          I have joined in junglee rummy with an ID 'mefrommel' earlier, but were not submitted the required ID for KYC verification. Last week I have again installed junglee rummy app and deposited money and started playing. In the mean time I have uploaded the passport, pan card and adhar card for KYC verification. Also my phone number and e-mail ID also got verified.

          While I was playing, suddenly got logged out and now showing this account is blocked. I have made a withdrawal of 23850 also. That was also held up.

          When contacted, Got a message that suspicious activity from my side is noticed. I haven't made any kind of malpractice which is against junglee rummy rules.

          I think any of the following may be the reason made the misunderstanding and blocking my account

          When I joined in the JR earlier, I was using a mobile handset different from my present handset vivo
          While playing the game, I have switched for mobile to the office desktop which is having another IP.
          This happened 2-3 times. But the same game and single game only I have played. Not as fraudulent measure, but for convenience and better speed ( I have done it before while playing in some other rummy sites, but was not a problem there, so thought the same here also)
          During night, i have played in my laptop using the internet connection from the mobile using hot spot.

          this is to convey you that I haven't made any kind of illegal activity during the play.
          So I request you to kindly restore my ID and remove the blocking
          Also I request you to to release the amount I have withdrawn.
          Also there is no reply from the Junglee rummy if you are writing to them

          Even though they advertise about 24/7 consumer helpline, I haven't received any reply for this complaint
          First when I mailed about the account blocking and withholding money, the asked me to upload my pan card from my profile. First they locked the account, then asked me to upload. I have already uploaded and verified my KYC made one withdrawal also. After that they blocked. Now the money deposited also they have taken.

          This is very unfortunate that after providing all the information you people have asked for, you people are still negligent towards the complaint I have raised. After making many calls and ads, you people make people join in junglee rummy and once a large deposit is made and the player won some amount of money, then suddenly blocking the account and taking away the money. I have seen similar complaint regarding JM somany time . Kindly give me My withdrawal 23850 and 26000 rupees in my account . I am not in a position to give 50K rupees to junglee rummy in one fine morning. At least respond to the complaints...

          Have seen many complaints in this forum with the same problem., One a good amount money is deposited in your account and if try to withdraw, suddenly locking the account saying fraudulent activities identified, without mentioning what kind of fraud activity and the amount remaining in the account can be taken by the juglee rummy people. From the complaints raised here itself shows that they are cheating people and making huge amount in this fashion. they are using famous people to advertise about their online support. But i haven't seen any support. my 55000 is blocked and no reply from them.

            I have not subscribed/created account in Junglee Rummy. But still they send me messages in bulk daily. I am tired of these messages. I want remove/deactivate my if any account associated with my contact number permanently. I don't want to install it anyway even to deactivate account.

              I have not changed my default username. Plz identify using my mobile number which is registered with this forum.

              You could have told while registering that this is a used mobile, you cannot login.
              while you are doing kyc verification, you could have locked,
              while adding cash, you could have locked.
              while playing you could have locked.
              But after playing and winning for 2 days., now you come and say that it is a second hand phone, we will take away your 60000rs . please tell me how it is fair. just that you have total control and nobody can do anything, how can you simply take away my money without commiting any fraud.
              what kind of responsibility is this.
              simply giving automated statements after locking our money. what is this?
              please think and understand. imagine how much pain i am going through from one week because of your no reply and automated statements.
              it will be blood on your hands if you dont reply me what fraud i have commited. imagine because of your acts. how many people are commiting sucides. when ppl lose you make them play. when ppl win, you just lock and say suspicious activity wthout stating any reason and take away money. There should be some inner consiouness even though externally no body can do anything. how many families might be cursing your acts. dont you think anything while ppl are mailing and pleading you to give back their legitimate money

                          I have a account with Junglee rummy linked with mobile no. [protected]. After winning a certain amount and place a withdrawal requests as per the due procedure. Today, when I was playing they blocked me out and asked to get in touch with customer support. There is no proper channel to submit your complaint and when you try connecting with their agents …they hung up and disconnect without any information and very unprofessional behaviour. After 2-3 rings they will stop responding as well ….

                          I have invested my whole month salary for this platform …now, I’m like a beggar with no where to go because my funds are seized on immoral grounds …I can go to any extent to prove my innocence and can pledge that I have won the game fairly and decisively with no malpractices.
                          If they can prove I have done anything wrong or did any kind of tricks …I swear I’m ready to face any consequences.

                          This is a clear case of mistreatment of consumer trust who invest their hard earned money on their platform ….I have realised any questions on their game when I lose money on the app and accept the judgment of the game but when I won, I have never expected this would happens to me …I’m a honest, sincere and loyal contestant of this game who purely plays the game on merit with fair practices.

                          Please help to get my money which I have invested out of trust and love for the game …I’ll start using other platforms who have better customer experience in compare to Junglee rummy
