As we had ordered 7 items on 02/10/2020 but the delivery person and the Reliance Fresh Store lady was asking to take another product due to unavailability of ordered item or she will not send the other items.

Again we order same items on date :-05/10/2020 but the delivery person was asking my wife to pickup from half of the way to home or else he will not deliver the items.

If we will collect the from middle of the way to home then we might have gone and purchase from store in this Covid-19 time to use to be at home but these persons are compelling us to go out.

We want to be safe and secure so we quited field marketing job.
We want to bring to your notice this is happening regularly.If you raise complaints to jiomart customer care then do nothing.
If these mart are not able to give service then they should be banned.

Jiomart — JIomart fraud, Cheaters . more than 60 days order has been not delivered. NOT RESOLVED, Now marked as resolved with no refund.

There has been no update or unable to fix the problem after numerous follow up and complaints to jiomart customer service team. Have attached all exchanges for reference assuming my problem will be heared and resolved at the earliest. Thank you

27th Sept i ordered surfexcel from Jio mart website, 105.09 RS debited and some reliance points which earnered earlier ..

order was successfully and after few days i did not see my order in Jio website and its not delivered ..some one called and said production is available and will revert the amount but till now no one reverted my amount .

since order is not shown on website, i can't raise any complaint .

This is namrata chintal my order id is :[protected]w date of order is[protected] i had cancelled the order on[protected] because the delivery date is keeps on postponning by the jiomart, after that i get an information on app stating that the refund will be credited back to paid card within 7 days but today i am writing this complainyt on[protected], time is passed 1 month and 9 days still i am just writing mails to [protected]@jiomart.com...

I had very obnoxious back to back customer service experiences with JIO Mart that completely surprised me. I ordered groceries from JIO Mart on 01/08/2020 order no[protected]M and paid ₹2135 through Card.

On 07/08/2020 order showing delivered but its not delivered nor I received any call of delivery boy. Since 07/08/2020 I have been sending mails and calling their consumer care on daily basis but no action is taken from their side. I only received assurance that money will be refunded.
But till now have not received a single call from Jio-Mart team to update me regarding my refund. when I finally got to speak with escalation team after waiting for nearly half an hour to 45 mins, she too started saying same, ‘will get back to you within 48 days’. And to my surprise I found that my refund process had still not been initiated. it had been nearly 50 days since I asked them to cancel my order and initiate refund and those guys say this kind of lies.
I have around 55 to 60 complaints Registered with them but still didn’t get proper response from the team. it is a shame how one bad incident can potentially spoil an entire experience and create a negative perception of business. All because someone isn’t willing to take an extra moment or step to take care of a customer. I think JIO mart would sheds its laziness and apathy and heed to my request and refund my money as soon as possible. Sometime I feel it’s a scam of jiomart by taking prepaid order and don’t delivered them. I can’t even think that a big brand like reliance giving this services.

I have paid online for my order i'd[protected]m,[protected]m and[protected]m and refund of rs 86.41 (24 + 62.41), 541 (518.50 + 22.50) and 76.59 (55.38 + 21.20) is pending to be credited in my account.

I have raised my complaints through email to both the levels available i. E customer care executive and head customer care executive and service requests no are [protected] and [protected] which may be closed saying that issued has been resolved.

I would like to tell you that i have crossed checked my account statement and confirm that these amounts are not yet received in my account therefore i request you to provide me the account details with other references so that i can track them further.

Further i also wants to know the issue why i have not received my refund after so many days and continuous reminders.

All the above refund yet not credited into my account therefore request you to take necessary action.

I ordered stuff from Jio mart and paid the money online and I haven't received the products since the order was canceled and neither I have received the refund of 1100rs. Its been almost 2 months no refund.
When ever I tweet about this they say that working on it and no response later.

I had placed an order with your jio mart.in the delivered order some item were missing. As the oder was delivered in a sealed packed i didn't check the same & paid for it. After few hours when i opened the bag i found an item was missing. I had complained about the same to your customer care, who assured me to solve the problem within 48 hrs. But since there was no response, i again called up customer care and asked to escalate my complaint, but instead he disconnected my call. And when i complained through twitter, they again assure me to solve the same on priority basis. But it's over a week & still there is no response from jio mart

I ordered some items from Jiomart on 2 September 2020. My order id is[protected]W. I haven't received my order yet. It's been over 2 weeks and the ordered is not delivered yet. It shows Delivered on 9th September but I haven't recieved anything.

Also there's no response from customer service. I've tried contacting them by call, Twitter, emails etc. but they're not helping at all.

5. Freshomz Premium Sanicubes 200 g - missing
6. Freshomz Citrus Groove Air Freshener 10 g (Pouch) - missing
7. Durga Butter Murukku 175 g - missing
8. Good Life (W320) Cashews 500 g - missing
9. Lifebuoy Immunity Boosting Total 10 Hand Sanitizer 50 ml - 2 bottle missing

Below are delivery person details for your reference. These delivery person were so unprofessional and missed our products. When we tried to reach them they are not responding. Very pathetic service. Please take immediate action.

I ordered from jiomart (Order id:[protected]w) on 17th aug 2020. They never delivered my order but changed the status of my order to delivered and raised an invoice. When i raised a complaint on [protected]@jiomart.com, they refunded only 120 inr on 26th aug 2020 for the missing items. Ordered on 15th, august it was never dispatched but received delivered message, i contacted the number of the agent provided in delivery message and he said that he was never given the package to deliver, since then i called their customer service many times and raised complaints, they said there was some issues with the app and money will be refunded. It's been almost a month now and i haven't received the refund. Really bad service

2 - 500 gms each amul butter

and some products received were different from what was ordered
