I had made a purchase worth Rs. 734 on December 2, 2020 from Jiomart (Order Number:[protected]W).
My order had a TOTAL of 15 items, BUT, I received only 7 items. There were 8 MISSING ITEMS, worth Rs. 396.

The MISSING ITEMS were:
1. Greenland Marayur Jaggery 1 kg
2. Papaya Normal 1.5 kg
3. Pumpkin Slice 1 kg x 2
4. Banana Nendran 1 kg x 2
5. Watermelon Kiran 2.5 kg
6. Cabbage 1 pc
7. Onion 1 kg (Pack)
8. Potato 1 kg (Pack)

I was told by the Jiomart customer service agents AND their local store people that my money will be refunded within 7 working days. This was on Dec 8th (5 days after the partial delivery of 7 items on Dec 3rd); but it's Dec 23rd today, and I still haven't received my refund!

Attachment: An image of the products I received along with the plastic bag they came in. As you can see, it was a small bag (And this was the only bag. Multiple bags will contain a numerical suffix like -01, -02); I enquired about the same to the delivery associate, saying that there was no way my entire order would fit into this one bag. But he told me that this was the only bag he had for me, and to contact the local store's phone number for getting a refund if any items were missing. I tried calling the local store, but nobody answered after multiple calls. Then I contacted Jiomart's customer support on the same day (Dec 3rd), and I still haven't received the refund. If I knew it would be such a hassle, I would've returned/cancelled the order right away without accepting it!

The most recent complaint raised was on December 19th: (complaint no: [protected]). And they've sent me a refund of Rs. 46.50 ! Instead of Rs. 396. And that too, onto their Jiomart wallet and not to the original payment mode. Even a refund to Jiomart wallet is acceptable, but Rs 46.5?!! They must be joking!

This has been one of the worst shopping experiences I've ever had! I have recordings of all the phone conversations if any further information is needed. I've already sent numerous emails and made many calls, but to no avail! Please do look into the matter and help me get a refund for the missing items.

I escalated the complaint to their Customer support head. They finally gave a refund of Rs.396 after 22 days, but took away the 50 Rupees I had in my Jiomart wallet; that was a cashback I received for making the first payment using Jio UPI (over Rs. 500) . Anyway, I won't be using their service anymore.

    I ordered some products on dec.1 on jiomart online service and paid Rs. 865.69/- through my debit card.
    My order was cancelled by them but till now the refund amount is not credited. I complained through email 3 times, they didn't reply. Finally i lunched a complain on dec 17. They said i will get your money within 48hrs. But still now, nothing happen.
    I called them today also but they hold my call for a long 25mins then they said we had some issues, because of that the money is not credited yet.
    I asked again when will i get my money back? They failed to give a satisfactory answer.

    My amount is Rs. 865.69/-
    And here is my bank statements too.

    Please help me Sir.

      Till today since the launch of JioMart, I booked 9 orders of which three are cancelled.

      Whenever I filed a ticket for those orders they always close without a reason.

      It's totally waste of time ordering and waiting if it gets succesfully delivered or not.

      Customer Service is the worst part.

        This is with regards to my order id[protected]W for product trackpants with contrast taping worth 321.13 which was returned but the refund has not been initiated yet.I have raised multiple tickets but their team closes those tickets without any update.Moreover, their customer care service is just pathetic because in spite of raising complaints multiple times they are clueless of what the complaint is.

          I ordered an item worth Rs 560.00 online on jiomart.com on 04 Oct 20 vide order ID[protected]A-01. Payment was made through UPI vide transaction ID: UPI/MOB/[protected]/JIO[protected]
          39158439A041020. I have sent many e-mails and they always ask to wait for 7 working days but my money has not been paid yet.

            My order number[protected]M placed on[protected] was missing products almost all of them I had ordered 1)Zen Tofu paneer 200 pouch of two and 2)Thirumala Fresh Paneer 400 g (Pack) and 3)Twin Cities Curd Chillies I've recieved just the chills and no zen tofu paneer and no thirumala fresh paneer I only recieved rs.19 chills and got the total order bill of rs.234. Tge delivery boy may have kept the other products Delivery Associate Mir Ali [protected]. Please pay Rs. 234 to the delivery agent. Your Delivery Confirmation Code is 3440. If you are so dishonest to your customers why you even selling them goods which are not available or your delivery boy isnt loyal.Jio Mart is the I've had facing these type of missing product issues since 1st purchase close your fake mart.

                I purchased online skimmed milk 12 pkts from Jio mart. They delivered 12 pieces in a box in my office to my servant. When 3 days affter I opened the box I found that they have supplied me already expired milk. When I sent email to company they denied to exchange.

