Sending sms without my consent

Junglee rummy is messaging me all the time regarding their stupid and useless deals. I dont gamble neither did I signup with them. What a waste of resource thier marketing team is doing.

Please stop these messages....

                  I’m receiving alot of Spam sms messages from this company. This complain already has been submitted by others and resovle method suggested by company’s employer was unsuccessful. They asked to connect with their help page with my number. Now Junglee Rummy’s official website is saying I don’t even have a account to do such moves. The link from sms is directed to Junglee Rummy’s Indirect website but perfectly teaching to download their Official game from appstore.

                        I am Nilesh and have registered on Junglee Rummy on 18th Dec. 2022 Registered mobile number: [protected]
                        - I simply downloaded app on my iPhone and registered on it and logged in with otp
                        - I have added Rs 2000 first and then again Rs 2000 means total Rs 4000
                        - Then I won some amount and hence added my bank account and kyc (Adhaar and pan card) successfully and then transferred Rs 100 to my account.
                        - later I placed a withdrawal request of Rs 8000 on the same day (18th Dec. 2022) which is still pending. My Junglee Rummy account was also having an additional Rs 10700
                        -I have played many games fairly and very smoothly till 4 am on 19th Dec. 2022
                        - Then at 11 am in the morning when I was trying to login through my mobile the error has come that my account is locked and contact support
                        - I have also received an email from [protected]@jungleerummy.com saying
                        We would like to inform you that your Junglee Rummy account has been locked due to the suspicious activity performed by you on the platform as per our internal policies your account balance has been frozen.
                        - I have replied to them several times to convince my side but in they are giving the reasons for their algorithms and saying suspicious activity is detected by our algorithms.
                        -I have just played games as usual and not even tried to change any app settings but still surprisingly and suddenly my account is locked by giving completely wrong reasons.

                        It's my humble request to rummy circle to unlock my account as it is locked for very unfair and wrong reasons those are not even 1% true.

                          My account is blocked without any reason when I submitted the request for withdrawal. It was working fine until I am adding cash in rummy account.

                          Now customer support email team replying like account is blocked due to the suspicious activity performed. But I have not done anything.

                          Why it is happened at the time of withdrawal only. When I was loosing the money it was working fine.
