This is with respect to below orders (done on 27th Nov), where return pick hasn't been for 2 orders, and refund hasn't been provided yet for the order already returned. I have called customer support more than 10 times in the last 30 days or so, and every time I was given assurance that it will be resolved in 48 hrs, but nothing happens then, and then the same story repeats. I have sent emails to their level 2 team, but there also it's same story. I am frustrated with their response.

In mail, they responded back saying they have raised a complaint and ticket no. is [protected], but I really don't know if they are doing anything, because it's same story from long time.

Jiomart customer care don't have any solution.
They only want me to wait for some days.
I can't understand what kind of technical issues are there, they are not able to find out.