                  In reference to my complaint I personally met Mr.Ravi The Manager jiomart and Mr.Akhilesh Sharma Manger Reliance Trends Rani BaghMob.[protected] and also contacted Mr BK MALHOTRA Mob[protected] the [protected]@jiomart.com but all of them failed to initiate refund resulting in digital fraud and cheating under the banner of jiomart

                    I placed the order on 2nd september 2020, still now the order is not either delivered or refunded. I have paid Rs 2094 through sodexo mode but the amount was not yet refunded. I raised several complaints by contacting the Jiomart customer service but no any taken to refund my amount or deliver my products. Very Work customer service.

                      having invoice number TFM[protected] . Product name -
                      India Gate Super Basmati Rice 5 kg was not delivered to me instead of that some other brand rice got delivered since then i had raised complaint several times in jiomart customer care but i didn't got any positive response. I request them to take back product & refund me my money. kindly take some serious action against jiomart customer care services since more than one month have passed & didn't given any resolution about my complaints.                         I placed a order on 2nd Oct and still no information about order, as it's a prepaid order so I ask for refund but no reply on mail for solution.

                        Such a big brand like jio, should have courtesy to reply or call atleast.

                          I have placed order on 6th Sep 2020 details attached related to order details.
                          As the online portal prompted to make partial payment(Rs.2306/-) which i made from my Sodexho card. And rest balance amount was to be given to cash.
                          Once the delivery person delivery the order.

                          After all this i did nt get any delivery after given delivery dates(which is skipping every day still).
                          I thought to check with jiomart customer service, which was frustrating. As these people were just to hear what customers say over phone and did nothing and they did not take any action against my issue a well. I did this multiple time but all the time same experiance. Where i had to explain every new executive with the story and they use to say they will resolve my issue. I asked for placing refund request, executive said they have placed it and nothing had happened that.
                          I could see the order status as Shipped still in the portal.

                          After seeing all this frustration, i sent email to jiomart grevience thinking i would get justice and get my actual refund.
                          But here also it is same story repeated. Where this team is also useless and i kept receiving emails reply(attached) saying i have to keep patience and wait. Which brought me to 2 months, still the issue is same and nothing has happened.

                          Customer executives or Grevience department have not placed and refund request they nor tried to resolve.
                          Nothing has happened. My money completely got stucked with this.

                          I thought being a big corporate of Relience company i thought i would not face any issues and made the payment.
                          But this is really a harrasment to customer that they made payement and no orders receieve.

                          No Order no refund, I have really had bad experiance with such big firm.

                            I ordered some items from JIO mart on 05/10/20 vide order no.[protected]M and the same was delivered on 06/10/20. Out of 8 items ordered only 6 items were delivered and this is a common practice of Reliance hence I ignored the same. But I have ordered an item “Joy complete moisture intensive body lotion 300 ml (pack of 2) for Rs. 90/- (50% off scheme) and I got the delivery of only 01 no. and taken full price of Rs 90/- . This was immediately informed to Jio customer care by phone on 07/10/20 and taken complaint no [protected].

                            Till date no action has been taken from Jiomark's side and every day I am complaining facebook message of Jiomart and getting reply of different nature. on 16/10/20 I got message that the refund will be credited withing 7 days and on 25/10/20 I again contacted them but getting another answer that my problem is escalating by their team and resolve soon. Now they are not saying anything regarding refund as messaged on 16/10/20. The amount involved is not much but how Jiomart is treating customer is my concern. If contacted to customer care you will get same answer and get one complaint number and nothing happen and you can repeat this every day but never solve your problem.

                              I have logged a complaint regarding Tide washing powder which was having quality issue. The powder was wet and not usable. Called customer care and dropped emails multiple times to [protected]@jiomart.com, [protected]@jiomart.com but they are delaying and not resolving the issue. They are not Initiating Refund or replacement and whenever we call they ask to wait for 1 day and this process goes on and on endlessly.
                              Think twice before ordering any stuff from jiomart because they don't have any mechanism in place when it comes to replacement or refund.

                                  Dear Team,

                                  This is with regards to refund not received for order placed in July. Order No.[protected]M

                                  I am not received the product but status changed to delivered.
                                  I am in continuous follow up with call center and on email for the refund.

                                  I have also written to next level [protected]@jiomart.com but its of no use.

                                  A new complaint is raised every time. In few days, they send a msg stating the issue is resolved. But there is no refund.

                                  Need help on this.

                                      I have place the order[protected]W) on 17 August 2020, 5:30 pm, On 27 August 2020 I have noticed that my order status is showing as delivered on 26 August 2020 in JioMart, I have written to [protected]@jiomart.com & [protected]@jiomart.com Aug 27, 2020, 6:42 PM.

                                      Each time I connect to customer care they are raising a new complaint and assuring that they will refund in 7days, when I have asked about the previous complaint no, they are saying it is closed, they are closing the ticket without refunding the amount and there is no resolution why they have closed and this happening with since 27 August 2020. When ask them to connect to your manager they keep my call on hold for 1 hour and also, they are not responding to my emails. This is causing a lot of mental stress on me by following-up with them every time and receiving the same response. They are not willing to resolve this issue. I want the Order Amount ₹1, 018.69 be refunded immediately.

                                        Jio mart is horrible service. I ordered grocery ( order no[protected]M Dated 03.09.2020) but received incomplete order (Amul Pasteurised Butter 500G) not received. Despite repeated customer care complaint, I haven’t received neither my refund nor any response till date.
