never called.

          After lots of mails and calls, they noticed the complaint. There is error in their system that's why complete information is not updated.

          Customer service of Jiomart is useless. Their system are not updated with latest information. I have tracked the return status of product on Ecom express and found that it reached the seller on 30 Nov 2021. On 14 Dec 2021 their executive are telling me to wait for some days. They don't know when the return process will done.

          On the 24 December i am still waiting for my refund.
          Jiomart customer care don't have any solution.
          They only want me to wait for some days.
          I can't understand what kind of technical issues are there, they are not able to find out.

            Hi, I had placed jiomart order on 4th of October 2021 from MyJio application and the order was not confirmed. Rs.1397.05 was debited from my account. I made payment through Google pay. Axis bank and Google pay has given me confirmation that the amount is successfully debited from my account and credited to [protected]@yesbank
            But jiomart is denying it and not giving the refund.
            I have shared all the necessary proof with jiomart that amount is transferred to them but still I have not received any refund from jio.
            When I call jiomart customer care service they only say that they don't have the amount and ask your bank.
            My bank has investigated this and confirmed me that the amount is successfully transferred to [protected]@yesbank

                Hi,

                I am just frustrated with your delivery services. You delivery associate tell lie and doesn't deliver the complete items.

                This time also happened the same thing.

                I asked to your delivery associate to check the items but he said that all the items are here. If there will be any issue, you can call me.

                Finally, few items were missing as usual. When I called to that delivery associate, he said that I will make a complaint to my manager and you will get missing items tomorrow.

                I knew that he is just making fool because nothing happened as usual.

                I raised a ticket on your website and it's been 3 days but no response.

                What type of customer support is this. This is a type of harassment and I should raise a complaint in consumer forum for this fraud and harassment.

                If its your mistake, then why can't you provide quick resolution.

                This is ridiculous. I will definitely stop shopping from JioMart just because of worst delivery system.

                        I have ordered vegetable cutter, which came used one and not the exact product i have ordered. So i initiated the refund this was on 16th August 2021. It was an prepaid order.

                        today is 20th Nov 2021, more than 3 months i have been mailing them, calling them only reply comes that, we will sort it asap, but nothing happened.. again I have to call them mail them and same reply... i have waited patiently for 3 months+ but now i big NO to jiomart

                          It is a prepaid order. Ordered the product on Oct 28th, expected delivery date was Nov 6. So far (ie today 18th Nov) the product not delivered. Made several complaints to JioMart team. Everytime I contact, they ask to wait 48hours. In app, tracking shows misroute from delivery location, but the customer service says they cannot track the product, cannot assure delivery date, cannot refund. They are cheating the customers. Noticed several other similar complaints, they are doing it on regular basis by looting customers.

                            During Diwali, I ordered 4 items from Jiomart (Order id#:[protected]A ). 1 item was cancelled by Jiomart since it was out of stock. The website is showing refund initiated (Rs 210) since 26 October 2021, but it hasn't been credited to FreeCharge wallet which I used to pay.

                            Initially it was very hard to get Jiomart customer care to even acknowledge the status of refund as they kept replying with generic email template (order was delivered). After multiple attempts they acknowledged Jiomart refund and provided ARN number WFRW[protected] for the refund.

                            So now I emailed FreeCharge with the ARN number but they wouldn't even acknowledge it So i contacted FreeCharge grievance officer and that id responded saying that the transaction with the said ARN number wasn't successful.

                            Now I am back with Jiomart customer care. It is crazy that I have to spend so much time to get a refund because i prepaid instead of choosing cash on delivery.

                            If Jiomart doesn't want to refund, they could easily give me store credit which I could use in the future instead of making me run around in circles.

                            No communication from Jiomart or FreeCharge yet on this topic but now I got the refund and FreeCharge sent me a customer satisfaction survey. So I am not sure if the issue was at Jiomart side or FreeCharge side. Jiomart site still says refund initiated and not refund completed.

                              I order the product on 6 November they given delivery date 14 November but till date I have not received my order and they also not allowing me to cancelled the order so I get my refund. When I complaint to Customer care they are giving me the same reply wait for 48 hours.

                                      Guys, let's be careful while placing orders with JioMart. I got cheated by their delivery person. The modus operandi adopted by delivery person was that he came with the parcel to our home & asked for the OTP & gave the parcel to us. As soon as he left, we opened the parcel & realised the items were different. So, we checked the name details on parcel & it was for someone else. Immediately we called our building security guard to send delivery person back to our home & he came also. Post this he took back the wrong parcel delivered to us & said he will get our parcel from down. Post this he never turned back nor he was picking up the call. On the same day evening, I logged a complaint with JioMart on 2nd Oct 2021 (Comp no. [protected]) and they promised that this will be resolved within 48 hours. Since then, I am following up with JioMart regularly & answer remains same i.e. we will revert to you in 48 hours. Till today (10th Oct), this hasn't resolved & when I asked the status for the above complaint number, they are not ready to share the status & infact gave me one more complaint number ([protected]). So it seems JioMart is also equally involved in such mismanagement else this is not difficult to resolve, if they are really interested. I am looking for an apology letter from JioMart on this now.
                                      The only reason to make this public s that other people can be saved from such intended cheatings & frauds by JioMart team. Let's make all aware of such modus operandi followed by JioMart.

                                        Such a useless app first when I ordered stuff later my order got cancelled stating out of stock when I checked at the same time it was still reflecting that I can order later when I ordered delivery guy don't know where he delivered my product without OTP app showed that product was delivered. I wouldn't have any problem if I wouldn't prepay the order but as my money was gone I m concerned and I m following up for the last 10 days no response all their customer care executives always have the same answer they are working on the issue. I haven't received any resolution yet nor my refund. would recommend everyone order on COD otherwise not to use such a pathetic app super bad experience
