      A sum of rs. 122.68 towards "arrear of last month" was wrongly included in the electric bill of january, 2014 for account no. 1852/[protected] which is not pertaining to this office and even the same amount was also paid by us but again and again the same amount with lps is showing in the regular electric bill. The progressive amount has been reached to rs. 2026.95 as on november, 2017. This office has made several correspondances for last about four years with aen & exn, jvvnl, suratgarh i. E. Total 16 reminder letters issued to but no action has been taken by the jvvnl till today.
      It is requested to please look into the matter and resolve the problem.

        There are so many irregularities in actual electricity consumption and in generated light bill under aen, matoda area. Parmanent charges also are unreasonable in each and every bills.in any situation, there is no possibility to differ the consumed unit for a customer as showing in light bill by discom.
        Request please look into the matter and satisfaction may be carried to the customers.

        There are so many irregularities in actual Electricity consumption and In generated Light bill under AEN, Matoda Area. Parmanent charges also are unreasonable in each and every bills. In any situation, there is no possibility to differ the Consumed Unit for a customer as showing in light bill by DISCOM.
        Request please look into the matter and satisfaction may be carried to the customers.

          I'm getting too much of my electric bill than the usage..in aug 2016 i got a bill of 1502 [billed kwh] and in november 10218 through the usage were same as in both months but the difference was around 8700 kwh more.. & from that regularly m getting high bill since this dec. 2017 and also, my electricity bills are being charged incorrectly pls. Check the attached file for understanding properly. So i doubt if something is wrong with the electric meter or else someone is doing some unauthorized use of my electric.. I even have complained in the electric office here but there's no feedback.. So plz help...

            There is being an issue in making payment online through paytm or bill desk. As these gateway are restricted to take payment above certain amount. And i am one of those who is suffering from those problem.

            We receive bill of average 10, 35, 000/- every month and online portal doesn't accept this amount.
            I have been visiting head branch of jodhpur against this quirery but there is no proper response from the employee seating over there.
            And still my problem is not solved and i am suffering from it.
            Please solve this problem as soon as possible. As i am complaining from last month still there is no action take against it.

              मै निवेदन करती हूं मैंने जोधपुर डिस्कॉम JVVNL Jodhpur कस्टमर केयर में शिकायत दर्ज करवाई थी कि हमारे गांव में बिजली सुचारु रुप से चालू नहीं हो पा रही है इस कारण हमारी पढ़ाई भी खराब हो रही ह थी उसका कोई समाधान नहीं हुआ, मेने इंटरनेट के माध्यम से चेयरमैन महोदय जी जयपुर का ईमेल id ईमेल नंबर लेकर उनको मैंने शिकायत मेल की थी, मेरी शिकायत का कोई समाधान नहीं हुआ कृपया करके मेरी शिकायत का समाधान करें हमारे गांव में आज भी बिजली सप्लाई सुचारु रुप से चालू नहीं हो रही है हमारे गांव में रात रात्रि से सुबह तक सप्लाई नहीं हो रही है जब हमने jen sir से कारण पूछा तो उन्होंने बताया कि यह सप्लाई हमारे चीफ महोदय (धोबी साहब) बीकानेर के आदेश के अनुसार काटी जा रही है, माननीय विधायक महोदय जी व सांसद महोदय जी मैं आपकी ID ईमेल इंटरनेट से लेकर आपको शिकायत ईमेल कर रही हूं एवं माननीय मुख्यमंत्री की ID पर भी शिकायत मेल कर रही हू,
              बेटी पढ़ाओ बेटी पढ़ाओ बेटी बचाओ यह अभियान महोदय जी आप ही के द्वारा चलाया हुआ है अब यह समाप्त हो रहा है क्योंकि रात में बिजली नहीं आने के कारण आप की बेटियां कहां पड़ेगी मैं आपसे निवेदन करती हूं मेरी शिकायत मेरी लिखी हुई कंप्लेन डिस्कॉम जोधपुर एवं चेयरमैन (डिस्कॉम )जयपुर के द्वारा रिकॉर्ड है उसकी कोई सुनवाई नहीं हो पा रही है,

                  2 महीने बाद मेरे एग्जाम है पिछले 10 दिनों से मेरे गांव बदरासर जो कि बीकानेर के पास आता है,
                  जहां पिछले 10 दिनों से रात को 10:00 बजे से लेकर सुबह 5:00 बजे तक व सुबह 9:00 बजे से 11:00 बजे तक विद्युत सप्लाई नहीं हो रही,
                  महोदय जी मैं एक गरीब किसान का बेटा हूं और मेरे घर पर कोई ऐसा विद्युत उपकरण नहीं है जिससे मैं पढ़ाई कर सकूं और गैस कनेक्शन होने के कारण हमें केरोसिन भी नहीं मिल पाता है, और सुबह सर्दी होने के कारण बाहर भी नहीं पढ़ सकते,
                  आपसे निवेदन है कि आप इस बदरासर गांव में हमेशा पिछले चार-पांच साल से 24 घंटा विद्युत सप्लाई थी उस को सुचारु रुप से चालू रखें और हमारे छात्र एवम् छात्राओं का भविष्य का ध्यान रखते हुए, मुझे पूर्ण विश्वास है कि आप हमारी समस्या का समाधान करेंगे वह हमारे भविष्य का ध्यान रखोगे

                          Respected sir,

                          This is to inform about persons who is using power without any registration of electricity and those with a connection, they are using it in a wrong way. Person is using refrigerator, tv cooler, washing machine, heater, to cooking food, and more time he has caught due to this kind of activities but he has always released to providing a little money. Some lineman always come here in my village and get some money from villages people.
                          Hence the electricity connections in the village are required to be examined.

                          Kindly cooperate this complained meintioned above, and would be thankful for same...

                              My village is guda binja
                              6 month has complete to paid demand but only stand pole which stand 1 month before when i enquiry about connection then tell me if you urgent then take dp on your budget and install.
                              In this situation many person did like this and commission goes to everybody because this is based on contract to a person they why this delay
                              And without doing any thing contract person it get charge from nigam that we install but this is doing by self consumer
                              Means everywhere corruption
                              Please take action bcz everybody cant pay for that

                                K no[protected]. Trans. Id [protected] order id [protected] dated 20.11.2017 amount deducted paytm wallet but bill still is pending with late fee in jvvnl. I paid the jaipur vidit vitran nigam electricity bill of rs. 345 on dated 20.11.2017 due date of bill was 22.11.2017. As per jvvnl bill not deposited yet and late fee will be paid. My wallet did not recpt any amount back. Who is responsible for this?
                                My home meeter is of[censored]p to 2 month line man ko 2 bar complaint kee but not meeter change and 1 bar sheoganj electary bord me compaint kee JEN SAHEB KO but no compaint solw my K no.[protected]

                                      There is some problem in folds, the folds are little bit lose for this some times the birds they use to sit on the cable and if the cable is little bit shake the power supply it comes disturb.

                                        We have deposited demand amount two month ago for shifting our agricultural connection but yet not shifted. Jen narayan singh (Sumerpur) is not receiving our call and not giving proper answer why they delayed our connection. I think they have sant our dp somewhere else. So please look into the matter and do needful
