Damage product

My order number is[protected]A (Watermelon Kiran (Approx. 1.5 kg - 2.5 kg)The watermelon they delivered damage product, It has a sour taste, watermelon has no color and is not sweetness

and they were not refunded the amount...

No refund of damaged items after 3 months too

I have ordered vegetable cutter, which came used one and not the exact product i have ordered. So i initiated the refund this was on 16th August 2021. It was an prepaid order.

today is 20th Nov 2021, more than 3 months i have been mailing them, calling them only reply comes that, we will sort it asap, but nothing happened.. again I have to call them mail them and same reply... i have waited patiently for 3 months+ but now i...

Delay in order delivery not issued refund

It is a prepaid order. Ordered the product on Oct 28th, expected delivery date was Nov 6. So far (ie today 18th Nov) the product not delivered. Made several complaints to JioMart team. Everytime I contact, they ask to wait 48hours. In app, tracking shows misroute from delivery location, but the customer service says they cannot track the product, cannot assure delivery...

Refund of cancelled item.

During Diwali, I ordered 4 items from Jiomart (Order id#:[protected]A ). 1 item was cancelled by Jiomart since it was out of stock. The website is showing refund initiated (Rs 210) since 26 October 2021, but it hasn't been credited to FreeCharge wallet which I used to pay.

Initially it was very hard to get Jiomart customer care to even acknowledge the status of refund as they kept replying with generic email template...

Order not received

I order the product on 6 November they given delivery date 14 November but till date I have not received my order and they also not allowing me to cancelled the order so I get my refund. When I complaint to Customer care they are giving me the same reply wait for 48 hours....

Order too much Delay

My order was supposed to deliver on 2nd November, these dryfruits were for Diwali Gifting...but today is 11th November and order is still not delivered Jiomart has spoiled my Diwali.Jio must compensate for this delay...

Modus cheating process followed by JioMart

Guys, let's be careful while placing orders with JioMart. I got cheated by their delivery person. The modus operandi adopted by delivery person was that he came with the parcel to our home & asked for the OTP & gave the parcel to us. As soon as he left, we opened the parcel & realised the items were different. So, we checked the name details on parcel & it was for someone else. Immediately we called our building security guard to send delivery...

App reflect delivered and customer is still waiting to get the product

Such a useless app first when I ordered stuff later my order got cancelled stating out of stock when I checked at the same time it was still reflecting that I can order later when I ordered delivery guy don't know where he delivered my product without OTP app showed that product was delivered. I wouldn't have any problem if I wouldn't prepay the order but as my money was gone I m concerned and I m following up for the last 10 days no response...

Amount deducted but order declined. Want my money back.

I have placed my order and payment done with UPI. The amount deducted from bank was 210/-. But the app then showed that bill amount is 180 as 1 product is not available. THEN WHY DID IT MAKE ME TO PAY FOR IT TOO AND TOOK 210/- ??
Also, the order didn't get placed.
It showed that ORDER DECLINED..! And my money got deducted !...

No refund till date 20+ days

Jiomart customer care initiated refund for my declined transaction on 11-09-21.
Received mail quoting as follow.
"Dear Mr. Kumar,
Namaste!

Please note that a refund of Rs. 1259.80 has already been processed on[protected]. The ARN number for the same is WFRW[protected].

You can also check the same from your source account quoting the above ARN number."
Who knows arn number means.br...

Non refunding of the amount

I placed an order amounting of Rs.1184 and the same amount is deducted from my account.But in the app, it is showing as Rs.796 and neither the products are delivered not i got my money back.
Even after me constantly trying to reach them out, they always send me d same mail again and again.

On September 11/ 9/21, when i placed an order at jiomart, my order declined and cash was debit from my account. Complained the same day but i have not received the amount refund yet. So, i kindly request you please take a look at this issue and solve my problem as soon as possible...
