It is a prepaid order. Ordered the product on Oct 28th, expected delivery date was Nov 6. So far (ie today 18th Nov) the product not delivered. Made several complaints to JioMart team. Everytime I contact, they ask to wait 48hours. In app, tracking shows misroute from delivery location, but the customer service says they cannot track the product, cannot assure delivery date, cannot refund. They are cheating the customers. Noticed several other similar complaints, they are doing it on regular basis by looting customers.
Jiomart customer care don't have any solution.
They only want me to wait for some days.
I can't understand what kind of technical issues are there, they are not able to find out.
