A sum of rs. 122.68 towards "arrear of last month" was wrongly included in the electric bill of january, 2014 for account no. 1852/[protected] which is not pertaining to this office and even the same amount was also paid by us but again and again the same amount with lps is showing in the regular electric bill. The progressive amount has been reached to rs. 2026.95 as on november, 2017. This office has made several correspondances for last about four years with aen & exn, jvvnl, suratgarh i. E. Total 16 reminder letters issued to but no action has been taken by the jvvnl till today.
It is requested to please look into the matter and resolve the problem.

Dear sir,
Most respectfully that we face problem of fault in meter because before 6 months everything was ok and we paid fair cost but in present we payment extra cost for electricity used ... please help us..sir thanks i have mentioned my all details below
